In this episode we will discuss the idea of sitting with a thought or action you are wanting to implement.
We often have the idea in our mind but rarely do we write it out and let it sit with us before taking some sort of action on it.
There is power in taking an idea out of your mind, putting it down on paper and then letting it sit for a day, two days, a week to see if it is truly how you desire the next steps to be.
Let's talk about it!!

Welcome to this episode of our podcast where we will be discussing the topic of youth strength training. Our focus will be on the importance of movement literacy in kids and how to teach them to be strong.
As parents, coaches, or educators, we all want our children to grow up healthy and strong. However, we often overlook the importance of teaching kids how to move correctly before and/or while they begin their journey into sports. Movement literacy, or the ability to move efficiently and effectively, is a fundamental skill that kids need to develop before they start specializing in sports.
In this episode, we will be joined by expert guest, Coach Devin from Function Health Club, who will share his knowledge and experience on the topic of youth strength training. Hey will discuss the benefits of teaching kids movement literacy, and how it can help prevent injuries and improve overall athletic performance.
We will also explore different ways to introduce strength training to kids, including bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and light weights. Coach Devin will provide tips and advice on how to make strength training fun and engaging for kids, while also ensuring that they are doing it safely and correctly.
Finally, we will discuss the importance of creating a supportive environment for kids to develop their strength and fitness. Coach Devin will provide insights on how to encourage kids to embrace a healthy and active lifestyle, and how to help them build confidence and self-esteem through physical activity.
Whether you are a parent, coach, or educator, this episode will provide valuable insights on how to help kids develop movement literacy and become strong, healthy, and resilient individuals.
Join us as we explore the world of youth strength training and learn how to help our kids reach their full potential.

We often stop ourself from making progress, going after that goal, or achieving the desired outcome we want because we are too concerned or worried about not understanding things fully.
Yes gaining understanding is important when taking action AND we often simply need to get better at taking action itself.
Seeking to understand all aspects of sometimes more often then not leads to inaction as it allows for the ability of our mind to talk ourself out of it because what if we don't actually understand all the components.
The most successful individuals don't understand everything, they are simply consistent with taking imperfect action and learning along the way.
Start taking action and allow the understanding to occur along the way.

It's easy to get comfortable and complacent when progress has been made. Then what often happens is we wonder why further progress doesn't happen. We still feel the 'burn' of work but we stop seeing the results we previously got. This happens because as much as we are still putting in the reps both metaphorically and literally, those reps aren't enough of a stimulus to our brain and body for change to be required.

Failure can teach us so much if we allow ourself the opportunity to fail and then learn from it.
In this episode I discuss a few conversations I have had lately around failure and how we can practice the art of failure to better ourself and our future.

Motivation comes and goes and it is something that I have been asked 1000 times now, 'how do I stay so motivated all the time?'. The simple answer is I don't.
The key is though that I don't base my life or decisions around whether or not I am motivated. Remember action builds motivation not the other way around.

The health and fitness industry has a money problem. Coaches either lack the confidence to charge more for the value they provide, or they use price as a reason to not go to another coach or facility and try and get buy in because they are the "cheaper" option.
Both of these impact the industry in a negative way. Let's talk about it! #levelup

Communication is fundamental to coaching and any service based industry however it is a skill most don't look to refine and/or struggle with!
I struggled for many years to fully understand how to communicate effectively however what I did know how to do was listen well!
This led me to some level of success however it wasn't until I dove into how then to communicate my thoughts and ideas more effectively as well as how to lead a team more effectively that I truly grasped the importance of communication.
Always Be Communicating goes so much deeper than simply the words we use.
I discuss this in this episode and I hope you enjoy it!

Too often I have clients coming to us that have been told to "just stop doing the thing". Be it running, squatting, playing a sport. Now I am not advocating for moving while in pain however simply telling someone to stop doing something they love without digging into what is actually causing the pain is negligent. So, let's talk about it!

When we are struggling to figure out how to grow and reach that next level, I have found it comes down to one of two things, the uncertainty of our self and abilities or the uncertainty of what direction we should be going?

It is great to want to empower individuals, to help them loose weight, to help them build muscle but as coaches we must dig deeper if we want to truly build a successful, financially freeing career.
We must identify what the actual problem is that we are looking to solve! This takes work. It takes time to dig into those more superficial ideas and aspirations and truly identify that specific problem. Once you do though, not only will you have direction but you will gain so much in your self confidence and ability to help others!

What does providing value as a coach mean? And how do you determine what that value is worth?
Over the course of my career I have noticed a trend towards coaches being more focused and concerned with ensuring their time is valued as opposed to ensuring they are providing more value then was expected.
As a coach, focusing in on providing top notch value and going above the cost of the package will then provide you the ability to truly put together what your time is actually worth.
If you are just starting out in the industry, focus on putting skin in the game first and building your reputation, skill set and ability to provide value. Then and only then, can you start demanding greater value for your time.

Another year has gone by but this past year has been one unlike anything most of us have ever experienced.
My challenge to you all is to acknowledge yourself and take a moment to appreciate yourself for showing up through it all. No matter what challenges you did or did not face this year, take that moment to learn from this past year, what were the biggest lessons, what were the biggest or smallest steps you took, what mistakes or missed opportunities occurred and why.
Then from there, TAKE THE NEXT STEP FORWARD! Given all that has gone on in this past year, why not take action on what you have wanted too. Why continue to hesitate? Own your experience, own your one at bat and make it into what you have always wanted!

"When we bury the story, we forever stay the subject of the story. If we own the story, we get to narrate the ending.” - Dr. Brown
After another great conversation with a client of mine the other day, I finally reconnected with why I love this podcast and platform so much.
I took a bit of a break from episodes as I found myself searching for things to talk about instead of simply letting myself speak from a natural place. I felt shame during this like I was a bad person for not providing.
So what better place to restart episodes then one on shame itself and steps we can take to overcome it and learn from it!

Regardless it was still a great experience and I have received so many amazing messages from people who tuned in on how they are levelling up their life following it.
That is why I wanted to share it out on here for all of you to listen in (my apologies on the background noise at times; my daughter doesn't understand quiet time yet haha).

We’ve all been there: we climb, fall, and get frustrated. The climbing and falling seem natural; they’re both actions that we can respect and appreciate when pursuing a goal. Frustration is different. It’s a reaction to those actions and we have a choice in how we respond to them.
When we get frustrated some essential learning is missing. We have a choice of either using the frustration to learn and grow or letting it simply be frustration behavior that demonstrates that we don’t value learning about why we fell. And that we want the achievement without doing the necessary work. We want something for nothing.
In this episode I discuss how we can utilize frustration in a positive way to not only grow but also identify deeper value sets we have for ourself!

In today's episode we discuss how trying to be perfect may be holding you back and how switching your approach, your thought process, your actions can open doors for you to new experiences and areas of opportunity.
There is nothing wrong with wanting to make or do something as great as possible, but thats the key, as great as possible. In wanting or expecting everything to be perfect we in fact are living a negative experience. Instead lets focus on the experiences and what we can learn from them!

“Everything you have ever felt or done in your life was due to brain function. At the most basic level, the intricate firing rates and patterns of your brain both determine who you have been and, more importantly, who you will become. All human change represents changes in that individual’s nervous system. All that we are is brain-derived.”
If you want performance in any aspect of your life, you must understand that the answer is in getting your system to function efficiently.
This requires YOU to be part of it.
In this episode we discuss and revisit the topic of physical states and how we can become more aware of them and work to better adapt and control and take action on the states of our self as we go about our journey.

Going a bit off script today as usually I do some pre planning for these episodes, have some notes written down and then record.
But today I'm just full sending this one as I dive into how I let my ego not only almost stop me from accomplishing something I worked extremely hard to achieve but also how I let it stop me from celebrating that success.

How much of your success is up to you — from your choices, to your actions, and your behaviours — versus outside conditions?
If your mind-set is that you’re at least 85-90% responsible for your success — and that just 10-15% could depend on outside sources— you can get the results you’re looking for.
However often in an effort to avoid sounding like a narcissist, ego maniac or otherwise, you might become overly modest in talking about your success and owning your power.
Sound familiar?
Heres the thing, in keeping your success to yourself and minimizing your achievements you are limiting your self and your growth.
It’s okay to share your success, as long as you do it in an authentic and humble way.
Let's talk about how to do that!

“The people we surround ourselves with either raise or lower our standards. They either help us to become the best version of ourselves o rnecourage us to become lesser versions of ourselves. We become like our friends. No man becomes great on his own. No woman becomes great on her own. The people around them help to make them great. We all need people in our lives who raise our standards, remind us of our essential purpose and challenge us to become the best version of ourselves." - Matthew Kelly
The idea that people in our life influence and shape us is not new,
Yet how often do we actually pause and take a moment to acknowledge and assess how those we spend time with actually impact us?
Colleagues, friends, partners, family are people we spend time with and build relationships with.
And it is through these relationships and interactions we make sense of who we are and we carry this understanding into the rest of our life.
So who is in your corner that is truly supporting who we want to become.
And who do we have relationships with that stand in the way of this becoming a reality?

Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to change itself constantly by creating new neural pathways and losing those which are no longer used.
For years, it was thought that after a certain age we were stuck with the brain we had and nothing new could occur nor any changes or adaptations could be created. However we now know that encouraging the brain’s neuroplasticity is the key to sustained adult learning and emotional intelligence.
This helps to keep our brain open-minded, intuitive and able to overcome biases throughout adulthood.
Unfortunately, keeping your brain plastic and flexible isn’t as easy as simply doing a daily puzzle or crossword.
For the brain to rewire itself it requires sustained practice of a new behavior as the brain loves novelty. In short it requires EFFORT.
In this episode we discuss the amazing benefits of training and growing your brains ability to adapt to new situations and your ability to respond better to them. We also dig into practical things we can do in our daily life to grow and develop ourselves and our brains.

"Once you know what failure feels like, determination chases success.” - Kobe Bryant
Growing up basketball was the main sport I played and did so at a high level for many years. Travelling down to the states every weekend to play in tournaments and then going on to win district championship in highschool and playing against guys that are now playing in the league.
Through all of this, Kobe Bryant was someone I admired and looked up too. Not just as a basketball player but as an athlete a human and now for myself as a parent.
His work ethic and focus was something I held on to and strived for in my life and efforts.
HIs pursuit of excellence in life was the beginnings and starting point for my personal pursuit.
I hope you guys enjoy this episode and are able to take something away from it.
Like him or not as a player, the man was a legend and we can all learn something from him.
RIP to everyone lost in this terrible tragedy.

If you aren't owning your own value, you are not in alignment with yourself!
Why wait for external validation of why you're worth it or that it's okay to ask for what we want
Is it because we are too shy, hesitant or worried about others opinions?
Do we realize in doing so we are giving the power away?
Simple question: Why would anyone pay more if they know they can pay less to get what they want due to how you value yourself?
In this episode we dig into 'self value' from the perspective of work and what we charge and owning that!
Have you ever been in the position where you just work and work and work, doing amazing for everyone and everything only to be rewarded with more work but no greater pay.
-When are you going to step forward and stand in your own value?
Or are you just going to keep volunteering your time?
We would like to believe and expect that people will recognize our worth and value but guess what they won't.
We as humans are naturally driven towards self preservation and that also means financially; if we can get something for cheaper then what it truly should be then we will take advantage. Winners am I right?
However we must experience those moments though to grow and develop and begin to understand how to stand on our own two feet in our own value.
We must experience those moments to see how much you truly have to offer others and save yourself some of the heartache, frustration and resentment that I experienced.
Back then, I had no idea how much it was impacting me and how it caused me to play the victim at times by giving my power away to people who didn’t have my best interests at heart.

How often have you come to a point in your training where you feel as though your progress just isn't at the level you have wanted or hope?
Did you take ownership for that?
Or did you blame an external source?
In this episode we get honest and real about progress and what it actually takes to achieve it. Furthermore we address head on the notion of passing the buck and blaming external sources for things we have full control over!
In order to make progress in training and in life we must recognize and acknowledge that the buck stops with us!
If we can do that and take ownership and accountability for that then we will improve, we will see progress and we will level up in our own life.
I get fired up about this kind of topic as its something we all can improve upon and something I see on a daily basis.

Sleep!
Whenever I talk about helping people improving their sleep, the initial response is usually how many hours to get.
However what I’m really interested in is the quality.
You can get 8 hours of time “sleeping” but if it was broken up with tossing and turning it’s not better then 6 hours of deep quality sleep.
So in order to focus on quality, I’m going to give you just a few tips that you can begin implementing this week, that should create a noticeable impact on you.
In this episode we will discuss 4 tips you can take action on to help improve your quality of sleep as well as some background information on sleep itself.

As coach's and individuals we naturally have bias towards our personal belief system and tools we utilize in our practice.
However what drives us and controls our approach can either benefit or hinder the progress of those we interact and work with.
In this episode I am back with Coach Danny from Function Health Club - Port Coquitlam CrossFit as we discuss the concept of Ego Driven Mindset vs It Depends Driven Mindset.
How one makes the client or patient try and fit within a certain mold even if it means contorting them into something that they don't respond well too. Versus the other that allows you as the coach to have the space and clarity to observe learn and listen to what is needed even if that means you don't know what to do.

Are you conscious of how you are approaching your training?
Do you go into your training with the thought of building towards a goal or that you just need to try and crush yourself in order for the training to be effective?
This notion of building often makes sense in other aspects of our lives but I regularly see this concept being lost on individuals when it comes to their training. Whether your are a competitive athlete in a sport or just intrinsically competitive to better yourself, focusing on building will provide your much more then testing on the daily will.

|Posture|.
—
Our posture is set by our nervous system through prioritizing information from 3 different systems in our body.
—
In the order of importance, these systems are:
—
It is estimated via Neuroscience research that 70-90% of our body posture is REFLEXIVELY activated through the EYES and the INNER EAR.
—
Why is that important to note?
—
That means that good posture is far less about any voluntary movement or activation and it isn’t about our muscular strength aka the #YouJustNeedToStrengthenYourBack prescription.
—
Only about 10-20% of your posture is dictated by the proprioceptive system’s control via your muscular strength and your voluntary upright body positioning.
—
Therefore if posture is primarily governed by our PMRF, eyes and balance system through reflexive action, then learning drills for those areas that can be added to our normal training routine to improve those systems is essential.
--
Join me in todays episode to learn more about these systems and how they effect and control your posture!

Unpopular opinion 🤷🏼♂️?.
When you are doing what truly makes you happy and see/feel the impact and difference you are making, time doesn’t matter anymore.

When you aren’t following your purpose and are trading your time for something that doesn’t make an impact that your passionate about; “burnout” hits hard and fast!

5 Things I’ve learnt Since I First Got Into Fitness.
.
1) Everything works...in the right context.
There is no one size fits all approach. It truly comes down to self experimentation. So go ahead and try all the things! See what works for you, in the long game though, not the short one. Pay attention to your body and what it responds to long term. If you keep having to repeat the same process over and over again because that “thing” you tried only lasted a short while, then it’s time to move on and try something else.
If you swear you’re doing everything right and nothing is working...you aren’t doing everything right.
If you get upset reading this...I’m speaking directly to you.
It’s not fun to hear you might not be doing things as well as you thought.
But it’s true. And it’s what you need to hear.
.
2) Action is the foundation of motivation. Not the other way around.
In other words, stop looking for ways to “get motivated.” And start doing the shit you need to do to achieve the life you want no matter how badly you’d rather lie in bed scrolling through the inter webs pretending to live someone else’s life.
.
3) It’s gonna take way longer than you want to achieve your goals. Wayyyy longer.
And here’s the thing...by the time you achieve them...they might not even matter that much to you anymore. So make the choice to go after them but know it’s okay if you realize it’s not actually what you wanted once you achieve them. It’s all part of your journey!
.
4) Your mindset drives your output. The amount of times I’ve witnessed someone try something one time and give up simply because of what they’ve told them-self about it.
Things like how terrible they are, how bad they are doing, how much they suck, how they will never be able to get it and it is what it is. I cannot eat healthy since I've been eating this way my whole life. These are all self limiting beliefs. Imagine we had these thoughts when we were first learning to walk and fell down that first time we tried and went “oh I guess this just isn’t for me”. It’s going to be tough! It will take work! But guess what, you CAN do it!
.
5) You won’t be able help everyone. Which sucks. But it’s true.
.

It is one thing to come to the gym and train or to do the tasks you set out in your day to day.
It is a whole other thing to actually SHOW UP for your training and for those tasks in your day.
I've seen it time and time again where people come to a gym or to their training session with their trainer and sure they might get a sweat on but they never truly were present or truly showed up for that session.
They were merely just moving.
Now there is something to be said for what your intention is in correlation to how you show up.
In this episode I begin this discussion around what showing up actually means and entails.

The Phylogenetic Hierarchy and Training
The what Hierarchy you say??
In this episode I discuss the concept of the physiological states that we come in and out of depending on the inputs we are receiving or providing.
The Question:
How does our nervous system and its function effect our output when it comes to training and performance?
For the purposes of this episode we need to just understand there are two sides to it:
1_ Parasympathetic
2_ Sympathetic
Para Sympathetic Nervous System:
Our vagus nerve is responsible for the states we are in and more specifically the ventral side of the vagus nerve allows us to be in what is often referred to as the FLOW State.
On the other side of the parasympathetic side we have our Dorsal Vagus Nerve which checks state of body; this nerve is the oldest one we have and is responsible for the FREEZE state.
Now lets look at our Sympathetic Side:
This is the Fight and Flight side - note that it’s these are NOT the same responses in that its not one or the other.
This side is relatively straight forward in that First we try to FIGHT
then if we get our ass kicked then we start running
FLIGHT
We start ideally in FLOW (parasympathetic)
Then this goes to FIGHT (sympathetic)
Which then goes to FLIGHT (sympathetic)
And ultimately goes to FREEZE (parasympathetic)
Understanding the state in which your body is in and/or going in and out of is can be critically important to your progress and success.
Get more in tune with your body and what you are doing! Pay closer attention to what it is telling you and why. You might just find another level to which you can take your performance and life.

We have all heard it and been asked it, what are your priorities?
Are you making health and wellness a priority in your life?
I made a post the other around how to more effectively make health and fitness a priority in your life.
However there is also a flip side to that conversation and that is that its okay if your regular fitness routine is not a main priority for a period of time due to life events or new ventures you are pursuing.
Now this is not me saying your health is not a priority as that is and should be a non negotiable for everyone! In that every day you should be doing something to maintain and improve your overall health.
But we must be understanding and open to the idea that there will be times where our training routine that we are used to takes a back seat to something else that’s going on. And guess what! Its OKAY! and it will be okay!!
So I invite you to dive into this episode on priorities and let me know your thoughts!

Do you feel frustrated because your progress isn’t moving quickly enough?.
Feel like you’re stuck and you should be seeing better results for the time you’re putting in?.
Good, now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s get real!.
This shit is hard; training, life, relationships, work.
As it should be! Anything worth while takes effort...a lot of effort.
Mentally more than physically most days.
This acknowledgment gives us an opportunity though to truly ask of ourself how much effort are we actually putting in? And to get real with what progress actually is!
Are we actually putting the necessary reps in to accomplish our goal? Or are we holding back for fear of the unknown possibilities?.
**Are we passing the blame of lack of performance onto others or other things instead of taking ownership over our own journey?.
Are we acknowledging the progress we are making no matter if its small, and slow?**
Here’s the thing, some days you’re gonna feel like you’re this unstoppable badass crushing it.
And other days you’re gonna feel like a tired, lazy, unmotivated sack of potatoes.
Listen.
That’s life. That’s part of the process. We all go through it. All of us. Coaches, too. Myself included.
The key is to chill the eff out, stop expecting perfection, and ask yourself the necessary question of how much effort am I truly putting in?.
As a mentor of mine once said to me, “if I told you that you needed to do ‘x’ and if you didn’t you’d owe me $10,000 dollars, could you do it?”.
Would that change the amount of effort you put in?.
Would it make you recognize there’s a whole other level you can level up to?.
Stop expecting linear progress, and get used to the process being an unpredictable mess but one that requires far more effort then you are currently giving.
If you can do that. And you can be consistent and honest in stepping up your level of effort...you will succeed.
I promise you that. Because as long as you don’t quit...your success is inevitable.

In order to achieve high level results and performance we must ensure the athlete we are working with feels a part of the process as opposed to just a piece of it. Conversely you as a client/athlete should look to be a part of the process and not just sit by being a piece of it.
We must understand that speaking your athletes language does not mean catering to them. It is not bowing down to them but instead building them up. You must respect where they are coming from and their viewpoint and in doing so correlate that to how you make them feel a part of the process.
Coach's! Understand people, not just movement.
The 2 C’s of Communication
There are two main components of communication we must consider:
Content - the information that we transmit to our athletes about technique and tactics, which could refer to the proper setup and execution of a weightlifting movement such as a clean or a snatch or the concept of falling forward and pulling through your hamstring during a sprint.
Correlation – this element of communication is more about the way in which we exchange information with our athletes.
You must understand how to speak in the way that best connects with your athletes
In doing so you will more persuasively deliver the information you need to convey

Not everyone responds to the same exercise equally
So how do you know if your client doesn’t own the movement fully or may need to adjust?
Do you know how to look for signs of startle reflex in your athletes?
We often see common compensations patterns which tell you an exercise might not be appropriate or that they don’t own the movement yet.
In this episode I outline 5 other signs you can utilize to tell if your client/athlete is owning the movement or not.
5 of the most common signs of startle reflex that you might commonly see with your clients during exercise and drills.
Having great observation skills and being able to see signs of "Startle" is very important for keeping your clients safe and progressing!

Many of us spend our days and most of the year thinking about what’s next, what we want to accomplish, that next goal that next big thing.
And then this thing called Thanksgiving rolls around and were smacked on the back of the head as a reminder to think about what were grateful for let alone how to express that gratitude.
Its safe to assume we can all agree that expressing thanks shouldn’t be a one a year tradition. But it has always fascinated me how easily we as society sink into this pattern. Is it due to us not caring enough? Not understanding what gratitude is? Feeling self conscious about expressing it? More on this later.
What is it for you?

On this episode Coach Danny from Port Coquitlam CrossFit joins me as we discuss gait analysis and why it should be a component of your assessment if you are a coach.
As with anything, and one of my favourite sayings, 'it depends' is the answer to should everyone have their gait analyzed. Despite it truly depending on the situation and needing to be person specific as always, understanding gait and how to assess it can play a big role and provide great benefit to how you help a client/athlete you're working with.
In this episode we look at both a biomechanical lens analysis as well as a neurological lens analysis for gait and what each entails and means potentially for the individual. We also discuss some specific strategies you can look to implement to help correct a specific gait dysfunction you identify.

Pain. Something most if not everyone has experienced in their life in some way shape or form. What causes us to experience pain though? The human body itself does not have actual pain receptors so what causes us to feel pain. And why is it that we can feel pain when we haven't actually injured ourself just like we can feel no pain when we have injured ourself?
Pain and pain science is a topic I love discussing and I continually see the breadth of scope that pain presents as in the athletes and clients I get the pleasure of working with on a daily basis. In fact I have a very fascinating episode coming up that dives down one way pain can present in someone purely due to emotional trauma and mindset. So keep your eyes peeled for that episode!

It is one of the most common focuses for individuals starting a fitness routine, "I just want to get/be healthy". But do we even understand what that means?
For some 'healthy' is change in body composition, for others its a change in lifestyle. Often I hear the statement, "I need to loose a few pounds before getting healthy again". That statement always seemed odd to me as wouldn't being healthy help to initiate loosing a few pounds or reducing BF%?
In this episode I discuss this idea and the often misunderstood construct people place around what being/getting healthy actually means and is.

Alright if you have been around the fitness industry long enough you have most likely been told, heard of, or otherwise come across the concept of fasted cardio and all of its apparent benefits. Here's the thing and a point you will hear me make a lot so get used to it...can fasted cardio be beneficial for someone: it depends.
As is the case with anything. Any form of diet, training protocol, supplement, whatever it is, it all depends.
In this episode I dive into some of the things to consider before going head first into fasted cardio simply because your cousin Jane told you you should if you want to loose weight.
Lets start reframing our focus and intention to that of long term health and wellness so we can Level Up Our Life throughout our entire life!

We have known for a long time that positive thinking is important and beneficial for success. However just how big a role our thoughts play in our health and wellness is still only truly being discovered. I absolutely love talking about this topic so this will not be the only discussion had on this. In fact this episode barely scratches the surface.
The main idea discussed is if you can turn on the stress response just by thought alone your thoughts can make you sick; so is it possible that your thoughts can make you well?

Hey everyone! To say I am excited about this would be an understatement! Starting this podcast and coinciding blog has been a goal of mine for many years and so to finally hit that Publish button on my first few episodes lights an even bigger fire inside of me.
Now one of the reasons I have wanted to start this podcast is a selfish one. I have a ton of stuff stuck in my head that I want to just get out and talk about and so what better way to do that then this. But more so then that, I truly love connecting with other people and discussing everything from health and fitness, which is the industry I have been a part of for over 12 years now, to mindset, love, relationships and any and all things in between.
This podcast is about all of that and more. Its about raising questions and challenging the status quo thought processes in society. Its about learning and developing and figuring out how we can continue to Level Up our lives!
So with that I hope you enjoy this episode!
