Each February, Portlanders celebrate the passing of February 9th, supposedly the worst weather day of the year, by doing a big group ride all over the city on the nearest weekend to the 9th. And I suppose if you're a curmudgeon, then all that sunshine and all those clement temperatures would've made it a terrible day for you.
