I will be sharing stories, wisdom, and general ball bustin', from my Kung Fu Dad: Sifu Leonard Fong. Sifu has been teaching Kung Fu (Wing Chun, Bak Mei, and Tai Chi) for 30 years. He is hilarious, playful, and blunt. He also cares about people, so he gets away with being blunt. We wouldn't change him for anything.
