What makes someone beautiful? After a decade as a hair + makeup artist, Taylor Nick has observed that true beauty is less about how you look and more about how you feel. Here she chats with country artists, roller derby captains, Parisian personal shoppers, psychotherapists, spirit guides and others to explore a new definition of beauty for our modern times.
Hearing from your intuition doesn't have to be mysterious and elusive. It can be as easy as quieting down and listening for the answers you need inside. During my Inner Voice Facilitator Training, I got to have this session with my trainer and it BLEW MY MIND. I laughed, I cried, and I opened up to Spirit in a way I didn't know was possible. If you've ever wondered what it could be like to sit and have a conversation with your soul... this is for YOU!
Krista is dismantling the beauty industry. She’s a stylist who asks where your beauty beliefs come from. She urges you to explore what you want and not settle for what you’re told you should want. She is fed up with shame-based beauty marketing which profits by convincing us that we are broken and need fixing. She is raising her daughters to know they are born worthy of love regardless of what they look like. We have a lot to learn from her + this conversation is a fabulous start.

Here, I share the most important thing I've learned about beauty: the ultimate beauty secret. My heart of hearts, the fire in my bones, what everything has led me to, and what guides every step I take. This episode is spontaneous, improvisational, and only twenty minutes long. Thanks for joining me for this conversation 💞 We're just getting started! - @taylornick
Erin is a dancer, massage therapist, and embodiment coach. She loves the human body from her very core. Here, she presents a revolutionary way of understanding our connection with ourselves + everyone around us. If you have asked, “How do we heal from something like this? How do we come back together, more resilient than ever?” this conversation is for you. Erin’s wisdom shifts how we understand our roles in the fabric of humanity + ignites our beauty by urging us to surrender to the dance of life.

“When we foster our relationships with ourselves, it sets us up to best honor our relationship with our families, friends, community, planet + beyond.”
“Our current pattern of ‘the individual over the group’, self-reliance at the expense of others, hoarding resources out of fear, is actually hurting us in the long term.”

We’re back, you guys. We’re here. We’re doing it. I’M SO EXCITED! I have been counting down the days to be in this space with you again. A lot has happened over the last year and a half since we spoke, and it’s time to share. I’ve done a deep dive into my own inner beauty studies, hashing out theories and recognizing patterns, and now I’m back! I don’t have all the answers, but I’ve witnessed that beauty’s magic exists in all the swirling mystery and I’m learning to be more comfortable with that.
In this first episode of Season 3, my husband sits down with me to answer my prodding questions about his own beauty theories. He’s an ennea5, meaning he’s always observing and learning, but rarely opens up to let us in on his brilliance. I’m so honored we get to have this conversation. We touch on the struggle of growing up with a sensitive heart in the shadow of toxic masculinity, being the only boy in a military house, and what that does to a young man’s identity. We talk about practices that help us feel more beautiful, like discovering his recent love of cooking, and the magic that happens when our focus shifts from ourselves onto caring for someone else. I can’t wait for you to hear this.

We sat down to chat about what makes French fashion so iconic, how we can channel our Je Ne Sais Quoi, and why it’s so important to try new things to learn about ourselves. This one is so fun and I can’t wait for you to hear it! Allons-y!

In this episode, we chat with TODAY in Nashville’s Kelly Sutton! After 17 years of interviewing the who’s who of country music, she shares why she believes people like Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks stand out from the crowd. We talk about how all creatives sometimes struggle with inadequacy, the power of an alter-ego, and how the most beautiful people shift the focus to those around them. So many golden nuggets here and I can’t wait to share!

Being a hair and makeup artist for almost 10 years, I’ve discovered that the most beautiful people have something that transcends how I style them. They have a glow about them that draws others in. I want to start the conversation to figure out what that is and how we can get more of it on our lives. Please, join me!
