There are many ways to do life, but there's only one way to do it right.

The mindset to have to truly love yourself

We all go through trials, but nothing compares to going through THE THING.

Upholding an image of perfection is something we all strive to do, in one way or another.

Rule your routines.

Don't allow your insecurities to become your identity.

It doesn't go anywhere. We must resist it.

Don't celebrate your good works too early.

God isn't so much concerned about your age, rather... your preparation.

Expecting life to be perfect, and having no limitations starts to take a toll on us.

Don't be so quick to give up.

Resting rebirths our creativity, and keeps our heart in the right place.

Is the church responding to COVID-19 the way it should?

Most times we pray about everything except ourselves. Our REAL selves.

God has designed our "now" for our tomorrow.

Depression isn't always a condition. Sometimes it's a confirmation.

Love is the answer... literally.

It is hypocritical to focus on one sin instead of all sins. It is dangerous to point out others sins while we miss our own.

Being covered under the blood of Jesus protects you from any and every attack from Satan. Now, we have to be protected from ourselves.

Every true follower of Christ comes across spiritual warfare at some point in their life. This is how you handle it.

When you finally know who you are, and who God has called you to be, you can cut off the dead weight in your life that has been slowing you down. It’s time to make our burdens light.

We think of perfection as being flawless. When really, Jesus describes being “perfect” as having the nature of God at all times no matter the circumstance. We cannot allow life to throw us off of who we are, and what we are called to do.

It is not people that “messes up our day.” Nor is it the little frustrations and aggravations of everyday life. It is when we forget the goodness of God, and the blessings that surrounds us everyday. When gratefulness is ignored, negativity magnifies!

Everyone wants to succeed, and to progress in life. Sometimes that “drive” can distract us from remembering that this life isn’t forever, but Jesus is! Our focus must always stay on what truly matters concerning our whole existence, not just this short lived life.

The trauma of life has the potential to close our hearts towards God. There is no special process towards our healing except to just simply let our guards down, open our hearts, and let the love of God penetrate the damage life has done to our souls. It simply takes pure, uncertain, vulnerable trust.

It is a part of our humaneness to make thinks more difficult than they actually are at times. Could we be doing the same thing in our relationship with God? Jesus says, “My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.”

We can fall into a “system” of living for God, or striving towards goals. What happens when that system is broken due to our pure humanity? Is God disappointed in us? Does He hold back His blessings from us? When does His love and grace apply to our shortcomings?
