Self Growth is hard is a podcast that challenges your thinking to give you new perspectives on how to grow personally and professionally.
This episode gives tips and tricks on how to cope with the coronavirus pandemic in a way that protects your mental health. The episode discusses how we are absorbing information from misleading sources. It looks at the typical unhealthy thinking styles that we address this inaccurate data with and how they work to exacerbate our distress. We also look at how this unhelpful thinking results in problematic coping styles that are making the coronavirus situation worse. Additionally, we try and look at this situation from a more positive perspective and give some resources on how to find peace despite all the chaos.
