Shayla is a creative and manager of global visual merchandising at Vince. She has spent nearly 20 years working with American luxury brands such as Ralph Lauren and Donna Karan; creating their retail environments. Her job has been to communicate the brand within a space, and to influence consumer buying decisions. A few years ago, she began to think more about the influence of spaces we call home- womb/body, shelter, earth, universe, and is currently researching/writing a book on how these connect energetically.

Today’s Mommy Bawse is Ashley Nicholson, an author and board certified Emergency Medicine Physician. She currently works with Vituity at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto, CA – a level 2 trauma center – where she provides immediate diagnosis and recognition, and care and stabilization for adult and pediatric patients with a broad range of acute injuries and illnesses. She currently serves as a committee member on the Quality & Patient Safety and State Legislative Committees for the American College of Emergency Physicians. She is married with two beautiful girls, Amelia – 2, and Maya – 4 months.

Noel is in the assurance practice where she focuses on auditing public companies in the industrial manufacturing industry.
