I’ve been roaming around different areas, unable to let go and let life in again. Many MINDless relationships are starting to get the best of me as I revisit what no longer serves me. So what does it mean to revisit your past? Some would say Saturn Retrograde is an invitation to feel into the foundations of the relationships around you. Vulnerably, I would say I’ve been questioning my worth lately. The ties I’ve created to lost souls have lost their spark in me, and I guess that becomes the real tragedy I now re-grieve. I don’t MIND processing as it becomes an avenue you reach when you are ready to elevate to your highest potential. So what does it mean to revisit your past? Well, i’ll sit with the shadows, stand with my little and walk to my higher self all at once. This episode requires you to Powerfully Claim your MIND back. Are you ready?

Sometimes we reach a peak of healing opportunity that is simply just a viewpoint. Even having done the healing work, even feeling as though old wounds have now healed, even accomplishing some of your dreams as of right now and then losing them in the process of self-discovery, it might still feel like nothing's really changed and you're right back to where you started. Feeling a void filled with external validation only to realize It's Time to Start Feeling, Again. The next mountain you climb after admiring the viewpoint is one where you are required to climb Alone But Far From Lonely. This episode is a reminder that you are not lonely nor truly alone in this journey even if it may feel as though you are.
