Buffalo Firefighters responded on 3/30/23 at 1349 Hrs for a report of a structure fire on Olympic Ave.
Engine 23 went on location with heavy smoke showing from a 1 1/2 story house and a working fire. E-23 further reported fire in a rear bedroom in the 2/3 corner.
Command reported the majority of the fire knocked down in 15 minutes.

Ladder 14 reported the fire on Rawlins Ave. Engine 31 went on location with heavy fire 2nd floor in a 2 story house. B-56 ordered all crews out of the building for defensive operations.
Eggertsville Firefighters responded 3/28/23 on at 0524 Hrs for a report of an apartment fire on Alberta Dr.
Eggertsville 9 went on location reporting a kitchen fire on the 2nd floor.
North Bailey (FAST), Snyder, Ellicott Creek, & Getzville responded as mutual aid to the scene. Williamsville filled in at Eggertsville.

Reserve 9-2 went on location with smoke showing. Interior crews reported fire on the first floor in the kitchen and extension into the basement.
Vigilant, East Seneca, & Orchard Park (FAST) responded as mutual aid to the scene. Newton Abbott filled in at Reserve Station 1.

Wales Center Firefighters responded on 3/25/23 at 2321 Hrs for a report of a structure fire on Strykersville Rd.
Wales Center 9-1 went on location with heavy fire showing through the roof in a 1 story house. Command requested tankers to the scene.
One victim was located inside the structure and pronounced at the scene.

Engine 22 was on location reporting a large volume of fire behind the Central Terminal. B-43 reported difficulty accessing the fire in the remote location. B-56 requested the 2nd alarm to the scene for manpower and further requested an additional 2 Engines for reief.

Grand Island Firefighters responded on 3/9/23 at 0204 Hrs for a report of a structure fire on Riverdale Dr.
Erie County Sheriff Deputies were on location reporting a fully involved house fire. Grand Island 9-4 went on location with heavy fire showing from a 2 story house and declared a working fire. Grand Island 9 assumed command and ordered defensive operations.
Sheridan Park responded as mutual aid to the scene. City of Tonawanda filled in at Grand Island Headquarters.

Engine 21 went on location with smoke showing from the 2nd floor in a 2 1/2 story house. Engine 21 further reported fire in the wall on the #2 side.
City of Tonawanda Firefighters responded on 3/6/23 at 1501 Hrs for a report of a commercial fire alarm on Fillmore Ave.
Dispatch upgraded the call to a report of a structure fire. Car 6 went on location with fire in the A/B corner of the building. Command requested the 2nd alarm to the scene.
North Tonawanda, Brighton, Ellicott Creek, Grand Island responded as mutual aid to the scene. Getzville provided fill in at City of Tonawanda & Eggertsville filled in at Brighton.
The fire was placed under control in 1 hour 15 minutes.

Engine 22 went on location with a fully involved house. B-43 reported an exposure problem and requested an additional 2 & 1 to the scene. B-56 reported possible extension to the exposure and B-43 requested the balance of the 2nd alarm to the scene.

B-56 went on location with heavy smoke showing from the 1st floor in a 3 story building and requested the 2nd alarm to the scene. F-11 reported heavy fire conditions on the #2 side & further reported heavy fire in the rear of the building. B-56 requested the 3rd alarm to the scene and ordered all companies out of the building due to conditions and ordered defensive operations. Command reported a backdraft in the building and a Mayday was declared by Engine 2. B-56 ordered all crews out due to heavy fire conditions and further requested the 4th alarm to the scene and reported a 2nd backdraft in the building.
One Firefighter was located, extricated from the building, and pronounced at the scene..

Sloan 9-1 went on location reporting a working fire and an exposure problem. Command further reported a fully involved garage fire.
Hy-View, U-Crest, Cleveland Hill, Sloan, Forks, Pine Hill, & Snyder (FAST) responded as mutual aid to the scene.

Ladder 5 went on location reporting a working fire in a 2 1/2 story house and the rear going good. B-46 reported fire in the rear step down. B-56 requested an additional Engine to the scene for FAST duties.
The fire was placed under control in 45 minutes.

Engine 21 went on location requesting the balance of the full assignment on Landon St. Ladder 6 reported smoke showing from the 2nd floor in a 2 story house. Engine 21 reported fire on the 1st floor and Ladder 6 reported fire on the 2nd floor. B-56 requested an additional Engine to the scene.
The fire was placed under control in 35 minutes.

Kenmore 9 requested the town wide mutual aid to the scene. Kenmore 9 went on location with smoke showing from the B side 2nd floor window in a 2 story house.
Sheridan Park, River Road, Kenilworth, & Ellwood responded as mutual aid to the scene. Brighton filled in at Kenmore.

Engine 22 went on location with light smoke showing from the rear of a 2 1/2 story house and requested the balance of the full assignment. E-22 further reported fire in the rear step down
South Line Firefighters responded on 2/21/23 at 1557 Hrs for a report of a MVA on Towers Blvd.
South Line 9-1 went on location reporting a pole down across the street & 1 victim requiring extrication.
One victim was transported by AMR.
Getzville Firefighters responded on 2/20/23 at 2325 Hrs for a report of a MVA on Millersport Hwy north of Maple Rd.
Getzville 5-1 went on location reporting a 3 car MVA with 1 car rolled over and requested a 2nd Ambulance to the scene. Getzville 9 reported multiple patients and 3 DOA’s at the scene.
Two victims were transported by Twin City Ambulance.
Grand Island Firefighters responded on 2/19/23 at 1805 Hrs for a report of a structure fire at the Chateau Motor Lodge on Grand Island Blvd.
Grand Island 9-3 went on location with smoke showing from the eaves and the door. Grand Island 9-2 declared a working fire. Interior crews reported an A/C unit on fire.
Sheridan Park (FAST) responded as mutual aid to the scene. City of Tonawanda filled in at headquarters.

Police were on location reporting smoke from an upper window. Kenilworth 9-2 went on location with light smoke showing from a 2nd floor window and requested a FAST Team to the scene.

Dispatch notified units enroute of a roof fire on Woltz Ave and upgraded the call to a full assignment. Engine 3 went on location with smoke showing from the attic in a 2 story house. B-43 reported fire on the 2nd floor extending into the attic.
The fire was placed under control in 23 minutes.

Ellwood 9 went on location reporting a working fire and a victim on the awning on the 1st floor and smoke showing. Command further requested the town mutual aid to the scene.

Springville Firefighters responded on 1/23/23 at 2249 Hrs for a report of a structure fire on North Buffalo St.
Springville 9 went on location reporting a confirmed working fire and requested mutual aid Ladder trucks to the scene & further requested 6 Ambulances to the scene. Command further reported multiple units in the apartment building on fire.
East Concord, Mortons Corners, Chaffee-Sardinia, Armor, Seneca Fire, Gowanda, Colden, Yorkshire, West Valley, Delavan, Boston, Hamburg, Boston Emergency Squad, & Mercy EMS responded as mutual aid to the scene. Collins Center & Holland provided fill in companies.

Engine 31 went on location with heavy smoke showing from the 2nd floor in a 1 1/2 story house and further reported heavy fire on the 1st floor and no exposure problems. E-31 further reported extension to the 2nd floor and requested an additional 2 & 1 to the scene.

Engine 3 went on location with smoke showing from a 2 story house and further reported fire on the 1st floor. B-56 reported fire on the1st floor extending to the 2nd floor. B-56 reported issues with the roof integrity and requested an additional 2 & 1 to the scene. Ladder 14 reported the roof collapsing and B-56 ordered all crews out for defensive operations.

B-56 requested an additional 2 & 1 to the scene due to the hoarding conditions. B-56 reported fire traveling the walls.

Scranton 9-4 went on location reporting fire throughout the attic out the B side of the building and requested the 2nd alarm mutual aid to the scene.

Engine 21 went on location with smoke showing from a 2 1/2 story house. Rescue 1 reported smoke showing from the attached garage and further reported a basement fire. Ladder 6 reported fire on the 2nd floor stairwell.
The fire was placed under control in 21 minutes.

Buffalo Firefighters responded on 12/31/22 at 0723 Hrs for a report of a structure fire on Dartmouth St. with reports of children in the house.
Engine 23 on location with fire showing from the #4 side in a 1 1/2 story house. Ladder 7 received reports of 6 people trapped inside the structure. Engine 23 declared a mayday for a mask malfunction and was bailing out of the 1st floor window. Engine 23 reported a victim located and extricated. Engine 33 & Rescue 1 also located victims and extricated them.
Six children and 1 adult were transported to local hospitals and three children were pronounced.
The fire was placed under control in 50 minutes.

Buffalo Firefighters responded on 2/4/22 at 0607 Hrs for a report of a structure fire on Doat St.
Ladder 5 went on location with fire showing from the 2nd floor. B-43 reported fire on the 2nd floor in a 2 1/2 story house.
The fire was placed under control in 14 minutes.
Buffalo Firefighters responded on 2/3/22 at 1137 Hrs for a report of a structure fire on Bickford Ave.
Engine 23 went on location with fire showing out of the #2 side in a 2 1/2 story house. Ladder 7 reported heavy fire conditions on the 2nd floor and exposure problem on the #2 side. B-47 requested an additional 2 & 1 to the scene. B-56 reported possible extension into the attic & E-34 reported fire in the ceiling between the 2nd floor and attic
One additional Engine was dispatched due to weather conditions.
The fire was placed under control in 18 minutes.
Buffalo Firefighters responded on 2/2/22 at 2121 Hrs for a report of an activated commercial alarm on Hudson Ave.
Engine 2 went on location with nothing showing from the exterior. Ladder 4 reported a good amount of smoke coming from a room on the 2nd floor. B-44 requested the balance of the full assignment as a precaution. B-44 further reported smoke in the basement and looking like a working fire. Command reported a incendiary device thrown through the mail slot and fire in the wall.
