The Lord's greater and perfect sacrifice on the cross should change everything about us.
When God has a great hold on you, that’s when you’ll have a great impact on those around you.
Spiritual growth is a lifelong process that brings blessings in this life and after it.
What we have in Christ is greater than any distraction that would cause us to drift away in this life.
God's presence is our greatest need, it's personal, powerful, and perfectly revealed in Jesus.
Our load will be lighter when we ask for help, and our love will be greater when we learn to help.
There are people we might call hard-hearted, but we are never called to abandon the hard-hearted.
Don’t allow the hardness of your heart make you miss the powerful works of God in your life.
When our focus is on Christ, it is easier to overcome spiritual obstacles in this life.
The key to overcoming our excuses is to trust Christ rather than to do what is reasonable in our own eyes.
God expects men to live a life that honor Him and leads their families to accept and serve God so they will experience God's blessings.
Being generous toward God does not begin with great wealth, but with a great love for Him.
Being used greatly of God does not require great means, but a great
willingness to obey.
Jesus gave even His enemies the truth, and that same love should be seen in
me and you.
The faith we had the day we believed in Christ needs to grow until the day we
see Christ.
If we want to live in humility we must look out for one another’s interest and
good above our own, and focus on God’s glory, not our own.
The world doesn’t need self-sufficient Christians, it needs Christ-dependent
Christians.
Jesus is always ready to listen to our questions and confusion; we need to
always be ready to listen to Him when He answers.
Learning to rely on the Lord in tough times starts by learning to praise Him
all the time.
We do not need to fear the spiritual war going on when we are walking closely with our God.
We cannot let our uncertainty about God’s timing in the future keep us from living for God in the present.
1) We should trust what the Bible says.
2) We should rejoice about our future.
3) We should warn people about the wrath to come.
If we want people to know Jesus then we should be willing to let people know what Jesus has done for us.
When we are fully committed to Christ in times of peace, then we will be ready to stand for Him in times of persecution.
If we aren't standing for Christ in all things in life, then we are compromising something in life.
When we become good judges of ourselves, we’ll become better at showing good judgment towards others.
The same passionate love that led Jesus to die for us should lead us to tell people about the One who died for them.
When you remain in the truth, you’ll know how to love fellow Christians and how to deal with false teachers.
The better we understand God’s love for us, the better we’ll be at loving those around us.
The devil delights in misleading Christians, but spiritual discernment will keep us safe from his deceit.
Our adoption into God’s family isn’t just about eternal life, but about living a new life for Christ.
The same God who wants us to walk with Him, wants to forgive and restore us when we sin.
Focus this year on walking closely with the body of Christ, so that we can
help each other grow in our walk with Christ.
Don’t let this Christmas go by without praising Jesus for His birth and proclaiming His salvation to others.
When we eagerly anticipate seeing Christ, we’ll desire to live a life pleasing in His sight.
The birth of Jesus happened in an unexpected way, but because of His birth, we can have peace with God.
By remembering our deliverance in the past, we’ll know what to do the next time we’re in a pit.
When our hope is constantly in God, we will not give up our faith in the constant trials of life.
When our focus is on our salvation and our Savior above, we will not envy the wicked here below.
Persistent sin will pile up our troubles, but in the arms of God’s forgiveness we will find peace.
The path of wickedness is filled with false promises, but the path of righteousness is filled with the promises of God.
The world will always look appealing, but we will only find true satisfaction when we follow God.
Our hardships should not cause us to doubt God’s goodness, but instead should cause us to trust in our good God.
We need to give the good news of the gospel away, because there is no other message by which people can be saved.
The reality of our eternity in Heaven should change how we are living our lives on earth
If you are a part of the Church, then you need to be a functioning part of a local church.
The Christian strong in faith and strong in the fight against sin is the Christian yielded to the Holy Spirit who is within them.
If we have been saved by the Son of God, then we need to know Him, follow Him, and tell others about Him.
The more we know and obey our heavenly Father, the more the world will know that we are His children.
We will see God move powerfully in our lives when prayer is an intricatepart of our lives.
Those who have been saved through faith in Jesus Christ are guaranteed eternal life.•Reconciled (2 Cor. 5:18-20)•Adopted (Eph. 1:5; Rom. 8:15)•Citizen of heaven (Phil. 3:20)•Body of Christ (1 Cor. 12)•Jesus' righteousness on our account (2 Cor. 5:21)•Pardoned from Hell (Rom. 6:23)•New creation (2 Cor. 5:17)
If we believe in the Bible then we will stand firm on it, follow it, and fall on our knees and praise God for it.
God’s Word, God’s truth, and God’s people are key to standing firm in themidst of evil.
God’s Word will teach us which hills to die on, and how to live at peacewith one another.
Live like you will see the Savior at any moment, so that you will strive to live a godly life.
Eternal life does not depend on knowing the people of Jesus, but on becoming a follower of Jesus.
When we have a burden for the lost, then we will be faithful to point them to the cross.
As followers of Christ, we should no longer be controlled by our old sin nature, but we should be guided by the Holy Spirit, which leads to life.
