Spring equinox has arrived and rebirth is messy. Being human is messy. But for some reason there is intense beauty in our muddied complexities. Everything in nature always seems like it’s dying right before it enters a new transformation. Allow yourself to be to bend and fold...you might be surprised by what you can actually endure. One things for sure, you’ll be a hell of a lot better for it.
Y’all! I’m 30! I just recently heard someone say, “The way you look at 18 is genetics, the way you look at 50 is your energy” I’m paraphrasing, but you get it. Here’s to radiating from this inside out now and forever more!
