How do you measure success? Do you consider yourself a successful person? According to Tony Robbins, success is doing what you want to do, when you want, where you want, with whom you want, as much as you want. Let’s look at each part of this definition together and see how we can improve our own definition of success, raise our standard of life and improve the way in which we are living our life day by day!
What is the classical definition of success? A successful career, a big family, an own house and a car? This used to be part of the old definition of success. Times have changed, people have changed and along with that, also our definition of success has changed. How have you been measuring success so far?
I invite you to define what success means to YOU, and if there are any differences between the way you imagine this to be and the life that you live today, well then you have a Life Coach here to get you going on that road and to help you come closer to achieving YOUR definition of success!
Also, if there is any area of your life that you want to improve or if there is anything that you need support with regarding setting goals, developing plans to reach your goals, overcoming obstacles or maximising your potential in different areas of your life, drop a line at sayhello@golden-sphere.com, and we can schedule a complimentary session to get us going!
Has it happened to you to be in a situation in which you were convinced that you are right, but then in the end it turned out that you were not, or at least not entirely? Can you recall such an example? How did you then feel in the end? Due to our subjectivity and also based on the angle from which we look at life situations, we might get the impression that we are right And that can be true, from that particular point of view. But what about all other points of view? How often do we carefully consider that?
When was the last time that you were faced with a decision in which you had to argue your opinion against that of others? What were you focused on? On proving the others that you are right, or on trying to understand their point of view in order to see the matter more objectively? Maybe they also had a piece of the puzzle that could have changed your opinion. We can never know, until we give other the chance and we listen to them, in a manner in which we genuinely try to understand where they are coming from. So let’s try to listen and understand each other better, where we stand will always depend on where we sit, in our shoes, or in the shoes of others.
So why are you not always right? Well because you are not able to humanly process all possible points of view from which a life situation can be seen. But you can surely reach a higher level of objectivity if you listen to understand the other people’s opinion and reasoning.
However, if there is any area of your life that you want to improve or if there is anything that you need support with regarding objectively assessing your life situations, setting goals, developing plans to reach your goals, overcoming obstacles or maximising your potential in different areas of your life, I would be more than happy to help you as a Life Coach.
Therefore, I warmly encourage you to drop a line at sayhello@golden-sphere.com, and we can schedule a complimentary session to get us going!
Have you been confronted with a problem that you did not know how to solve? It can be from any area of your life, wether it was something personal or professional. Maybe the problem was so complex that you did not even know from which angle to approach it from? Let’s take a look together at a simple three steps approach to help you discover just how resourceful you actually are, but do not maybe know it!
In most of the cases, worry just takes away your peace, instead I invite you to use the three questions that I proposed for solving any problem, and you will discover just how resourceful you can become! What can I do? What can I read? and Who can I ask? It is that simple!
I hope that this proposed strategy would become helpful for you, but in case you are struggling with some concrete problems or challenges and you would like us to go through the three question together and discover the answers, I would be more than happy to do so! Sometimes talking to someone can just bring a brighter variety of options than in the case in which you explore the questions by yourself.
Therefore, I warmly encourage you to drop a line at sayhello@golden-sphere.com, and we can schedule a complimentary session to get us going!
You cannot change your destination overnight, but you can change your direction over night!
Has it happened to you that felt you had to make a change in your life but you had the feeling that no matter what you decide today it will anyway not matter, because the situation that you are in will anyway not immediately change? I would like to challenge this belief and prove to you that actually it isn’t so, every decision that you make does matter and also does make a difference! Let’s explore together how!
What would you like to change today in the way your life is, or which area of your life would you wish to be different?
If there is anything that you need support with regarding setting goals, developing plans to reach your goals, overcoming obstacles or maximising your potential in different areas of your life, I would be more than happy to help you as a Life Coach.
Therefore, I warmly encourage you to drop a line at sayhello@golden-sphere.com, and we can schedule a complimentary session to get us going!
If the answer isn’t a definite YES, then it should be a NO. How many times have you been confronted with a choice that you had to make, but were not really able to choose one of the options that you had?
Maybe you were tending to choose one option, but then the other option was not that bad either, and then maybe the third option had an advantage that the first two didn’t, but overall was not a good choice? Such a situation can leave you in an extended time of indecision.
As long as you are in a state of indecision, you are not progressing on any of the possible paths of choice. Not to mention that a state of indecision can also keep you stuck in a state of procrastination, worry, or fear. So what can you do in such cases in order to get out of this circle of feeling stuck?
But what if there was a question that you could ask yourself in order to make your decision process easier and faster? I have found that for me personally, eliminating from the first place all options which are not good enough, that I would not instantly choose with excitement, is the way to start. If the answer to a potential option is NOT a definite YES, then it should be a definite NO! There is no middle way to choose the best possible option. Sometimes you can be left with no options, but isn’t it better to choose something that you reaaaally want, instead of choosing something half heartedly and then trying to convince yourself to follow along?
I hope that this proposed strategy will help you whenever you will struggle with any type of indecision and if you would like to work on unleashing the potential of decisiveness that lies within you, you have a Life Coach here willing to help you!
Additionally, if there is any area of your life that you want to improve or if there is anything that you need support with regarding setting goals, developing plans to reach your goals, overcoming obstacles or maximising your potential in different areas of your life, I would be more than happy to help you as a Life Coach.

Excitement is the more practical synonym for happiness, and it is precisely what you should strive to chase. It is the cure all! How do you feel about this statement from Tim Ferriss, the author of the book “ The 4 hour work week”?
Think of one of your most important goals and now imagine that instead of pushing or forcing yourself to reach that goal, you would instead feel excitement that would pull you and motivate you to work towards your goal’s achievement!
Bring that excitement into your plan and you will see how your perspective changes! There is no reason to dread the path of goal achievement, with a few small changes in perception here and there, you could build up a plan that you will look forward to put in practice! The time that you use to come closer to your goal, should also be cherished, especially since time is the most scarce resource that we have! Nobody can guarantee you that once you achieve your goal, you will feel happy or content, that is why it is very important to enjoy and to live the excitement along the path of getting there!
In this episode I gave a very simple example, but this strategy applies to any types of goals.
So I invite you to take the leap, and give yourself the gift of making the journey of achieving your goals full of excitement!
And if there is any way in which I can help you in doing so or if there is anything that you need support with regarding setting goals, developing plans to reach your goals, overcoming obstacles or maximising your potential in the areas of your life, I would be more than happy to help you as a Life Coach.
So I warmly encourage you to drop a line at sayhello@golden-sphere.com, and we can schedule a complimentary session to get us going!
Did you know that 90% of the decisions that we make are based on our emotional states? And only 10% are actually based on rational reasoning? If we take 90% of our decision based on emotions, then how objective do you think that we can be? And would it be fair to say that emotions play a decisive role in the way our lives turn out, since our major life decisions are mostly based on them?
I am warmly welcoming you to the fourtheeth episode of the Golden Sphere Coaching Podcast, this is your host Anda and for the next few minutes I would like to talk about the importance of emotions and especially about the importance of effectively managing negative emotions, which can be so detrimental to us.

When was the last time that you compared yourself to someone else and concluded that their things, circumstances or their life is simply far better than yours and that you wished you had that? Maybe a colleague at work got a better pay or a better job than you, or a friend got something that you always wanted, a house, a family, or maybe you simply went to the grocery store and the sir in front of you got the greener brocolli?
These types of situations can appear anytime and anywhere, and on top of the daily situations and interactions, especially with today’s social media, it is quite easy to feel envy every now and then. But are we considering all the factors when we are becoming envious on someone?

I am warmly welcoming you to the twelfth episode of the Golden Sphere Coaching Podcast, this is your host Anda and for the next few minutes I would like to offer you three ways in which you could tame your harsh inner critic!
List of socratic questions for being able to assess your life situations more objectively:
What is the evidence for this thought? Against it?
Am I basing this thought on facts, or on feelings?
Is this thought black and white, when reality is more complicated?
Could I be misinterpreting the evidence? Am I making any assumptions?
Might other people have different interpretations of the same situation? What are they?
Am I looking at all the evidence, or just what supports my thought?
Could my thought be an exaggeration of what’s true?
Am I having this thought out of habit, or do the facts support it?
Did someone pass this thought/belief to me? If so, are they a reliable source?
In case you are struggling with some concrete situations and you need a Life Coach to help you with a specific situation, I would be more than happy to do so!

Have you gone through a financial situation or maybe are you currently experiencing a financial situation which makes you feel that you reached rock bottom and that there is no way it could get any worse than this? Let’s explore together if it is really so!
Our lives has several aspects to it, the financial aspect is just one of it. It is an important aspect, which provides us a certain type of freedom, but is this really the most important aspect of life?
What if this was the only one bad thing in your life? What if in addition to being broke you would be super fit, super healthy and surrounded by a ton of supporting friends? How would you see the situation from this perspective? Does it seem just as bad? How about if on top of your great health and social life, you would also have enough time for yourself to pursue all your side projects or your hobbies?
If we systematically see money from this perspective, they tend to become less and less important in the detriment of other more important things such as health and family, for starters.
If there is any area of your life that you want to improve or if there is anything that you need support with regarding setting goals, developing plans to reach your goals, overcoming obstacles or maximising your potential in different areas of your life, I would be more than happy to help you as a Life Coach.

I am warmly welcoming you to the tenth episode of the Golden Sphere Coaching Podcast, this is your host Anda and for the next few minutes I would like to invite you to explore together a very powerful coaching tool which has helped me personally gain a broader understanding on just how happy or sad my life really is, when analysed day by day along a whole year. I would like to share this tool with you, in the hope that will also help you get this view about your own life!
Every digital picture is made up tiny individual pixels. If you were to look at each separate pixel individually, and isolate the rest of the neighbouring pixels, you would probably not gain a high enough level of information so that you can draw meaning from this single pixel. Only when we look at the combination of pixels together, we understand the message that is transmitted by the entire picture. By combining the pixels together, meaning is created at a broader scale.
Similarly, our lives are made up of individual days, which combine into weeks and months, and usually at the end of a year some of us like to draw a line, look back at the year that passed and try to draw more meaning from it or we also try to understand better if it was a good or a bad year, judging by our own individual standards. Think of one year of your life as a digital picture made up of pixels, where each individual pixel represents a day.
If you would like to work together on an accountable digital picture of your year starting from right now, contact me and let’s start! Also, if there is any area of your life that you want to improve or if there is anything that you need support with regarding setting goals, developing plans to reach your goals, overcoming obstacles or maximising your potential in different areas of your life, I would be more than happy to help you as a Life Coach.
Therefore, I warmly encourage you to drop a line at sayhello@golden-sphere.com, and we can schedule a complimentary session to get us going!
We probably all have a job, a side hustle, a business or an activity that provides us the financial means to live our lives. But is this really the job that we dreamed of, is this what we wanted to do ever since we were little, is this something in line with our principles and values and are we generating value by this job?
If you answered 'no' to any of the questions before, then I would like to invite you in this episode on an imagination trip through several areas of life, to see how should these ideally look like, to compare them with their current state and to see what we can do about it to close the gaps!
Listen to the episode to enter the imagination journey!
I am warmly welcoming you to the eight episode of the Golden Sphere Coaching Podcast, in which I invite you to discover together what your current state of wellbeing!
In order to improve our lives, we first have to see where we are currently at. The more specific we are with our assessment, the easier it will be to derive goals that we want to achieve and also action plans that could help us reach our goals.
So if I were to ask you, what is the current state of your wellbeing, what would you say? And how would you be able to determine this?
My suggestion in this episode is to go through each aspect of our wellbeing and see how we can estimate for each one of them where we are at. Wellbeing can be defined by the satisfaction that we have in our life, which of course can be very subjective and depend on a different series of factors, from person to person, and that is why YOU are the only person that can accurately estimate this for yourself, since only YOU know what is really important to YOU.
Wellbeing can also depend on standing behind that what we do on a day to day basis, and wether this is a job, a study, volunteering, or anything else. The activity in itself is not important, what is important is if we stand behind it and that this is an extension of the expression of who we are and what we stand for. Spending our days doing something which we believe is not in line with our being, is just precious wasted life time. Wellbeing also depends on the quality of our relations, on the quality of our self care, and on the clarity regarding our goals in life. Let’s get more specific on each of these aspects.
Listen to the episode to get more insights on how YOU can asses your level of wellbeing today!
I am warmly welcoming you to the seventh episode of the Golden Sphere Coaching Podcast in which I invite you to an interactive self reflective episode!
Unlike other episodes, in this edition I would like to ask you a few self reflective questions. Why? Well because moments of self reflection are like a very welcome break from our increasingly hectic life and they are an invitation for us to asses where we stand today. They are also an invitation to re-visit the things or the moments which we sometimes take for granted. So I hope that I am catching you in a good moment, in which you would be open to think about yourself and try to find honest answers in the next couple of minutes.
Enjoy the episode!
Why would we even set LIFE GOALS in the first place? Let’s think of a goal as a destination or a state of being that we want to get to, it can be anything from loosing weight to wanting to change the world. Setting a goal means that we just want to change the way things are to how we envision that things should become. In order to efficiently set a goal, we need to know three things.
First of all, we need to know where we are at. If we do not know where we start, how can we even know in which direction to change or improve something and to what extent.
Second of all, we need to know where we want to get and we need to be crystal clear about the outcome, the more specific we are about the desired outcome, the easier it will be to craft a plan to get there.
And third, and maybe the most important of all, we need to know WHY we want to change something. The WHY is the fuel that will drive us to pursue our goals. If we have a strong enough reason, then will we have a strong enough energy and ambition to go get it.
Efficient goal setting tools like SMART exist, to assist you in setting your goals as practical as possible so that you can immediately start moving towards them.
Join me in this episode to find out more!
This edition is dedicated to you and we will explore a use case proposed by you, in order to help you gain new insights on the matter. The question which we will explore today is from a Golden Sphere listener who would like to know how could he know if he is good enough?
How many times have you asked yourself this question? Or can you recall a recent situation in which you were trying to prove to yourself or to others, that you are good enough? Have you ever been concerned about the fact that you might not be good enough? Good enough to be accepted, to be acknowledged, to be taken in consideration? Good enough so that other people look for your opinions and your insights? Or have you ever found yourself in situation in which you were acting in a competitive manner, just to prove that you are better than others, or better than everyone, to prove that you are the best?
Listen to the episode to gain more insights on the matter!
This is an edition that we will have once a month, so in case you found this helpful, I warmly encourage you to drop a line with your proposed topic at sayhello@golden-sphere.com, and I will schedule your topic for one of the next editions.
We can't physically lash out at every person or object that irritates or annoys us; laws, social norms, and common sense place limits on how far our anger can take us.
People use a variety of both conscious and unconscious processes to deal with their angry feelings. The three main approaches are expressing, suppressing, and calming. Expressing your angry feelings in an assertive—not aggressive—manner is the healthiest way to express anger. To do this, you have to learn how to make clear what your needs are, and how to get them met, without hurting others.
In this episode we will explore 5 ways to better deal with the feeling of anger.
Today for the "Enrich your life" Monday edition, I picked a famous self development book for you and we will discuss the key learnings throughout the episode.
Today’s nomination goes to Greg McKeow’s book about essentialism, the disciplined pursuit of less! This is an essential read for anyone who wants to regain control of their health, wellbeing and happiness, at least according to Ariana Huffington’s review.
Therefore, I invite you for the next 10 to 15 minutes to explore this book together!
Hello everyone,
in this edition of "Emotional Monday" we will explore different strategies to better deal with the feeling of frustration.
In the first part we will explore the root causes and the triggers for frustration and afterwards we will pass to the solutions part.
Especially in these times of world wide restrictions, how often are you experiencing this feeling and how well can you deal with it? Listen to this episode, to get a few extra hints that you can immediately apply.
Here are a set of questions you can use, to help you re-asses the way in which you perceive a situation to be frustrating:
• Are things really as I perceive them? Is there anything that I might be missing here?
•How does what happened today matter short and long term? Will it still matter in a day, a week, a year?
•Is there any way that I can express my concerns without hostility?
•Am I as interested in seeing the situation clearly or am I rather interested in being “right”?
•Am I at all interested in the other person's needs or expectations? Is there a chance that we could cooperate?
Listen to the episode to find out about more ways to deal with frustration!
What is one of the most frustrating experience that you had and how did you overcome it? Would you like to share that with me and the listeners? You can never know who it might help, your lesson learned can be a lesson learned for someone else, too. Drop a line at
sayhello@golden-sphere.com
Or is there a frustrating situation in which you find yourself now and do not seem to be able to perceive it in a different way or you cannot think of any possible solutions? Describe this shortly in an email and we could pick it for our next “Your Coaching Monday” episode, where we are solely discussing about your concrete challenges and how to overcome these.
