You're listening to The Cycle Advantage Podcast where we believe your body's cycles are the key to scaling your business, being present for your family, and making a bigger impact without hustling or burning out. It's no longer a matter of how much or what you're doing, but instead, WHEN you're doing it that is key. Within your cycle, you have the power to unlock your highest levels of productivity, your most creative workflow state, and create your life's most epic rhythm, balance, and aligned flow. Listen in as I share both mindset and tactical strategies so you can leverage your cycle and transform it into your biggest superpower.
If you’re dragging yourself out of bed before your body’s ready, ignoring your hunger cues, and skipping presence for performance… it’s no wonder you feel like you're running on fumes.
It’s not that you’re doing it wrong.
It’s that the rules you’re following weren’t designed for a woman like you.
In this episode, I break down: → How cortisol + blood sugar can make or break your mornings → Why gratitude and visualization work (and how to do it in under 3 minutes) → The signs your morning routine is hurting more than helping → How to sync your mornings to your cycle—not your to-do list
You deserve a morning that supports the woman you’re becoming, not the one the world expects you to be.
Tune in now and DM me “MORNINGROUTINE” if you want a free template to cycle-sync your daily routine.

What if I told you your power doesn’t come from being strong, but from being safe?
In this week's podcast episode, I sat down with Laurien Zurhake, a martial arts expert, educator, and absolute powerhouse and we cracked open a conversation that completely flipped the narrative around self-defense, trauma, and what it really means for women to reclaim their bodies.
We talked about trauma-informed spaces, patriarchal systems in martial arts, and how competition without collaboration has hurt more women than it’s helped.
And if you’ve ever felt like the world wasn’t built for your softness, your intuition, your rhythm—this one’s for you.
We didn’t just talk about martial arts… We also dove into:
🎙️ Listen Now This conversation is a must-listen if you: 👉 Want to understand how trauma impacts performance + confidence 👉 Are craving safe, supportive spaces to grow your strength 👉 Believe in business (and life) that honors both power and softness
Meet Laurien
Originally from the Netherlands, Laurien studied (Ancient) History in Nijmegen and at Oxford University (Brasenose College) and pursued a PhD in Munich (topic was Pain Behaviour). She met there her husband on the martial arts mats and due to sexual harassment by their headcoach, Laurien and her husband Alex decided to open their own Trauma Informed Martial Arts and Yoga School. Since that approach is still in its infancy in the martial arts domain, Laurien created her online platform Off the Zone, where she helps martial arts coaches, athletes and gym owners become trauma informed and how to implement effective safeguarding measures so that everyone can train hard and thrive safely.
You’re doing all the things — chasing visibility, hiring mentors, watching your insights like a hawk... and yet, something still feels off. Maybe you’re exhausted and the results don’t match the effort. Been there.
In this week’s podcast episode, I uncovered 5 common energy leaks that are silently draining your power and crushing your momentum. I’m sharing the juicy details here too, because I know you’re not here to hustle harder… you’re here to build a business that feels aligned, abundant, and sustainable AF.
Let’s plug the leaks, shall we?
In this podcast episode, I’ll also talk about:

This episode might be one of the most important ones I’ve ever recorded.
Not because it was perfectly polished. But because it was real. Raw. Unfiltered. The kind of conversation that lingers in your body long after it’s over.
Kate Gregory and I dove into the things most people don’t say out loud—the parts of entrepreneurship, womanhood, motherhood, and healing that don’t always fit inside a perfectly curated feed.
We talked about what it actually looks like to grow a business and a life that feels aligned when you’re also unraveling old stories, healing generational wounds, and redefining your own spiritual truth.
There’s no formula for this journey. But there is a deeper truth waiting for you in this conversation.
Here’s a glimpse of what we explored:
This one is for the woman who’s done performing.
The woman who’s ready to remember who she really is.
Meet Kate
Kate Gregory is a Women’s Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner who helps women in their 30s naturally balance their hormones, boost energy, and improve periods — without birth control or burnout. Through functional labs, nutrition, and deep lifestyle work, she supports clients in healing root causes like mineral depletion, chronic stress, and poor detoxification. Whether you're trying to feel like yourself again or trying to get pregnant, Kate’s approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and deeply empowering. She lives in Texas with her husband and 3 beautiful kids.
You can be incredibly capable and still cry in the shower. You can lead a business, raise a family, and hold space for others while silently navigating waves of grief, loss, or healing that no one else sees.
In this intimate and powerful conversation, I sat down with JoBeth Evans—widow, mother, hypnotherapist, and grief guide who brings so much permission, power, and perspective to the table.
This episode isn't about grief in the way you've probably heard it talked about. It's about reclaiming your emotions and giving yourself radical permission to feel it all even (especially) when the world expects you to hold it together.
Whether you’re grieving a person, a past version of yourself, a lost dream, or a chapter that didn’t go the way you planned—this episode is your invitation to finally breathe, feel, and move forward with grace and power.
We also talked about… * Why “being strong” might actually be your nervous system in survival mode * What it means to let your inner child be in the car but not drive the damn thing * The guilt and grief that comes with new love after loss * How unmet expectations quietly wreck your relationships (and how to shift it) * Why victimhood isn’t a virtue (and how to tell the difference between feeling your feelings and staying stuck) * How subconscious beliefs from childhood still shape your patterns today * What “moving forward” actually looks like (and why it’s not a straight line)
"You don't move on, you move forward." JoBeth Evans, Grief Specialist 🎧 Listen in now and let this conversation be your reminder: You are not behind. You are not broken. You are in process and that is sacred.

JoBeth Evans is a life coach and certified Grief Recovery Specialist who lost her husband to brain cancer at 33. Known for her honest storytelling and practical tools, JoBeth creates safe, empowering spaces where grief meets growth.

Most women are taught to numb the symptoms. Pop a pill. Power through. Hustle harder. And when things still don’t feel right? They’re told, “You’re fine. It’s normal.”
But what if it’s not?
What if the bloating, burnout, mood swings, and mystery symptoms are your body’s wisest language—begging you to pay attention?
In this deeply resonant conversation, I sat down with Natalie Garay, a movement mentor turned naturopath-in-training to uncover the hidden truths about women’s health, the broken systems we’re waking up from, and what it really means to come home to your body.
We’re not just talking about health here. We’re talking about taking back what’s always been yours.. your rhythm, your voice, your feminine edge.
We also went deep on: * Why real connection (in life and business) can’t be replaced by a screen * The truth about nutrition (and why it’s so much more than “eat clean”) * The testing your doctor isn’t running—but should be * How the current medical system keeps women in the dark * Why you must become your own fiercest health advocate * The major gaps in women’s health education (even in med school) * Why symptom tracking is a form of self-leadership * What hormones are actually telling you (it’s not just about periods and PMS) * And the radical idea that your body already knows what she needs—if you’d only stop overriding her Tune in now and start honoring the signals your body’s been sending you.
Meet Natalie
Natalie is your go-to for cutting through the noise and getting real answers about your health. With a no-BS approach, she helps women over 40 ditch outdated advice and take back control of their bodies. She’s been there, done the trial-and-error, and knows exactly what works. When she’s not guiding women through game-changing health transformations, she’s walking the harbor, bouncing on her trampoline, and proving that midlife vitality isn’t a myth—it’s a strategy.
Have you ever met someone who redefines what courage looks like?
There are moments that crack you open in the best way and my conversation with Alva Gardner in this podcast episode was exactly that.
Alva is a speaker, advocate, and unapologetically bold woman living with cerebral palsy who reminded me just how powerful it is to own your voice as you are.
This episode is for every woman who’s been told she’s “too different,” “too much,” or “not enough”—because those differences? That’s where your magic lives.
This is what I mean when I talk about disrupting hustle culture and doing business in alignment with your body, your story, your truth.
Disability isn’t something to fix, hide, or fear. It’s part of the human experience and when we honor that, we stop creating systems that work for the few and start building spaces that work for all of us.
And honestly? If that’s not feminine leadership, I don’t know what is. We also talked about:
“There's such a misconception of disability as a category, disability as a group of people, that people who don't yet experience disability, have and don't have a connection to disability, have this perception that that is always how it will be.” Alva Gardner
This conversation will stretch your heart, expand your mind, and leave you thinking about your own visibility in a whole new way.
Something powerful happens when women gather.
Not to plan. Not to hustle. But to remember who they are.
That’s exactly what happened at the Awaken Retreat, and I’m still integrating all the magic that unfolded. So much came through that I had to record a full podcast episode to share it with you. And friend, if your soul is craving depth, alignment, and that grounded “this is who I really am” kind of energy—this episode is for you.
Here’s a peek at what I dive into…
If you’ve been building your business from the neck up, wondering why things still feel hard or misaligned...
If you’ve been craving more play, more permission, more purpose...
If you’ve felt the nudge to stop doing it like everyone else and finally start leading from within...
This episode will be like a breath of fresh air (and a fire in your belly 🔥).
You don’t need to add more to your plate. You don’t need to follow another five-step strategy. You just need to come home to yourself—your body, your rhythm, your desire.
You know that feeling when you’re creating an offer and suddenly you're like… “Okay but is this enough?” “Should I throw in another bonus?” “Maybe add a Voxer thread, a workbook, six coaching calls, and a puppy for good measure??” Yeah. Been there.
For a long time, I used to equate more with value. And if I’m being really honest, it came from a place of self-doubt. I was terrified that someone would join my program and think, “Wait… this is it?” So I overcompensated. I stacked and stuffed and overdelivered not out of generosity, but from fear.
In this week’s podcast episode, I’m peeling back the curtain on that pattern — the one so many of us fall into when we’re building offers from our ego instead of our essence.
I also talked about:
Because here’s what I’ve learned (and what I want to pass on to you)…
Value doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from being more aligned.
So if you’ve been questioning your offers… wondering if they’re “enough” in all the ways — this episode is your reminder that real value isn’t about more stuff, it’s about deeper alignment.
I recently manifested over $16,000 into my life and it didn’t come from hustling harder, launching something new, or burning the candle at both ends. It came from something so simple, yet so transformative… and it shifted everything.
Now before you roll your eyes and think, “Sure, there’s always some ‘secret’ to success,” hear me out. Because this wasn’t about chasing another strategy or checking more boxes on my to-do list.
It was about shifting my state of being. Tuning into alignment. Opening myself up to receive in ways I never saw coming.
And in this episode I’m going to show you the ONE 2 minute practice that created this shift and brought in over $16k in 2 weeks.
In this episode I also share with you: * Why “gratitude lists” might be keeping you stuck (and what to do instead) * The secret to feeling content without killing your ambition * How to manifest more by doing less (yep, really) * Why feminine flow creates bigger results with less burnout
When we trust the universe, trust ourselves, and allow gratitude to anchor us, abundance has no choice but to flow. The question is… are you open to receiving it?
Somewhere along the way, we were taught that menopause is a loss…
A loss of youth, energy, clarity, and vibrancy. That we have to brace for weight gain, exhaustion, brain fog, and mood swings. That we should just “deal with it” because it’s part of aging.
❌ That’s a LIE.
What if perimenopause and menopause were actually your body’s way of calling you into deeper power, alignment, and self-trust?
In this episode, I’m sitting down with Jessica Green, a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, shares holistic strategies to balance hormones, boost energy, and step into your most powerful self.
Inside this episode, we’re unlocking: ✨ The real reason menopause feels so hard in Western culture (and how to shift your experience—starting now). ✨ The hidden link between stress, food, and hormone imbalances ✨ Why women in some cultures barely experience symptoms at all and how to bring those practices into your own life ✨How the energetics of food & mindfulness play a huge role in hormone balance
You don’t have to suffer through this transition. You don’t have to accept the struggle. This is your invitation to step into a whole new way of living and thriving.
A year ago, I hit pause on the podcast. At the time, it felt necessary… life was full, and I wasn’t sure I wanted to keep producing content just for the sake of it. I needed a break. But deep down, I knew I wasn’t done.
Over the past year, so much has shifted. My business, my perspectives, even my own internal rhythms. And with that, I started feeling this pull to return to the podcast space. But this time, it’s going to look a little different.
Deeper Conversations, No More Fluff I don’t want to just create content that checks a box. I want this podcast to be a space for real, meaningful conversations—conversations that challenge us, expand us, and maybe even make us a little uncomfortable at times.
I want to have the conversations that are challenging the status quo and that we NEED to be having around women in business, the patriarchy, femininity vs masculinity, women’s health, and so many other beautiful topics that need us to talk about.
No Set Schedule—Just Inspired, Impactful Episodes One big change? I’m letting go of the pressure to release episodes on a rigid schedule. Instead, I’m committed to sharing when I feel called to or when I have something truly worth saying. I want every episode to feel intentional, not forced.
So, if you’re here for quick, surface-level business hacks… this might not be your space. But if you’re open to exploring deeper truths, to challenging the way we’ve been conditioned to work and lead, and to embracing a more aligned, cyclical, and intentional way of showing up in the world—then I’d love for you to join me.

The problem isn’t you—it’s the strategy you’ve been forcing.
This week on the podcast, I’m sitting down with Anna Nichols, a Human Design expert and business strategist, to uncover the missing piece—how to finally stop working against yourself and start creating success that feels natural, aligned, and ridiculously magnetic.
Your energy is your greatest advantage—but only if you know how to use it.
Inside this episode, we unlock: 🔥 Why 99% of business strategies fail for women (and how to find the ONE that’s designed for you).

🔥 What happens when you declare your next-level life & business—and exactly how to handle the fear, resistance, and doubts that come up.

Anna’s story is living proof that when you finally lean into your true design, everything shifts—clients, money, ease, creativity… it all starts flowing.

As a woman entrepreneur, I get the grind—we're always pushing ourselves to excel, right?
But to be honest, society has set some pretty high expectations for women and it's easy to fall into the trap of tying our self-worth to our achievements. If we’re not constantly succeeding, we start to doubt ourselves.
One minute, you’re juggling everything just fine. The next, you’re exhausted, stressed, and questioning everything. It’s not just about being tired; it’s a deeper, more pervasive sense of fatigue.
In this podcast episode, Ilona and I dive into the struggle of balancing self-care and business while tackling self-worth issues and battling burnout head-on. Tune in to hear our stories, struggles, and tips on how we find the right balance.
We also talked about the following:
“You have to really remind yourself what your values are, what your lifestyle is, and try to block out the noise of comparison from other people.” ilona Váró

The clothes we choose can affect how we feel, how we act, and how others see us.
What we wear is more than just a fashion statement.
It shapes our identity and influences how we show up through different spaces in our lives.
In this episode, Katie and I will discuss how fashion choices impact our mental health and femininity. We also chat about how embracing confidence in our bodies can supercharge the business growth of creative female entrepreneurs like you.

You know those moments when you grab a bag of chips or a tub of ice cream because you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed?
Have you ever wondered why that momentary comfort is often followed by guilt and regret?
I know that feeling all too well. There were times when I thought a handful of cookies or ice cream would make the stress disappear, only to realize the anxiety was still there.. just masked by a temporary sugar rush.
But what if there were better ways to cope? What if we could understand and address the real issues behind our eating habits?

For the longest time, I thought femininity was this fixed thing, like a set of rules carved in stone.
But then I realized, it's more like this journey of self-discovery, where you're constantly learning and unlearning, figuring out what feels right for you.
What's feminine to one person might not vibe with someone else, and that's totally okay.
It's about embracing who you are instead of trying to fit into some cookie-cutter mold that society dishes out.
In today’s episode, Sarah and I dive deep into this very topic of women connecting with their feminine energy, and dealing with painful menstrual cycles.
Curious to know more? We've got other topics lined up too including:

Meet Renee
Renee is a women’s health and nutrition coach who helps busy, high-achieving women prioritize their health and nutrition and create lasting habits. Before becoming a health coach, she worked in a therapeutic high school, assisting students to manage and change their behaviors. After being laid off, she decided to take her knowledge of behavior change to work with women to create nutrition and health habits that work for them. This career shift came after the realization that her friends always asked her for advice on improving their health and nutrition.
Her work incorporates the science of health mindset and compassionate behavior change into the coaching experience. As a result, clients adopt practices to help them nourish and move their bodies while breaking the diet cycle. Clients leave coaching with sustainable health habits and a repaired relationship with food and movement. She has recently launched The Thrive Community, a membership portal for women 40+ who want support during the midlife transition to help them manage their stress, find joy in movement, sleep better, and have more energy.

How will you know if someone is giving quality content in social media?

I get it, it's not always easy to let go of that competitive mindset.
We're wired to strive for success, often feeling like it's a race against everyone else.

And you know what? I discovered that our body is a great communicator if we just pay attention.
Sure, there are still tough days, but my period or luteal phase no longer send me spiraling and that’s what this episode is all about.

Do you ever find yourself scrolling through social media, comparing your journey to others?
Guilty as charged..
The truth is, comparison is the thief of joy.
Comparing your chapter one to someone else's chapter ten only led to unnecessary stress.
I know sometimes it's easy to measure success in terms of numbers—profits, followers, sales.
There were days when giving up seemed tempting, but those are the moments that define you.
Because finding a work-life balance isn't about mirroring someone else's success; it's about crafting a narrative that fits your story.

Here’s a thing..
It's like pulling back the slingshot—gearing up for a powerful leap into being more productive and feeling awesome.
Our body functions just like a sling shot. Every single month we have a pull back just prior to our peak performance phase.
It's basically our body's way of saying, "Let's do this!"
Do it right, and you'll feel on top of the world—confident, ready, and seriously kicking butt.
But here's the cool part.
This isn't all about aligning work with our cycle for productivity and balance.
It's also about those moments to kick back, take a breath, and let your body chill.
Think of it like a self-care date, your way of saying, "Hey, world, I'm doing my thing, but I'm also doing me."
And for those days when life's a total whirlwind and you're on the edge of burnout, it's totally cool to hit pause.
Remember it's about embracing the dance, finding your balance, and turning every month into a powerhouse chapter.

Once it's done, then you'll take a break.
You've got a deadline. There's so much to get done. You've just got to focus.
You can stare at a screen. You can force yourself to focus (or try to).
You want to get it accomplished SOOOO badly it hurts.
Once it's done, then you'll go on vacation.
After you get it accomplished, then you'll go on a date night with your partner.
But what if it's never done?
That feeling of always having something to get done, does it ever go away on its own?
Doesn't it feel as if every time you get close to getting it all done, something else gets added to the list and the "done-ness" just keeps getting moved further and farther away?
A year or so ago I had something I was working on that HAD to get done. After about 30 minutes I noticed that instead of actually working on the project, I was bouncing between screens, appearing to be busy, but in reality, I was getting NOTHING done.
I could feel the tension building inside because I was both frustrated that I wasn't getting it done and knew how much it needed to get done. But I felt so out of flow.
It felt forced.
And in that forced feeling, I wasn't getting anything really accomplished. But there was a still small voice inside that told me "go practice yoga."
It feels irrational. It feels unproductive to stop "working" and actually go do some yoga.
What would you have done?
Would you have felt too guilty to stop and go practice yoga while you had a mounding list of stuff with a deadline to get it done, or would you have stuck grinding it out?
Either way, there's no right or wrong. But if you're curious about how you can use your body to actually get you better results in business and tap into your flow, this week's podcast is for you.
Remember, it's not about doing more; it's about doing better. By embracing your natural rhythms, you'll not only excel in your business but also create more time for what truly matters.
So, what are you waiting for? Dive into Episode 87 now and discover the secrets to unleashing your business potential.

In order to create a business in which you’re able to thrive it's important to be able to identify the stressors in your life and find ways to mitigate them. The key to mitigating the impact of stress is to identify the sources of stress and to develop strategies for dealing with them.
This may involve setting boundaries with clients and colleagues, delegating tasks, and taking time for self-care. By taking these steps, women in business can protect their health and well-being.

One of the most frustrating things I’ve notice in my business and I see within so many other women is feeling stuck at a level and not entirely sure how to push past that level.
Sometimes it feels like no matter how hard you work-how many late nights you stay up pounding on the keyboard or how many times you sacrificing doing something with the kids- your dream just feels a little too far out of reach.
It’s easy to start to wonder if the sacrifice is actually even worth it?
And why does the success everyone else demonstrating appear to come so much easier?
Yet one of the biggest things I’ve discovered is that majority of businesses are just replicating what everyone else is doing.
And let’s be honest, what might work for my business and my lifestyle might not work for you.

Have you ever caught yourself with 25 tabs open on your computer, jumping from one to the next, “working” but not actually getting anything done?
Maybe you grab your phone and scroll through social media “looking for inspiration.”
Or focus on a task for a few minutes before going down the rabbit hole of another task and eventually circling back and finding you haven’t really got anything done.
One thing I’ve noticed is that there’s been an increasing number of adults being diagnosed with ADHD.
And while there are likely some that were never diagnosed when they were younger, could it be that for many of us, we’re simply overstimulated?
With the technology of our century, there’s literally information and distractions everywhere we turn.
In fact, the most recent data I saw was that on social media users decide whether to scroll or stop to watch/read in less than 1 second.
1 stinking second! Before it’s off to be stimulated by another stimulus.
Over and over and over.
It’s no wonder when we have a project that requires more than a 1 second we start looking for distractions (even subconsciously) because we’ve trained our brains to seek constant stimulation.
If you want to grow your business and increase your productivity without pulling your hair out, this episode is going to give you the 5 ingredients you need.

More than 75% of people raised their hands saying they felt guilty taking time off of work.
I was in a zoom room with a few hundred other entrepreneurs when the one being coached got real vulnerable and admitted to feeling guilty to taking time off away from her business.
And the amount of other hands that raised in agreement was astounding.
I mean, didn’t you start your business to have more time off??
Not feel guilty about taking it?
But how do we do it?
When there’s a million things to do (and a million big awesome goals we want to achieve), how do we slow and take the time off?
And WHY is it so important that we do?
We’ll answer both of those 2 questions and more inside this episode with Your Cycle Advantage member and founder of Mind Marvels, Karen Gibb.

Do you really know if you’re an introvert or an extrovert?
For many years, I mistakenly believed that it had to do with whether or not you like to be around people or not.
And while being around people is a part of whether you’re an introvert or extrovert, it goes much deeper than that.
As much as we might try to fit ourselves into a box and label one or the other, you and I as women, are far more complex.
Introverts, have you noticed some days you actually want to be around other people and you enjoy it, while others you want to just curl up with a good book?
Extroverts, have you noticed that while most days you thrive around people, you also need those moments away to recharge?
You and I are dynamic.
And your cycle is a big player into those dynamics.

Did you know that the impact you have as a leader may actually depend on your cycle?
That's right - by understanding your cycle and the core traits that come with each phase, you can learn to use them to your advantage as a leader.
No matter what phase you're in, there's always an opportunity to use your cycle to be a better leader. So why not give it a try?
The outcomes might just surprise you.
So why don't I show you guys what happened when someone tried to use their phases wisely?
Key notes:
What qualities make a good leader? How does our cycle affect how we present ourselves as effective leaders?
Confidence – Knowing who you are, what matters to you, what makes you feel good, and being able to stand by your own convictions. Our cycle can affect our confidence in many ways, including fears, doubts, misbelief, and impostor syndrome.
Integrity – Having integrity means accepting responsibility for your actions. Owning up to your actions and mistakes, as well as what you say you’ll do.
Courage – Sometimes, being a leader requires stepping outside of your comfort zone. In order to direct people in the right direction, leaders always go first.
Effective Communication – A woman is more articulate, able to understand and connect, and able to engage with other people during the connect phase, which occurs right around ovulation.
How knowing your cycle and how it operates will give you a really good self-awareness of trusting where you’re at in your phases.

What is it really like to live life unapologetically?
Fear has a way of making us say and do things we would never have done.
And while all fear is attempting to do is keep us safe…it limits our potential.
The key is to be simply okay with breaking the norms set by the society you’re living in.
In today’s episode with Jessica Frew, you’ll learn what it takes to lean into fear so that you can become unapologetically you.
Here are the keynotes from today’s episode:

Jessica helps individuals reclaim their sense of self by leaving the "I should" mindset at the door by taking BOLD action.

One of the common reasons why people find it hard to declutter is the value we put on the clutter. The emotional attachment is one thing, but monetary value is another.
We think that getting rid of something is throwing away the money we have spent on that thing. But what we don’t realize is that we are consuming more resources by keeping everything in.
And there are many ways you could actually earn through decluttering. In this episode, Rising Mom Lisa will be sharing how she was able to use decluttering to her advantage: financially, mentally, and even spiritually.

Finding the motivation and (consistently) integrating it into our life hold us back from achieving our goals. Especially that we can’t even have the ‘time’ for it. Another problem is, most of the time management and productivity tips available do not fit the mom standard. Mom life is so much different than everybody else, and so we have to consider that we have less “free” time available. Our time needs to be structured/ managed differently.
It might be hard for us, but overcoming it is possible!

When we set our goals, we are often hard on ourselves while on the journey. We rush to change our habits/lifestyles, then falter if we don’t keep up with it. Or we expect to magically have perfect well-being when we get there while we sacrifice our health along the way. Or worse, we realize mid-struggle that we have set goals that are far from what we truly, personally value.
We have to acknowledge that it is a process. It is who we become along the journey that matters most.
