Welcome to the Momology Podcast, hosted by Natasha and Christina! They are moms, blonde & brunette, sassy & sweet, best friends & amateur Tik Tokers (which is sure to embarrass their kids in the near future, just as it embarrasses their husbands). Hi Friends,
Happy International Women's Month!
Your girls Christina and Natasha are currently having a DAY!
Natasha is feeling super unwell this week (YAY pregnancy symptoms during her birthday celebrations).
Christina drove her son to daycare, worked 8 hours, picked him up from daycare, went grocery shopping, picked up her husband from the GO train while recording this short message for you all before she binge watches some Criminal Minds. Nothing like some crime shows to relax from a hectic day.
We hope you take a moment to reflect on something you do that you're good at and proud of - no matter how big or small it may seem. We'll post something on Instagram and would love to hear yours!
Maybe you take time to write what you're grateful for. Maybe you started going to therapy to continue to work on yourself. Maybe you're amazing at helping your child navigate their emotions while learning to do the same for them. Maybe you find time to teach your little one something new every week. Whatever it is that you take extra time and effort to do for yourself or your little one, tell yourself "Thank you" and take a moment to really be proud and flaunt what you do.
You deserve those little moments of achievement and recognition.
Can't wait to talk soon!
xox

Hey beauties,
Tonight is another candid conversation. V E R Y candid.....like, explicit, please do not have children around while listening :) The Momologists genuine chat leads down tales of sexual escapades that left them little shocked, their own body image thoughts during pregnancy, raging hormones and lots of talk about a certain male private part (try and count how many times we say the word...we lost track). What food does Christina compare her nipples to? Why is circumcision such hot topic? And what age do you start 'starfishing' when having sex? What did Christina gift Natasha with?
The mom besties hope this conversation contributed to normalizing sex conversations to help us all feel less alone in our thoughts. They hope you laughed as hard as they did while recording!
Hi loves,
The Momologists are sitting down and indulging each other with a good ol'fashion girls talk. Why has Christina been crying so much? Does Natasha have to go #2 or is it a false contraction? What two random tips did the Moms give each other about choosing a daycare & navigating a jury duty summons?
After a hormonal day filled with tons of tears, this chat was exactly what the doctor ordered - laughs upon laughs, maybe even a snort or two.
Join us tonight and every Wednesday! We're so happy you're here! <3

Hi Loves,
It is SO very important to take care of yourselves, no matter what. Trust us, it's like preaching to the choir.
This is exactly what the Momologists are doing this week (not preaching, but taking care of themselves) while they juggle being moms, wives, and pregnant.
We will see you next week with a new episode. In the meantime, we thank you for your support and hope that all of you are taking care of yourselves <3
Love you all

Hey love,
Okay, so we admit, Nutrition isn't the most captivating subject to do an episode on BUT the Momologists bring in some personal insight on the pains & triumphs of getting their kids to eat their veggies.
In this episode, you'll hear about Christina and Natasha's childhood experiences with food, how they make meal time a priority for dinner, and how getting their kids involved in the kitchen is short-lived but worth it. In between laughs, there are great reminders about their favourite supplement company (Orange Naturals ) and how it comes to play in their Nutrition regime, that food is fuel & sugar is a big no no (duhhh).
Lets get into it!

Hello Beautiful Souls!
This week the Momologists introduce you to the lovely Jennifer Tolo.
Jennifer is experienced in modern medicine and integrated health. She is a speaker, author, teacher, nurse, and mama of 4.
We talk about everything from changing the way you think of situations you never thought you’d be in, high vibrations, keeping negative energy away, health during the pandemic, integrated healing, how she healed her sons and herself and the list goes on!
“I woke up terrified after the birth of my second son.
“Where’s my baby?”
He’d been sent to a children’s hospital 30 miles away after a massive stroke and seizing. Other people’s babies were crying all around me, and all I wanted was to hold my son. The doctors and specialists weren’t talking to each other, and no one knew what was going on. If I’d listened to them, I would have given up.
Then I heard a voice inside me say: “Just breathe.” Once I did, the fog lifted. I knew that I just needed to be with my son, connect and tune in, and he would help me know what was needed. I had no choice but to turn to the voice of my intuition for a way to heal my son.
My third son was diagnosed with leukemia on the very day I found out I was pregnant with my fourth child.
This time, I had the tools and I knew how to trust myself to help my son navigate his cancer treatments and get well. My own health suffered from putting out so many fires and worrying about the kids... “
✨Natasha and Christina absolutely ADORE Jen and learned so much for her. Tune in to hear more of Jens story. ✨

Hello friends,
The moms are back with some exciting news and spill their guts on what has been going on during their mini hiatus from recording. Tune in tonight as Christina and Natasha FINALLY get together, sit down & have a candid conversation about the last few months:
Which mom does not like foods that require a spoon...? Yea... you read that right.
Which mom was so sick she couldn't see straight?
Which mom was trying to get pregnant and which one wasn't?
Remember, during candid conversations episodes, the moms do not review any beverage, They let the convos flowwwww and that is it. So fill your cup up with whatever you like and get cozy.... Momology starts NOW.
So happy to see you all again,
xo The Momologists

Hi Beautiful!
We are taking time during the holidays to care for a little stuffy nose boys, wrap presents and spend quality time with our loved ones.
The holidays tend to be stressful even through all the magic and laughter. We're doing our part to unplug and focus on family. We hope you do too!
Keep a look out for the coming weeks. We have some BIG episodes coming in January.
Miss you all

Hi beautifuls!
How well do you know your friends? Friendships are evolving & a person's heart is as deep as the ocean (is that a quote from Titanic?!). Your friends lived a whole life before you arrived on the scene, complete with embarrassing moments, great achievements, and failed relationships. If you want to learn more about their past and what makes them tick, you need to know what questions to ask.
Tonight, the Momologists have a girl talk & ask you to join in on the fun. Christina and Natasha ask each other a series of questions to dig up some new information they might not know of each other. It helped melt the stress away, added some fun into the day, & grew the moms closer as they opened doors into each other's thoughts and pasts.
📝 Momology Homework: 📝
Before you listen to tonight’s episode, do these 2 things:
Write down your favourite colour (not just what you think you look good in) your overal favourite colour and give 3 deep reasons why you love it.
Write down your favourite animal and 3 deep reasons why. Avoid thinking of memories you may have of them but more so the characteristics you admire about them.

Hello Friends!
If you follow Momology on Instagram (@momology_co) you'd know that the past little bit has been a difficult one for one of the Momologists. Natasha has been dealing with some health difficulties recently and ensuring she's practicing what we preach (health before anything!) she is taking the time to feel better and rest.
With that said, Christina recently listened to a previous released episode related to boundaries and traditions during the holiday season and was blown away by how much she learned from what her and Natasha spoke about in 2020. They thought it would be a great idea to reshare this episode while Natasha heals and in all honestly if it ain't broke don't fix it! We couldn't give better advice this holiday season so we're taking out our notepad and sharing the tips that helped us have a simplified and less stressful holiday!
We hope you enjoy this episode! xox

Tonight we talk about how to get rid of toxic products in your household for not only your little squish but YOU as well. These are products and brands you would assume are completely safe but unfortunately not the case.
We made this episode short and sweet with some of our easy product switches that will remove toxins from your home and teach you how to easily know if what you use is not as "clear and free" as it claims!
As informative as this episode may seem, don't think there's not laughs and talks about botox and erections.

Hi besties,
Is it safe to say that MOST women can relate to being ridiculed for one or two things they find joy in? You know that familiar feeling of being happy over something like a Lotion, Shoe, or Candle and then quickly being made to feel like your happiness is materialistic, basic or dumb? {Pumpkin Spice Latte Enters The Chat}.
Tonight the Momologists talk about a personal experience where Natasha got called "one of THOSE women" because of a certain coffee she likes to drink. The moms discuss how women often get ridiculed for their love & joy of certain products, how the term "basic" needs to be eliminated and what 'performative piling' looks like & what it means.
Come snuggle & join your mom friends for another episode!

Hi Beautiful Souls!
The Momologists could not pass up the opportunity to speak to the CEO of Dose, Genevieve.
Other than the fact that Natasha & Christina love the beverages, they are just as in love with the company. Dose is a Montreal-based organic cold- pressed juice company founded by Genevieve and her partner Raphael in 2013 and have recently expanded into Ontario. Along with health, nutrition and convenience Genevieve is also passionate for equality in her company. She talks about her experience dealing with sexism in the corporate world and even as CEO of Dose and how it helped her build her business, all while being a Mother.

Hi sweetpeas,
Tune in as the Moms catch up with one another and update each other on what has been going on in their routines, hearts & homes. Re-entry into the work force, daycare enrolment, house guests, ice cream sandwiches in the morning and a hot, smelly celebrity.
In friendships, moments of extreme closeness versus weeks of being pulled apart by hectic schedules is tots normal. Don't sweat it, girlfriend! Maintaining friendships comes with its own set of peaks & valleys but what is important is putting forth the effort to come together ( when routines allow ) to reconnect & recharge with your mom friends! Setting aside work, families & errands in order to catch up with each one another is exactly what the moms do in this episode!

Hi lovebugs,
Tonights episode is about escapism into the world of celebrity news. The moms associated celebrity culture as a form of escapism from their everyday hustle & bustle life & were eager to chat about things that did not involve their careers or motherhood. The ladies unwind with a glass of wine & take a passenger seat in observing what's happening in Hollywood and chat all things glitz & glam!

Hello moonbeams,
We are so happy you are here!
For an entire year, Christina and Natasha juggled motherhood, careers, social activities and jumping into the deep end of starting their own podcast. Typical moms, always adding more to their plates :) But here they are, 1 year later, popping a bottle of sparkling rose with all of you to celebrate the network of women they manifested!
The moms thought it would be hilariously cringe worthy to re-listen to their first ever episode & add their commentary to the mix. What surprised them most about how far they've come? What did Christina think about her debut & finding her voice? What word did Natasha shorten that had her shuddering while re-listening to it? What did the moms have to say about transitioning from 3 hosts down to 2?
A B I G THANK YOU to all of our Mama's who listen in every week, follow us on social media & message us words of encouragement. You keep us chugging along & feeling inspired. We love you!
Now, kick back and relax with the Momologists & listen to how far they've come.

Hi lovelies,
We are so grateful you are here!
Tonight, the Momologists are joined by Michele Benyo; a mom of two, a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist®, early childhood parent coach, and the founder of Good Grief Parenting.
After her 6-year-old son died of cancer, her 3-year-old daughter's heartbreaking statement – "Mommy, half of me is gone" – defined Michele’s life purpose. Her mission is twofold: to help parents through the challenges of parenting while grieving the death of a young child, and to help parents meet the unique needs of a child who has lost a sibling in the early childhood. years. Michele’s heart's desire is to see families live forward after loss toward a future bright with possibilities and even joy.
Join the Moms as they discuss and learn how to support those in their lives who are experiencing the unimaginable, what not to say & how to read cues if children are grieving the lost of their sibling.

Hi sweet peas,
Most of us encounter bullies at specific points in our lives. And while many believe that bullying only happens throughout childhood, unfortunately, bullying doesn’t always stop once you become an adult. Take it from the Momologists, who are both in their 30's, married and mothers...yet the online bully & stigma has never been more apparent. It comes with the territory, but when a line is crossed - some thoughtful reminders on what is expected vs tolerated comes into play.
In this off the cuff episode, the moms discuss a hateful comment that was left on their social media page in response to their Moms Night Out Episode. <--- Listen to Episode 49 to hear about their night that upset a non-follower to leave a message on the Momology Insta Page.
The moms chat about what online bullying means for mental health & a how others perceived images of them is not their responsibility and why comments like that one will not be tolerated in our safe circle #momsunite
Have you been on the receiving end of adult bullying? We want to know! Make sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook so we can hear about your experience & continue the discussion on how we can continue to create safe spaces online for our children AND ourselves!

Hi Beautiful Souls,
September is literally around the corner. Many parents everywhere are not cheering in excitement to send their little ones off to school but are rather holding feelings of anxiousness of the unknown. The past 2 years have been the unknown. No questions are really answered and we can't see how the future looks, whether it's the next couple months or the next couple of years - or even longer. 😬
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
HOWEVER, the Momologist's are keeping positive as always and inviting an expert guest on this subject to help parents find ways to navigate our work and home life with the school year beginning in a couple weeks.
MEET TRICIA GORDON👩🏻🏫
She is a mama of 3, a teacher of 15+ years, a dog mom of an adorable lab/husky, and even a plant mom, and she just recently published her first children’s book entitled “Catching Kindness: An Infectious Tale” which you can purchase on Amazon! Link below. 📚
This episode focuses on toddlers to teens going back to school or daycare and of course parents who need to help navigate this transition, whatever that may look like this year!✨⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
She also had Natasha and Christina's mouths drop from an incredible story she told us about the time she had to unexpectedly deliver her best friends baby!! 😲 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Hi sweet peas!
The moms are 30-something' year old badasses, who between the both of them have two little boys at home. Finding things that make you feel good are C R U C I A L considering the majority of your days feel repetitive & you're rocking a stained t-shirt with toenails that haven't seen a pedicure in months! Sure, that may be the standard attire most days, and heels might seem more of an occasion....but at the end of the day, what makes YOU feel like the best version of yourself? Finding those seemingly small things that make the biggest difference in how you feel is so damn important.
Tonight, the moms go over their practical, versatile & affordable hacks that make them feel better in the day to day. Which mom can you relate with more?
What hairstyle replaced the 'messy mom bun' for both Christina and Natasha and which corners they cut to save time in the kitchen?
Thanks for joining us!

Hi love beams,
With lockdown restrictions lifting across the globe, the Momologists eagerly planned a night out to ease out of isolation and back into a social setting. Christina and Natasha were meeting each others best friends in a mom-blind-date over shrimp tacos and margaritas! At one point, the maragaritas turned into Patron..so the moms encourage you put on your mom jeans, slipped into some heels & quite literally, bar hopped across the city with them as they recap their night.
Which patio in Toronto surprisingly made the moms feel slightly "bullied"? What beverages did the moms drink (maybe little too much off) to wet their palettes? And what pickup line was used on them that totally evolved because of Covid? Which mom felt surprised about how social anxiety creeped into her psyche during the night out & shed a tear or two during the chat?
Hint Hint: There may be a extra something at the very end of the episode.
DISCLAIMER: Humans are naturally social creatures, and prolonged isolation can affect the way we interact with others, including communication skills and confidence. Its natural to feel anxious and have a degree of social anxiety after living through a global pandemic! Being outside of your bubble can feel overwhelming because its a drastic change. The moms piece of advice is : BE KIND TO YOURSELF, KEEP EXPECTATIONS LOW & BE GENTLE WITH OTHERS. The reintroduction to socializing will be an individuals own personal journey. So go at your own comfort level. <3 Love you

Welcome back, besties!
Tonight, the Moms are sitting down and sharing their perspectives on daycare! Seems simple enough, right? But, daycare comes with its own list of challenges that can surpass even the most prepared parent! Cue the anxiety of letting go, guilt, incessant worry & tears. MY GOSH, THE TEARS! One the moms broke down in tears...ahhh the familiar feeling of #momguilt
As the moms explore why or why not daycare is the right choice for them, they also chat about their greatest fears of letting go, moving past the feelings of guilt, and recognizing their own dependencies.
Which mom decided to enrol her toddler into part-time day care and which mom decided to have her toddler stay at home for the time being? How does being an empath making letting go more difficult and how do you overcome it?
Know that you're not alone & that the journey of parenthood is lifelong. Thank goodness, we all have each other as support!

Hiiiiiiiii Girlfriends,
So like the title mentions, this is probably the most inappropriate episode the Momologist's have done before. We know you are all about it because you're reading this right now. ;)
Why do you want to listen to this episode you ask?
To get away from the talk about nap schedules, or weather with colleagues, or maybe to just stop talking all together and listen about topics that can really cross your mind for 95% of your day. Maybe it's not normal for these talks with the circle around you? It's normal here, girl. We are always here to create a safe space to talk about topics that are part of our lives! Simple as that.

Tonight, the Momologists are entering into the Political Arena with our MPP for Parkdale -High Park, Bhutila Karpoche. In Bhutila's words, "The Personal Is Political."
Motherhood is Political. It’s probably the most political occupation one can have. We hope to shed light & inspire during our talk with Bhutila about how Motherhood plays a role in Politics.
More than anyone, mothers across the globe are invested in the future. We give birth to & raise the future. Without knowing it, when you step over the threshold of motherhood, little do you realize, how much Politics will govern your life. For issues that directly effect mothers, such as :
These issues are so important & often overlooked.
Our world claims to adore mothers & often says that we are doing the “most important job in the world”, why is it then, that the effectiveness of being a mother doesn’t translate over into Politics & Policies? Lets change that! Raise your voices, raise your glasses -- there is nothing more powerful than US!

Hi besties!
We can all agree, that ALL kids have emotional ups and downs, moments or periods of moodiness, trouble with friends, even dips in academic performance in school or daycare. With an added element of a pandemy reaching all corners of the world, you may have noticed your little ones tough emotions soaring to new heights.
As a parents we ALWAYS have a list of questions and worries. How do you know if your child is struggling with something more serious? And when should you seek professional help? Trying to understand if their tantrums are typical or unusual is also a difficult task. So, how do you know when your child’s behaviors warrant therapy and what type of therapy they need?
Don't worry. You don't need to go back to school and obtain a degree. Instead, the Momologists are bringing you the next best thing. We have Sarah from Behaviour Matters weighing in on when it might be time for your child to see a therapist.
Sarah is the Social Skills and Emotional Regulation Program Coordinator and Group Facilitator at Behaviour Matters. Sarah is experienced in child and youth program planning, delivery, and evaluation. Hey besties!
Tonight the girls wanted to pick a topic that brought a light and funny energy to what's been a very difficult past couple of months for the both of them. So tonight is the epitome of "girl talk" as we tell each other and YOU about our favourite memories out on the town. Recorded on a warm night with a cold bottle of Rose, the moms wasted no time opening their vault to reminisce about their most outrageous stories. Still managing to keep it PG, Christina and Natasha gave you as much "juicey" stories they could without throwing themselves under the Party Bus. Some things have to remain in the vault....foreverrrr.
This episode features some celebrities, festival stories & international escapades!
To make this episode even more special, we have teamed up with Syd.Sips who is a fellow Torontoian & lover of discovering & rating drinks. When we saw Syd's insta and Tiktok we knew we had to get her input on a drink of choice for our podcast! Syd hand picked the drink of choice for tonights episode so tune in at the end to hear our thoughts. Be sure to check her out for amazing, affordable wine choices.

Hi besties,
As the Momologists began the episode on another discussion on recording night, their honesty & pain side tracked the intended topic and instead, brought them to Another Pregnancy Loss story.
In the shared experiences, both Christina and Natasha have endured losses only 1 month apart. The support between the two of them has amplified their friendship to soaring heights & has given space for sharing their stories in the aim to grieve and connect with other moms.
Tune in tonight as Natasha opens up about her recent pregnancy and news following her dating scan & what symbol has become their friendship necklace to celebrate each other and honouring their connection.
Being that both moms are in the middle of their loss stories, lets band together to offer unwavering support and love to one another. Everyone is fighting their own secret battles you might not be aware of.
Please note: Off The Air Conversations episodes do not feature a drink to review as they are candid conversations recorded off the cuff.

Hi mom friends,
Warning - We do speak about the details of our pregnancy losses.
This episode was created to bring you hope and community on your journey through a pregnancy loss or the grieving process of it. In a way, it's our way of keeping our experiences alive & validating our lost babies by speaking about them.
Through it, we hope to laugh together, cry together, and lean on the ultimate source of hope in our story of grief, disappointment and lost babies. I suppose no one knows what to do or what to really expect when it happens to you. And it happens a lot- more than current statistics reflect. Some public figures or celebrities will speak briefly about it, but is often glossed over, especially how to get through it or how to recover.
Everybody has to honour their own process with it. Some don’t want to talk about it, and we feel they should 100% be entitled to not talk about it. But we do think culturally if we could see a full shift into at least giving people the option that it’s OK
Here is our slice of pain, our broken hearts, in a podcast to commemorate our lost babies. Because they matter.

Hi besties!
Move aside all other holidays, this one has become our favourite one by far. After all, what could be better than a day of finger paintings, a macaroni necklace & wet smooches from our little sprouts? That being said, mothers do not seek tangible rewards for their sacrifices; they just do what needs to be done. So, one day a year for her sacrifices and love is a small token of appreciation that we can all observe.
This episode, Christina and Natasha chat about how Mothers Day has evolved from celebrating our own moms to know being a mom themselves. They also acknowledge the perspective that Mothers Day might not be that welcomed day most moms look forward too & offering a safe space for those mamas.
To all our mama listeners, we wish you continued strength when you feel as though you have nothing left to give, immense laughter in all of your mothering days, and unexplainable gratitude and love as you navigate the various expectations & roles the world seems to place on women and mothers. We see you.

Hi Mom Friends & All Friends Listening,
Natasha and Christina came to the realization that they had many off air conversations before and after recording episodes without the red record button on. These conversations are obviously between two Mom best friends in the privacy of their home but they decided these were also important to share. This candid conversation is about real fears and thoughts they share as women and as mothers. In theme of being candid, this episode was actually stored to be shared for a future membership program for their closest listeners but said "screw it" and decided to share it with everyone. The conversation is not adjusted to fit everyone's opinion, swearing is kept as is and their personal fears and experiences aren't edited out. This is an off air conversation put on air.
In this episode the Momologists have a candid conversation on the recent conversations in social media related to focusing on educating sons rather than protecting daughters. They talk about their personal experiences, fears as mothers, and thoughts on how they want to approach their children in a way that educates and protects them.
Trigger Warning: This episode includes brief conversations related to sexual assault & child abusers.
NO DRINK RATINGS DURING THESE CONVERSATIONS.
These are unscripted and unprepared episodes. We simply press record during our regular mama chats and upload.

Hi Mom Friends!
How well do you know your mama friends? Friendships are evolving & a persons heart is as deep as the ocean (is that a quote from Titanic?!).
Tune in to find out if the moms could ever be sugar babies, which mom has made a sex tape before, what is a deal breaker in a female friendship & how they like to be comforted.

Hi Friends!
Even the most positive Mama's need to vent once in a while. They managed to avoid chatting about Covid for a year - what a feat! So much has been said on the news, social media and among your friend & family circles that adding to the conversation seemed a bit saturated. But as time marches on and the situation is never changing, the Momologists would be amiss by not approaching the topic of how life has been for them as moms on maternity to moms of toddlers during the pandemic. The past year has been an unique one, with many sets of challenges, fears and sadness.
Tonight, the mamas discuss what it has been like for them, how their perspectives have changed & what has been the hardest part of it all.
We are so honoured that you decided to spend some of your lockdown with us.
*Please be aware that these feelings and thoughts are our own and are not the only ones out there. We're simply having a girl chat on how the heck we're doing through it all. *

Hello Sweet Friends!
Who doesn’t like hearing their kid belt out their favourite tune, wiggle their bum and clap their hands? Our voices are only slightly dripping with sarcasm, because it IS kinda cute the first 100 times. Despite how annoying it can be to hear Baby Shark on repeat a thousand times + a day, we do it anyways because we can see how intuitively our little clones LOVE music. Chubby hands clapping is a perk too.
But what is the magic that lays behind the musical notes? Why is it so important for our babies development and everyday routines? For this episode, the moms team up with Jo from Kindermusik to tune up on all things music.
We discuss whether tone or genre matters, how to incorporate movement into song & some steps on how to become more musical with your kiddo. Which mom is constantly singing and which song triggers their little one into tears? TUNE in (pun very much intended) to find out!

Hey sweet friends!
Ever wonder what it takes to run a podcast? Or what the everyday grind entails to keeps our pod baby alive? Curious to know what sparked the partnership between Christina and Natasha? This episode was inspired by the love of discovering & growing an entrepreneurial spirit while nurturing a hustle. They can't stop, they won't stop!
The moms take you behind the scenes of their pod baby & spill the tea on what episodes they didn't "feel themselves", the evolution of their social media posts, and which Momology Host kept avoiding inviting a guest onto the show!
Let us know if there are more questions you have or want answered! Momology would love to do a part two of the BTS and get way more into the nitty gritty goods!

Heyyy friends,
The moms take us on a trip into the next stage of parenthood they have just entered. What stage has these moms huddled in a corner trying to keep it together? TODDLERVILLE!! Sounds like a cute little town doesn't it? But behind the sweet chubby cheeks of this picturesque town lays a dark side...one that makes you want to keep on drivinggggg.
This episode, the moms are bringing it back to the basics. The basic survival must-haves that they have grown to love & rely on. Its an update as per their first must-have episode when their kiddos were still infants! Their fan favourite baby items have since become obsolete as their babies morphed into independent dictators. Keep on listening to hear the moms gush & rave over their top picks that ease the blow of Toddler Life on tantrum at a time.
Which mom will spend all her money on makeup without thinking twice, but has second thoughts about purchasing this one expensive toddler item? Which tv show rules their tv screens now? What is a mom uniform? Keep listening to find out!

Oh hi there!
The Momologist's are back in school to learn about butt clinchers, quiffing, pelvic floors & what happens if a certain muscle is loosey goosey vs stiff as a board. What got 3 moms together to have this conversation? Bellies, Tummies, Stomaches...the houses that carried our babies.
The pregnancy belly is a cherished thing. Unfortunately postpartum tummies are not. Even if we’re walking on clouds with our new baby, we also want to feel ourselves again. What does feeling like yourself mean to you? For us, it was peeing without burning and being able to reclaim our titties.
The girls found the perfect opportunity to talk about their bodies with Nancy Ma, the founder of Mama Belly Coach. Nancy helps women heal their postpartum belly & body so you can look sexy & feel great. The Momologists learned more in this hour than sitting in any health class or any convo with an OB. While exercising their pelvic floors with kegels, they also exercised their brains with a new way of approaching their postpartum bodies.
Saddle up along side the mama's, learn to Kegel with them & join the movement of loving your belly.
Drink of the Evening: Station - Cascara Ice Tea

Hi lovely souls!
Apologizes for the audio in this episode as there was slight technical errors! <3
Although International Women's Day has come and gone, it certainly does not mean we cannot continue to celebrate & uplift women everywhere! Heck, why is it just ONE day of celebrating anyway?
On this episode, the moms reminisce about the sweet women they encountered in club bathrooms, how celeb gossip are stumbling blocks against women empowerment & who they fan girl over. Internationals Women's day isn't just for the big celebs, its for all of US. You may not think you're making an imprint on someone, but you are.
Tune in to hear what badass activist Natasha is head over in love with, what music sensation Christina gives applause for pushing Womens rights forward & of course, what they thought of the wine they were sipping on. The women also give one experience they've encountered with a woman that was not their favourite moment but a reminder that it only makes them appreciate all the inspiring women in their lives.

Heyyyyyy Mom Friends!!!!
This one is for the Mama's who jump on that balance beam everyday trying to be a good mother and a good employee or boss! Covid has shifted us in overdrive, tailspins & wipeouts with many 9-5ers working from home. Not to mention, alot of parents with the kiddos either virtual learning or babies that need our undivided attention. Feeling like a "good" a n y t h i n g seems impossible as we're all just trying to stay afloat. Shipping sinks are happening with no lifeguards around!
The Momologists keep it real as always with their personal experiences (what? Sex during work?! Never!) while hitting everyone with some knowledge on their tips and tricks to keeping it somewhat SANE during the week.

Hi Mom Friends & All Friends Listening!
This episode, the moms introduce the woman who had an influence behind the creation of this podcast! There were various contributing factors to this amazing journey , but Gaby Pineda is the woman who planted the seed that is now blossoming into this passion project. This is your front row seat to how it all began.
Gaby gets straight to the goods and tells the Moms about quantum fields, infinite parallels, physics, spirit guides, auras & how to set boundaries for spirit visitors. She also educates the moms on how to clear negative energy, what crystal is most powerful in warding off negative energy including psychic protection!
Gaby Pineda loves helping individuals with services such as Rapid Brain Recording, Hypnosis, Meditation, Intuitions & Manifestation Facilitator, and Sound Healing. Gaby believes "that a person's greatest achievement is to achieve inner peace, which can mean many things to different people, including life satisfaction, financial abundance, a healthy body, loving relationships, your dream career or business, having the opportunity to contribute to worthy causes and more."
Listen to this episode PRONTO to unlock your potentials, mamas!

Hiiiii Mom Friends and all Friends listening! Thank you for joining us again this week
Tonight, we are talking dolla dollar bills y’all, or the lack thereof. Did you know, that there is a coined (we love a good pun) socio-economic term called "The Motherhood Penalty"? Maybe you heard of it, or maybe you are like the Momologists and just learned about it. Subconsciously, as women, we are aware that there is a glass ceiling we needed to bust through, but as new moms, we were disheartened to see yet another obstacle stacked against us! The Momologists will be giving you their TWO CENTS concerning the conventional 9-5 pay structure for moms, what the “Motherhood Penalty” is and its significance on Womens careers.
Puns aside, there is nothing funny about the cultural bias against mothers in the workforce. Like we don't have enough obstacles and barriers throughout our day to take into account, now we have to also tender our bank accounts in accordance to our desire to have a family?! Gimme a break.
Get your battle cries ready, rally with your women allies and join us as we raise our voices to the injustice of disparity between fathers and mothers in the workplace.

Welcome back Mom friends and all you beautiful humans, so happy that you are here!
Tonight, we are wrapping up the Female Friendship discussion with Part 2! Entering the convo super light, the moms talk about their "hall passes" to announce the drink of choice for the week. Definition : This colloquial phrase is permission from a spouse for a 1 night encounter with a celebrity. Quickly following the drink introduction, the moms re-enter the world of Women Friendships and share intimate experiences they've had with the women in their lives. They open their past & talk about the times they were a**holess, when they had to let go of failing relationships & profound moments that made them evaluate & look inward. It was a super candid conversation that allowed them to reminisce about the women of their past & outlining the women they want to be. What felt like a mini therapy session, one of the moms left with their mascara running down their face from finally opening up about a friendship & the other letting go of past indiscretions.

Hi Mom Friends and all friends listening!
Tonight, Momology enters the world of Women Friendships and the "Goldilocks" effect of trying various relationships on for size. Some succeed, some fall apart and others fail without any answers. Have you ever experienced a "breakup" with a female friend that brought more heartbreak than a boyfriend? The Momologists share past experiences surrounding their female friendships that have coloured their lives, the sexism that surrounds "women are their own worst enemies", evolutionary & chemical components that are evident before any social conditioning, lessons they learned from past experiences. What reality show from the UK does Christina bring up, which one of us had the quintessential 'Girl Crew' and which mom didn't, and what the frontal cortex has to do with our friendships, what is an energy vampire and how do mens relationships compare?
As always, we keep it real, informative and chalk full of real life experiences to keep our discussions open and genuine. After all, we are all friends here :) Let's stick together!
This is Part 1 of a 2 Part Series, so look out for the second half in the upcoming weeks!

Hi Mom Friends & all friends tuning in!
The Momologists are rolling out the red carpet for their guests, on tonights episode! Not just 1, but 2 (yes, you read that correctly) guests on the podcast for that extra dose of support! Kayla & Jessica are two SickKids Mamas, Advocates, & Educators. Their mission is to provide support & resources for parents, families, & friends of hospitalized & medically complex babies & children. They are flippin' SUPER HEROS!
Jessica is a proud mama of two beautiful boys, Theo and Christian. Both boys were born with a condition called Gastroschisis (gast-roh-SKEE-sis), which according to Kids Health (2019) is when, “a baby is born with the intestines sticking out through a hole in the belly wall near the umbilical cord. Sometimes other organs also stick out. It's a life-threatening condition that needs treatment right away”.
Kayla has a beautiful son named Adam. Adam was born with a condition called Esophageal Atresia; “a congenital medical condition (birth defect) that affects the alimentary tract. It causes the esophagus to end in a blind-ended pouch rather than connecting normally to the stomach.”
Listen in while the Momologists open a safe space for raw and real feelings to be heard. Jessica and Kayla give advice on what to say and what to not say to parents with children in the hospital. They share their advice and dreams for Beyond the Beads to be the support system they wished for themselves. What their biggest advice to parents who are going through similar experiences is and talk about an incredible children's book they helped to create!

Hey Mom friends and all groovy friends tuning in,
Strap on your seat belts because on tonights episode, the Momologists are taking you all on a magic school bus TRIP, as we navigate the terrain of Plant Medicines! Cannabis, DMT, Shrooms...OH MY!
The moms felt it was necessary to approach this sticky stigma about Psychedelics to help other women understand the benefits, pitfalls & opportunities available to them during this resurgence of acceptance surrounding Plant Parenthood. The Momologists are joined by Greg Lawrence, Psychedelic Integration Coach specializing in the integration of the psychedelic experience into one's life for the purpose of growth. Greg joins the mamas from Los Angeles, to explain how psychedelics are being used to treat PTSD, depression, opiate addiction, OCD and anxiety, among other things. Together, they tackle how recreational drugs are pathways to the unconscious, how medical uses of psychedelics are the hallucinogenic toolbox that might hold the key to a healthier future, what is microdosing & safe measures in using plant medicines. Mamas, we are in the middle of a Psychedelic Renaissance and so very happy to provide you with information & tools that might serve you in some sort of capacity.
Disclaimer: We are in no way promoting psychedelic use. We are offering you more information & a perspective rather than a recommendation. Momology firmly stands behind speaking with a medical professional about any disorders, ailments or addictions you may have & carefully mapping out a treatment plan with your doctor.

Hey Mom Friends & Friends and all friends alike!
Tonight, join the Momologists as they talk all about the renowned author & Doctor behind the 5 Love Languages, Dr. Gary Chapman. What is a Love Language and what are the 5 types?
Dr. Gary Chapman suggests that people prefer to receive love in one of five ways: words of affirmation, quality time, acts of service, physical touch or receiving gifts. Christina quizzes Natasha with the 30 questions to determine what her main love language (TIME STAMP: Fast forward to 00:27:46 if you'd like to skip the quiz portion) & determine if they share the same primary love language. They discuss their husbands and what it means to speak their partners language for a healthier marriage. What does Christina's tattoo say that she doesn't fully believe anymore?!?! But, as moms, their kiddos are never far from their minds. The newest addition of Dr. Chapmans research is deciphering what your child's language is, how they may express it & the pitfalls you may face for each one. The moms ooh'd and ahh'd over these new revelations, & hope it served their listeners with the same insight!

The Momologists give their tips on the 'why' and 'how' to spark fun conversations that sometimes swerve into more serious topics. Hey Mom Friends and all friends listening!
We can safely say, our stomachs developed (much needed, in our opinion) abs from all the laughing we had with our upcoming guest, Kathryn.
Who is this comedy queen? What did we chat about? Is it safe to say Kathryn is our “Women Crush Wednesday” mama?!
Firstly, Kathryn comes packing with some heavy artillery in her tool belt. Heres a non comprehensive breakdown:
⚡️Responsive Baby & Child Sleep Consultant
⚡️Social Worker for Anxiety & Mood
⚡️Resource Teacher Specializing in learning disabilities, exceptionalities & executive functioning
⚡️Mental Health Survivor
⚡️Mama, Wife & Animal Lover
⚡️Meme Instagram Creator :
@mama.poule
⚡️Mental Health Tips Creator:
@mental_health_tips
⚡️Bilingual Extraordinaire
Listen in on the discussion as we touch on topics like “how to put those little f*$ker’s to sleep”, how to spot Maternal Depression caused by Sleep Deprivation, why Christina’s eyes got watery, what Friends character is a LIAAAAR!, a book Kathryn recommends as a parent and so much more.
The time has come to raise your glass & cheers to another day done....Momology is now in session.

Hey Mom Friends and all friends listening!
Roll out the red carpet for our guest this week - Tanya Miladinovic! We had a blast chatting with Tanya (is it too soon to say, she's our new bestie?) and cannot wait for you all to get acquainted with this powerhouse of a human! Tanya is a PhD Graduate in Medical Sciences, loving wife, doting Mama to baby boy Sava, yoga enthusiast, writer and so much more. On tonights episode, we get super candid and hear all about Tanyas unplanned home birth story, discover where her placenta stayed hidden for months, developmental leaps in our babies and how she successfully potty trained her 9 month old (say what?) all while using cloth diapers (say what again!?).
We learned so much from our conversation with Tanya & we know you will too.
Tune in to hear all the goodies she bestows on us & how she answers a question the Momologists were hesitate to ask!

Is this the first time that you are checking us out? (Heyyyy You!) The Momology Podcast is hosted by Natasha and Christina. Join the 2 Mama’s every Wednesday @9pm EST in a safe, supportive space for parents to wind down and connect with one another.
This podcast was created to extend their friendship to as many women and parents as possible by sharing their various experiences, favourite products/services, and new found knowledge. The women talk about the ugly and the beautiful but always circle it back to positivity. The continual goal is to create and cultivate a community of women and parents in a raw, fun, positive, and judgement free space to laugh, cry, learn, inspire, and feel supported.
Each episode always begins relaxed and fun by introducing a new drink and near the end of the show they give their final thoughts and rating of the beverage. The episodes involve diving into light and fun topics but also importantly going into deep and insightful conversations. Momology began including guests on the show with expertise that would provide value to their amazing listeners, by inspiration and/or knowledge. Always know, brand sponsorships are chosen very seriously and only with companies that they believe will provide value to their listeners!

Fuck ups include kale (wait, what?), poo (obviously) and a white custom Italian leather couch.

So good to see you again! Get your tissues & bowl of popocorn...tonight, The Momologists get vulnerable and talk about how their childhood influences their parenting styles. Hey Mom Friends and all Friends listening!
What an overlooked & important topic in today's society! Exactly the reason why the Momologists venture deep into their Postpartum experiences. Straight out of the labour room, there was a specific bottle that all three moms could not PEE without to fo finally making it home with their newborns with their magic lotions for 'down there' that they swear by. Products mentioned range from clothing, lotions, mesh underwear with a heavy focus on caring for your mind and body postpartum.

You'll have to tune in to learn which Momologist got a finger up their butt to induce labour... who broke their tailbone during delivery and what is Hypnobirthing & who relied on it.
The discussion is paired with a white wine, which the ladies review at the end of the episode.
