This is a special episode. This is the first solo episode where I share what I feel it takes to be genuinely happy. I talk about a lot of things ranging from passions to relationships and how to positively approach trauma in your life. On a side note: When I bring up romantic relationships. It's with the assumption that you and your partner are beyond "fixing" things. If issues come up, don't quickly give up and follow the advice I give. It's in the context that you both have out grown each other and are still in it because of fear. Thus causing more stress and negativity in your life.

Topic covered:

  • Owning your happiness

  • Be in a positive state

  • Currency of human behavior

  • Surround yourself with positive people

  • Giving without expecting anything in return
