During this episode I open up a little bit about 2019 and how it hasn’t started off to a great year, but I’m staying optimistic and hopeful. Positive mindset is what I’m continuously working on each day. I speak a little bit about suicide because I feel as though it’s something to be discussed from someone whose felt like that at one point in life. Positive thinking and truly understanding what I can’t control should not dim my light.
