"Motivation is inconsistent. You can't rely on motivation." It feels so good in the moment though, right? How do you continue to sustain your pursuit of your goals without motivation? People say consistent action. But let's take that a step further and talk about building a solid routine, what that looks like, and how to create the environment to build motivation.

Here are a few episodes where I talk about the methods to build a routine: 12 Week Year Review // Running A Side Business

Hey beautiful people! We are having a nice little chit chat in this episode about lessons I've been learning in life and from my current reads over the last few weeks. I did it! I've finished my first book of 2023 thanks to Audible. I'm sure like you, I like to listen to my content over reading it and that has helped me finish this book I've had my eyes on for some months now.

The 12 Week Year challenges the notion that it takes 12 months to reach a goal. I recap the book and it's concepts before rolling into my own analysis of how it's impacted my life, formalized my goal reaching strategies, and expectations for future goal setting in 2023 and beyond.

I'm so tired of seeing "23 Goals for 2023" lists and you should be too. Create a real plan to make a real impact in your own life with strategic goals that you can potentially reach in 100 days or less of your choosing in the new year. Graduating from SMART goals, we're talking about how to set them AND reach them for the new year in this episode. I also review a few key life categories that I suggest you plan your goals within.
