A very interesting track. We decided to tone down our seriousness down a notch and try to get into the celebrating mood as it is a festive period.
This episode was about sharing our losses and counting our blessings, a somewhat emotional session that captures the many events, expectations, changes that occurred all through the year; it was clear to see we all had our share and what is important at the end of the day is the ability to learn from the mistakes, enjoy the wins and hope for a better year.
