We know that Barry is much more than being known as Greg Brady from that 70’s TV show Brady Brunch. But we can’t resist talking to him about his portrayal as the oldest son out of six kids. We discussed what his school life was like while production went on. His interest in cars. His name being used for a Peter Gabriel song with a killer music video directed by Sean Penn.
He was full of energy and was like that cool kid we always wanted living next door to us when growing up.

We will be talking with Vince Heywood who works on and drives a 1940 Oldsmobile. It has satin black paint with scallop flames and red wheels with small caps. The name “Lucille” is hand-painted next to a pin-up girl. All that is below a massive pinstriping scroll that sits on the hump trunk.
Where does his generation want to take the car culture? We will be talking with Vince about his build and to get his “youthful” insights about where the car scene is going.
Ian Roussell has been quoted saying that Victor is the most challenging of all his clients and he wouldn’t want it any other way. On the show – Full Custom Garage – we see Victor bringing custom build ideas to Ian. These builds can range from ripping the skin off a Porsche 911 and fabricating a complete supercar body – to – blowing a new unusual multi-bubble – bubble top for a futuristic Thunderbird.
We are honored that Victor has agreed to talk with us because even though he’s on TV, he doesn’t give many interviews.
Mr. Jalopyhas had three of his cartoon drawings made into drivable vehicles. There is the Johnny 5 VW van/truck resting on a t-bucket setup. Then there is the Space Junkie 2 bubble top, slotted mohawk shaped fins with an all-in-one steering, gas pedal, and brakes. Next, there is the Funky Futura From Ventura dune buggy show ride that was made with a truck cap and a can of Great Stuff insulating foam.
Brooks worked with Ian Roussel on Monster Nation, where Brooks was a cameraman and Ian was the “behind the scenes” fabricator. Together they created a several popular DVD called “Back from the Dead: Hot Rod Documentary”. Brooks has worked on Jesse James: Blacksmith, How Stuff Works, Vans Cup at Tahoe, and more.
In response to the many requests, we receive here at Wisconsin Hot Rod Radio for more of Ian Roussel and Full Custom Garage – we decided to host several of the key figures from the show.
Full Custom Garage is TV series dedicated to building custom vehicles. It features Ian Roussel who has been creating some of the coolest rides since Ed “Big Daddy” Roth.

When is wearing a mask cool? Wearing a mask or not during these “pandemic” times. In the car community, there seem to be those that believe in wearing masks and those that don’t, and then there are those that just don’t care.
Season 4 of Iron Resurrection saw many changes for builds and personnel. We will be asking Joe and Amanda about those changes and how they felt it went. Do they feel having a project going two episodes worked better for the team. Plus, we heard that production of season 5 has been delayed due to COVID. How does that affect the shop and the staff?

RING BROTHERS - We are checking in with Wisconsin’s own award-winning builder and automobile products manufacturer. What have they been up to? How is their product division doing with all these “stay at home” quarantine orders? Are they planning any new builds for the 2020 SEMA show and how are they handling the stress of topping last year’s Builder of the Year award?
CHRIS SLACK - Chris Slack is the Parts Manager at Ivan Gandrud Chevrolet in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area. Having the title of parts manager seems a little understated. He’s more like a businessman clothed in a parts uniform. With his guidance, the GM Parts Department is regarded as one of the best in the country.
Captn’ Bob and Arlo are going to turn back the dial with great interviews and the music you all have been asking for.
Two very popular guests: Stacey David from the long runningGEARZ TVshow and Bob Bennett who is owner and operator of Bennett Coachworks.

Katie Blazei owns and operates the B-Lazy Diner in Wind Lake, Wisconsin. Several years ago Katie took ownership of this little cafe. Its location is tucked into a small community of fishing boats, bike cycle trails and, (wait for it) classic cars.
Our first guest Gregg Knapp went down under to Australia on what he thought was just a nice trip with friends. We know Gregg from his years in the Wisconsin Street Rod Association and the national Street Rod Association. He is one of the inspectors that go through street rods hoping to make them road worthy. He will be giving us a report on an unusual way Aussies host a car show.
Our second guest is no stranger to the drag racing world. Randy Henning is the co-owner and operator of Great Lakes Dragaway located in Union Grove, WI. We wanted to check on to see how this Corona Virus is impacting his track. We like to think that Randy and his partner Maurice are historic keepers of the track.
