DJFolami, a native of New York City, parlayed a love of music into learning the mechanisms of record labels and talent buying. During her time in NYC, she also found a passion for (and excels at) producing soundscapes for fashion shows and special events. Relocating to Aspen, CO spawned a new world of music curation. Michelle is passionate about helping women connect to their authentic selves, get past their perceived limitations and shine in their lives and careers. Brian S. Carr is a composer for film and television based in Los Angeles. He first found his way into music through a piano given to him by a great aunt when he was 2 years old and later went to study classical music at Pepperdine University and Arizona State University. After moving to L.A. he became involved in writing songs, arranging strings, and producing demos for various artists which eventually lead to his work with Colbie Caillat as a keyboardist and string arranger, and for many seasons as an orchestrator and source-cue/sound-a-like producer on Fox's Family Guy (9 Seasons) and American Dad (4 Seasons). In 2012, Brian began a working relationship with award winning Russian film-maker Marius Weisberg and director/editor David Dodson, whose love for live orchestral music continues to afford him opportunities to work with the world-class musicians he developed relationships with while on Family Guy. In 2016 Brandan debuted his first solo show in New Orleans in a 35,000 sq ft warehouse named #StudioBe. Welcoming hundreds of visitors a week as well as school tours from around the region. In 2013, Brandan completed a series of graffiti murals depicting iconic African American civil rights leaders at the Hurricane Katrina damaged Florida Avenue public housing complex in New Orleans’ 9th Ward. Given the name #ProjectBe, the space unexpectedly received national attention bringing spectators from all over to see the art before the deserted complex’s set demolition date. Ian McCartor works with a hospice company located on the coast of north county San Diego as a registered nurse. He has been writing songs inspired by the wisdom of the dying, with the hopes of teaching others to live life to the fullest in light of these lessons. He has been using songwriting in these environments as a way to compartmentalize loss, redirecting the perspective to something that can be seen as beautiful. Eric Tingstad (born December 16, 1954) is an American Grammy Award-winning multi-genre record producer, musician and songwriter / composer. He was born and raised in Seattle, WA where he currently resides. Best known as a fingerstyle guitarist, Tingstad has performed, recorded, and produced Alternative Country, Blues, Americana, Rock, Smooth Jazz and Ambient / New Age music. Tingstad won a Grammy Award for Best New Age Album in 2003 as artist, engineer, and producer of Tingstad and Rumbelâ??s, Acoustic Garden. In 2007 Tingstad recorded Southwest, an instrumental album inspired by the landscapes of the American Southwest region featuring compositions in the style of what he considers â??Ambient-Americanaâ?. Tingstad received a Grammy nomination for Southwestâ??s recording. In 2012 Tingstad released his instrumental Americana recording Badlands,deriving influence from Native American music, along with country and roots genres. In 2015 Mississippi was released as the follow up CD to Southwest and Badlands. And like the previous recordings, Mississippi is his musical expression of how we are inspired by and relate to, our American landscape. Impressions of the region that has come to be known as the Cradle of American Music - centered in the Mississippi delta, and expanding to include the Americana Music Triangle.
