??- Affluence Of The Surrounding Area - Obviously, the more wealthy the area (and surrounding areas) of the location of your land, the more valuable it will be. In real estate, one effective IP65 LED lighting fixture strategy to identify properties with fantastic potential for capital growth is by identifying "spill-over" locations - these are areas that are relatively cheap to buy into but that neighbour property hot-spots. What tends to happen is that the value of these spill over areas tend to increase as people who cannot buy into the hotspot location are forced into the spill over regions. The same tactic can be applied with land investment.

??- Is Your Land Close To Existing Developments? Land that is within close proximity to existing developments are more likely to get noticed by developers (and the green light for planning permission) than land that is slap bang in the middle of undeveloped green belt areas with sensational picture perfect views.

??- How Well & At What Price Do The Houses/ Accommodation Near The Land Sell? If there are houses near the site of your potential land purchase then you should make enquiries as to how well the land in that locality sells. Research the most recent sales to determine the average prices. This should give you a fair indication of how well land in this area might perform as an investment.

??2. Likelihood Of The Land Achieving Planning Permission

??If the land you're purchasing currently does not have planning permission, you must make an assessment of the likelihood of the chances of it receiving planning permission for development. Choosing land that is likely to receive planning permission is not an exact science (you need to have deduction skills to identify the land most likely to get permission). Here are some of the issues you must consider:

??- Is The Land In A Greenbelt Area? Obviously, if the land is currently in the green-belt then there will be greater difficulty in getting planning permission. However, because of recent government intentions to develop (UK) land in the greenbelt, a lot of land categorised as green belt will still receive planning permission if certain conditions are met. A lot of these are discussed below.

??Amsterdam is The Netherlands's Number One tourist destination, and deservedly so. It is a marvelous place for the general visitor, having some world-class museums and other don't-miss tourist attractions. Of course, many are attracted by the city's infamous Red Light District. The cit''s facilities are complemented by marvelous restaurants and hotels to suit all price ranges.

??Although Amsterdam is world famous as a general tourist destination, it is also of major importance when it comes to Specialty Beer (Speciale Bieren). In the early 1970s, a number of cafs with large beer lists were set up, including one, the Caf Gollem, Raamsteeg , which was described as the best Specialty Beer bar in the world, by Michael Jackson. Later, world-class places such as In de Wildeman, Kolksteeg 3 came along, both inspired and spawned from it, including a second Caf Gollem (Daniel Stalpertstraat 74).

??Just opposite the original Caf Gollem, there is a very good beer shop, that opened in 2005, De Gekraakte Ketel (The Cracked Kettle), Raamsteeg 3. Many Specialty Beer bars in the city feature beers from two small breweries in the city itself, which were set up on the wave of the growing interest in Specialty Beers.

??The Specialty Beer bars in Amsterdam initially offered almost exclusively Belgian Beers; such was the public's perception of the quality of such beers, but today Tri-proof Lighting Manufacturers many also stock marvelous examples from breweries from all over The Netherlands. The superlative 't Arendsnest, only stocks Dutch beers, all the country's fifty-two or so Specialty Beer brewers being represented in the ever changing selection of around 150 bottled beers and fifteen draught/tap ones, from the 600 or so Dutch ones to choose from.

??'t Arendsnest is a Specialty Beer bar of true quality. Such a place, concentrating on Dutch Specialty Beers, had been long awaited. It is worth a visit. It is on the edge of the Jordaan district, near the Brouwersgracht (Brewers' Canal) end of Herengracht (Gentlemen's Canal), near the corner with Herenstraat. There are activities in the basement cellar, the Proeflokaal Bartholomeus (Bartholomy's Tasting Room), such as organized group visits, tutored tasting, PINT meetings and brewing courses. So enjoy the trip and have a cool beer.

??Good skin care and beauty are easier to achieve than you might imagine. And since we only get one face per lifetime, it's much better (and cheaper) to invest in good skin care now rather than a facelift down the road.

??When choosing a skin care regimen, it is important to use all of the steps from the same brand because they are formulated to work together. Don't use a piece of this set and a piece of that set. Also, be sure to use ALL the steps in a skin care set. You wouldn't bake a cake and leave out the flour, would you?

??Wash your face thoroughly before applying makeup and glamour cosmetics. Give yourself a nice facial. An artist wouldn't paint a masterpiece on a stained or dingy canvas, right?

??When applying your facial skin care cleanser, use light strokes so as not to tug on your skin. Use your ring (third) finger around the deliate eye area. It's your weakest finger and will do the least amount of damage. Mask should not be applied too close to the mouth or the eye area. Toner and moisturizer round out the facial and now you're ready for foundation and color cosmetics.

??True beauty IP65 LED lighting fixture comes from within, and makeup and cosmetics simply enhance that. If your skin care and beauty routine doesn't involve a lot of glamour makeup, don't worry. A few shades of neutral or sheer cosmetics will give you that special glow and look of natural beauty. Pay attention to your manicure and pedicure as well.

??For goodness sakes, don't fall asleep with makeup or cosmetics on. It's estimated that for every night you do, your skin ages by 12 days! Give yourself a quick facial before you hit the sheets. It's called skin CARE for a reason.

??Fischer is currently tracking his Christian work at Robert Lang Studios where Dave Mathews also records.

??When asked if he expected to receive the same treatment in the Christian arena Fischer had this to say; "Well, I hope not! I just hope and pray I am accepted. I'm trying to do something that has never been done before in the Christian market. I am going backwards. Most Christian artists make it and then hop over to the secular market. I am releasing an album in the Christian market. We will see what happens. It's my best work, and God gave me each one of the eleven songs."

??Fischer's dim hopes and fears about the Christian market may be real.

??While Fischer is well known for his in your face rock shows, that kind of showmanship don't play well for the conservative Christian crew.

??Even with his 8 top ten hits he co-wrote, slews of awards, and just flat out talent, word has it in the Christian world that Fischer cannot even lead Worship at his own Church. Apparently that's not a good sign in the Christian world.

??What is probably working against him is his 29 arrests on record for everything from bar fights and public drunkenness too driving his Hummer over three Honda Motorcycles parked in front of the Central Tavern in Pike Street in the summer of 2000(the old area of Seattle) just because they were parked next to Harley Davidson's.

??Bouncer Adam Jenkins told police "Phil asked them to move the bikes because in Phil's opinion they were not worthy to be parked next to a Harley. When they failed to move them, Phil hoped in his H1 and drove over all three of the bikes crushing them into the pavement! It was crazy; everyone was just

??standing there with mouths open. As a bouncer, I've seen a lot of things in my time, but that was a one of a kind thing. He likes Harleys, and he is always welcome here for Waterproof Lighting Fixture Suppliers a drink any time he wants!"

??That kind of track record does not fly with the Jesus types, and it will be interesting to see just if his Christian album fares as well as his first. Word is from my Christian contacts is that he cannot even get a venue because the Jesus types are afraid of him. Its probably talent shock, but paddling uphill seems to be something Fischer has to live with, and something that he seems to be good at.

??"Wounded Soul", Fischer's first and only world album may never see the light of day on store shelves here in the states, but there just may be hope for his Christian album. As of this writing his website is receiving 20,000 hits a week and counting; not to mention a growing underground of Christians emailing Fischer anticipating his album.

??"New Believer", Fischer's first Christian album is expected Christmas of 2006.

??You are saying that the B.A.B. didn't recognise grades given by the very founder of Aikido?

??Derek Eastman That's what I'm saying, So we were left out in the cold again. It was Jim Elkin, Brian Eustace and Eddie Stratton who suggested we join in our own right,LED Vapor Tight Suppliers but we needed a name. So I thought it would be a good idea to call our group The Ellis Schools of Aikido, for exactly the same reasons that Ken Williams called the Hut The Abbe School of Judo. So I contacted Henry for permission to use his name. We had a meeting, he agreed, and he joined us. In effect, he joined his own association.

??Well, I hope he keeps his dues up to date!

??Derek Eastman: Yeah. ( laughs ) Absolutely, It's a sad fact that the B.A.B. who have gone on record as stating that they have no interest in the history of Aikido in Britain, have criticised Henry for using his own name for his schools, when in fact, in truth, it was me. It is a very sad state of affairs when a governing body, that is there for the promotion of its art, has no interest its own history, but can make statements concerning others.

??That is very sad. Yet, if they looked at the history of Ryu in Japan, many were named after their founders, and branch schools were named after their founders too. So its not that arrogant really.

??Henry Ellis: That's very true, but we have consistency. Our organisation has been going now since the inception of the M.A.C. without any splintering or break-away groups. How many organisations can claim that today? On a political level, Aikido is probably the most disharmonious of all the arts.

??Well that is, unfortunately, probably true.

??Henry Ellis: The same applies in Japan though. Even as far back as 1967, Tadashi Abe (no relation to Kenshiro Abbe), a powerful man within the Aikido world, returned to the AikiKai Hombu, and was appalled at what he saw as being passed off as Aikido. He shook his head at the changes. He left leaving his certificates on the tatami.

??Before we get too embroiled in the politics, have you any other stories of the early years?

??Henry Ellis: Hell yes. In fact, thanks to me and Derek, Aikido was never taken on by the Girl Guides Association, and a host of other Youth associations in Great Britain. That would have been a great boost to the early development. We were asked by Abbe Sensei to do a demonstration at Lime Grove Baths, near the B.B.C. Now this was going to be a very important night with many dignitaries attending, amongst them were Lady Baden Powell, the Japanese Ambassador, Abbe Sensei, of , course and loads of publicity people. Derek and I never rehearsed our demos, we always just did them, enjoying the spontaneity of technique which made it that more real and convincing, We also used live weapons. Well, there was supposed to be a Judo display on before us, but unfortunately the Judo instructor and I had a run-in back stage, he deserved a bit of a slap, so I gave it to him. This prevented him from going on and we were called up early. Abbe was telling us how important this event was, but I was still riled up from earlier. I've always had a bit of a short fuse. So Derek and me set to, and clatter clatter, a packet of cigarettes and a lighter fall out of Derek's gi top in the middle of the mat on this stage, half way through our demo, I went berserk and slammed poor Derek all over the place, one throw in particular, and this is true.

??In our modern day and age, stress has reached an all-time high level. In order to combat stress, many people try to find solace in drinking, smoking or using drugs. However, all these measures only work counteractive. Because you feel slightly more relaxed than before, you think that it actually works. But the opposite is true. These substances change our brain chemistry and make us addicted. In fact, we become more stressed and need to have our fix in order to feel slightly more relaxed again. If you do not want to go into therapy, you can try the following exercises.

??There are many ways to relax easily with a minimum of time and effort. A very well known method is the muscle-relaxation method. This is something you can do just about anywhere at any time, but the best way to learn is to sit in a comfortable chair and do the following:

??1. Breath in deeply through your nose. Feel your tummy fill up. Hold it ... and breath out slowly. Hold it .... and breath in again. Try to count to 8 when you breath in and when you breath out. Do this for about 1 minute until you feel a bit more relaxed.

??2. Keep on breathing in this fashion. Now tense all the muscles in your left leg when you breath in. Hold it ... and relax all these muscles when you breath out. Hold it .... and breath in again but this time only THINK about how it felt to tense all the muscles in your left leg. Hold it ... and breath out and relax all the muscles in your left leg completely. Feel your leg get very heavy.

??3. Do the same with the right leg, the left arm, the right arm, your torso and your head.

??4. Finally, you tense all the muscles in your entire body from top to toe when you breath in. Hold it again and let go when you breath out. Do this one more time in though and feel your whole body go very heavy and relaxed.

??This exercise will help you to feel more relaxed and be better able to deal with stress and depression.

??Another way of dealing with relaxation which takes a bit more work is meditation. It takes a little while to get the hang of it and get the benefits but it is well worth the effort. Most forms of meditation have to do with concentration. They teach you to concentrate on a candle or other object or a mantra. However, the form I would recommend teaches you to concentrate on the breath. Here are the steps:

??1. Sit in a comfortable position. Most Western people cannot sit in lotus position so do not worry about this. A comfortable chair with a straight back is just fine.

??2. Close your eyes and breath through your nose. This is not an exercise to regulate your breathing so just observe it when you breath naturally.

??3. While breathing naturally, which can be hard, soft, fast, slow or anything else, try to feel the touch of your breath inside your nostrils. Feel the cold air inside your nostrils go in and the warmer air go out.

??4. In the beginning you will find that your thoughts go all over the place. One minute you are observing your breath, the next you are thinking about your shopping, the argument you had, what you want to say to another person, etc. Do not get upset by this, it is normal. When you notice that your thoughts have wandered off, just bring it back to your breath. It will take a long time before you can keep your concentration on your breath for some time, but in the mean time you will slowly start to notice that you get more relaxed.

??5. Tri-proof Lighting Manufacturers A next step could be to go on to a more difficult form of meditation called Vipassana meditation.

??I personally found meditation a very rewarding practise and it has changed my life. I am very relaxed now and only get the occasional bouts of stress.

??There are also many other methods, products and tapes on the market. Relaxation can also be very rewarding in other fields. Lucid dreaming for instance can only be done when you are very relaxed. Although courses and products are not sold with relaxation in mind, they certainly have this very pleasant "side effect". Also check out the sites for Remote Viewing and Light and Sound machines if you are interested in pursuing this path.

??Just remember that you do not have to be stressed out. Relaxation, like anything else, is a choice. We can at any time in our lives choose to take another job, leave our spouse or anything else that gives us stress. You can either take more time for yourself and learn to relax or change your life. All that is keeping you from doing this is just fear ......

??Smoking is one of the main causes of stress and I would like to urge everybody who smokes to try to stop. No matter what anybody says, it is never easy for yourself and for the people you live with. But it is a lot easier than the hell you will have to go through for the rest of your life if you don't!

There are two types of people in the world, the people who do and the people who don't.

We all like to think of ourselves as the people who DO!

The people who 'DO' and participate in online business's fall into two sub categories, they are.

  1. The people who make money.

  2. The people who don't make any money and unfortunately, a lot of the time, even lose money.

Sadly most people fall into sub category 2.

Don't jump out of an aeroplane without a parachute. It hurts! Obviously no one is going to do that, are they? I hope not.

But people try and earn money online without a parachute, they sign up for the latest and greatest online opportunities, they have been given promises of tremendous wealth and happiness beyond their wildest dreams.

For a few weeks, they are so excited, light at the end of the tunnel. There they are, up in the clouds, flying high, then WHAM! BAM! they hit the ground, no million dollars in the bank, just maxed out credit cards and depression.

All the top online marketers would say, 'why did you do that?. you should have done it this way, you should have used this, oh no, don't do that'.

The work from home dream, shattered.

If you are going to jump out of an aeroplane, put your parachute on first. If your going to do business online, make sure you have the online parachute on, which is the right information and tools to guarantee your success.

It's a thin line between success and failure, sometimes people show tremendous effort and determination, but get nowhere. Other times people use minimal effort and have huge success.

This is nearly always down to the fact that some people have a 'map' to success and some do not.

You must have a plan of action, like a road map, one you can easily follow, a road map to SUCCESS.

When people first start marketing online, a lot of the time they go from business to business, from system to system, but never really working any business and system properly.

Sometimes they spend a small fortune and then tell themselves the money wasn't completely wasted, because they learned so much.

The trouble is, most people who lose money online, do learn a great deal, but because they got burned so badly, they never take it to the next level, nearly all top internet marketers will have horror stories from when they first started, the difference is, they had the desire to continue.

Remember, 'A big shot is simply a little shot that kept shooting'

I still look back in horror at some of the things I tried.

You must have the desire to succeed, if you have this, then all you need is your 'Map to success'.

If you have a road map of the world you can go anywhere in the world, if you have an online business map, amazing things can happen.

Success is only around the corner.

If you work online from home now, or are thinking about starting an online business.
