Let’s Get Fleecy comes from our need of oversharing, something our generation knows how to do very well. Frida, Isabel, Claudette and Velvet are here to discuss struggles and situations that many of us go through and for some reason neglect to talk about it. With humor and realness, we want to be part of your voice and discuss things we all go through... sex, body image, professional growth and even how Mercury in retrograde is making us crazy! Join us for some real girl-talk.
We have made it to the FINAL episode of the season. We are recollecting some of the lessons, realizations and things that have kept us entertained during quarantine... And it won’t be a surprise that POP culture and relationship talk are part of this conversation. At the end, it is all about being real and embracing your unique value! Enjoy the episode, it’s always a good laugh with the Fleecy cast.
It’s happening! Reopening is upon us, and with it comes a lot of progress, excitements and some overwhelming emotions. Join us for a quick session on the expectations we have for ourselves, for those around us and most importantly, we evaluate WHO we can actually TRUST during this process.
We are discussing the importance of the Black Lives Matter Movement and the roles we can all take in it. We talk about our own learning journey and how to be better allies in the fight against anti-Black racism. We also acknowledge the importance of love, justice, and long-term commitment for it to be a step forward for a permanent change. Join us in another conversation!
What is time? Most likely, we all see it under a different concept based on our current experiences and surroundings. But, time is a physical reality that passes by and often, we take it for granted so it’s crucial to know our limits, our desires and have a mindfulness practice of the present. We also take a dive in the difference of how we view time between our 20s and our 30s. This episode is an open discussion on what we are doing with our time, how are we investing, wasting, planning or prioritizing... and the importance of it all! Comments, questions? Not knowing when we can go back to “normal” is a scary thought, but for many out there this time has opened different ways of effective communication, nurturing their family relationships and even some have found new friendships. We are talking skin hunger, social responsibility and some of the fears of cheating on isolation protocols. So really, how are we all friending during COVID? Let’s talk it out!
We often talk about food and the delights of indulging in our cheat meals, but we don’t really talk much about what comes after: Pooping! A bathroom visit can be a wonderful thing, but sometimes it may not be as pleasurable. We really want to put everything on the table on how our eating habits and specially those in quarantine have been changing our digestion routine and how some are not really achieving the perfect poop #LifeGoal. Factors of stress, anxiety and snacking all may plan in favor or against your digestion, so we are discussing bacteria, fiver, laxatives and suppositories. We got all the (dirty) deets! After all, if we can’t discuss our most human basic need, then what are we even doing!?
This episode is dedicated to the big and small wins we are all having during quarantine. During this time there are lots of “firsts”, lots of play time that we have for ourselves, and for others this is a time for growth and business opportunities. That being said... we encourage happiness in each and every single achievement, whether it be growing sourdough, spending all day in yoga pants, or even pursuing a new business idea during the COVID pandemic. The important thing to remember, is to be kind to yourself, to be grateful, and that in every crisis there is an opportunity. Whichever that may be for you, cheers to that!
We all have WAY more time to think (and overthink) during this quarantine, but how is downtime actually going? What have we really learned about us? We want to have a mental health check amongst ourselves, and remind each other that all emotions are valid, even those that are (inexplicably) exacerbated by self isolation. So... Let’s Get Fleecy!
COVID19 has come to challenge all kinds of relationships... from the one that we have with ourselves, those we left behind or the ones we are faced to strengthen and reinvent with during quarantine. Here we are to share how we are keeping sane and how we are able to keep our relationships going! Including friendships, boyfriends and single life. So... Let’s Get Fleecy!
