You were born worthy Innately worthy
You knew no lack
It wasn’t a part of you until you learned it, observed it and essentially bought into it
You bought into the lie that things have to be hard, that you must struggle, push and force in order to receive...
Worthiness was stripped from you and it was replaced with inadequacies, a feeling of lack and a daunting feeling that something is missing...
That something is off and that you at your core are just not enough
And so the chase began
The constant need for approval
The constant need for validation
The overgiving, the overdoing, the over perfecting
You've spent your days busy proving
Busy seeking something outside of you
Something to fill the void of lack, of insignificance
The next coach, the next program, the next client, the next big shiny income goal
Yet it always feel like something is missing, like something is off
Fullness evades, no amount of wins fill the void
No matter what you accomplish you are always seeking the next thing
Thinking the next thing will bring you the wholeness you seek
But let tell you with decades of trying to fill the void myself I found the only true fullness we can find is the fullness and the peace that lives within your own beings, this is why Jesus said, I must go, it will be better for you. Jesus left physically but his spirit did not. He made you and I his home, so the fullness we seek is found within us. It is found by intentionally choosing and living in a place of worthiness. Jesus said the springs of living waters are within our beings!!! he said those who drink of these waters will never thirst again!
What a delight, right? What a promise to claim!
So during our time together we will accessing these living waters that are within you by choosing worthiness intentionally. We will be realigning your mind, body and soul with worthiness. We will be teaching you how to integrate worthiness so you can tap into the living waters within you so you overflow, so you create and call in all that is rightfully yours by default!
Remember all of creation is responding to you, if you are living in a perpetual state of lack you will continue to draw more lack to you! This is why we want to pull you out of lack and survival and into abundance, creation and overflow!!
To live a life by design, to create, to call in all that God has in store for you!

🤑 consistency in selling makes you good at it which leads to more income, more expansion
✨It keeps you plugged into the energy of creation, which nourishes & feeds your business
✨ Consistency requires you to face & overcome resistance - it leaves you with no choice - you must overcome it, consistency does not allow room for procrastination or excuses - it makes creating/showing up a non-negotiable
🚀 It pushes you to improve- when things are not working it requires you pivot, change and take a different route
Essentially Consistency pushes you to grow, evolve and become a better version of you
as a result you create more valuable products/offers - which leads to greater/deeper impact and change for your clients

Guilt, shame, unworthiness have no room in your partnership with God!
God cannot partner with beliefs of "not good enough”
Gods glory, goodness and power cannot come guilt and shame
It cannot come through feeling & thoughts of shame and inadequacy
Even if God spoke directly into your spirit and instructed you, you wouldn’t be equipped to take action you would be too busy entertaining all that you are lacking instead of seeing all you are in him and all you carry
God longs to be expressed through each person
He longs to be seen and heard
He longs to partner with you, to bring the kingdom to earth
He longs to express his glory and goodness over the earth
But he cannot do that when his own children see themselves as less than
Walking in guilt and shame
Feeling unworthy and inadequate
The key to partnering with Jesus and expressing him through you is seeing, knowing and walking in your own worth and value
Its a discipline
There is a war against you
The enemy is working OT to deceive Gods kids into seeing what they are not, what they are lacking
Just as he did to Eve, he deceived her into believing what she was not, he got her to believe that was she was not enough, that the relationship she had with God was lacking, that something was missing
Now the enemy comes and whispers into your ear
Look how far behind you are
You haven’t done enough to deserve this outcome
You are a failure, there is still so much to do and you are so far behind
Look at how you are bad you are doing in this are of your life
Oh and must I remind you that you are a sinner and unworthy and undeserving
Feeling bad, like something is always missing
Although the thoughts might not be loud and clear in your consciousness they are there
Floating around in your being
Quietly ruling and reigning in your everyday life
You’ve become so accustomed to them that they sound normal
They bind you
They keep you stuck
Going in circles
Never realizing your worthiness
Never seeing the miracle of you
Never allowing you to tap into the magic you carry to release it to the world
So what are you going to do about it?
Are you going to continue to let the loser win?
Or are you going to make a decision from this moment forward that you won’t allow him to bully you around?
Its simple really
Its a simple shift in your thinking
its as simple as deciding to own you are worthy & understanding that everything the enemy tries to tell you otherwise is a BIG FAT lie
Own you are worthy
Own you are deserving
Own that you are awesome
Own that you carry the kingdom
Own that you carry magic
Own that you carry healing power
Own your significance

I asked God why my outcome wasn’t happening what he was trying to teach me and I have a dream that I left my hotel door open and someone came and stole all my stuff and destroyed my apartment I was asking and thinking what I needed to learn from this and thought maybe god is teaching me detachment from my “stuff & My things”
Detaching from What will it mean about me if my creation doesn’t work What will it mean about my work
I do my purpose work that’s what makes me feel most alive, I don’t to it for the outcome, the outcome comes because like a tree I am panted and rooted by the water my tree (soul) is being watered I feel refreshed and energizerd and as a byproduct the tree flourishes and brings fruit The key is to stay aligned, alive, inspired, elevated & expanded and from this place set intentions and create... your creation will come from a detached place because you will already feel full, good, alive and on fire...you won’t “need the outcome” you won’t need the meaning your searching for or approval or to be validated! For example you’d say “See I’m right” “I told” “see I created that” “see I’m good enough” Noooo!!! It will come as a by product of you walking in your identity! Alive! Awake inspired and elevated
You won’t need to learn how to detach No one will need to teach you “how to get” it will come as a natural by product of your fullness Yea you will set intentions, yes you will set goals but they will come from a place of life, fullness, inspiration, buzzz aliveness, meaning, fullness, value & authenticity 🙌🏼

Do not allow your mind to boss you around
You have enough power to cut off any thought, any feeling, and any idea that is contradicting the truth!
and you are responsible to cut off anything that is not in line with what God thinks about you and what God says about you!
Shame, blame, guilt thoughts SHOULD NEVER BE ENTERTAINED
There is never a good time for them!
Thinking of the past of how you shoulda, woulda, coulda done it is NOT OK EITHER! NEVER EVER
You cut that nonsense out as soon as it comes in! Immediately
You do not allow it to control you or dominate you
You definitely don’t listen to it, you definitely do not entertain it and most definitely you do not agree with it!
It will keep you in a cycle of feeling down, helpless, hopeless, and depressed
We need you up, inspired, energized, empowered, creating and living life from you fullest potential and you most definitely cant be doing that when you are entertaining and agreeing with guilt, shame, blame or thoughts of the past that do not serve you!
Looking at the past, feeling sorry for yourself, thinking of how things could have been or should have been only keeps you bringing the corpse back to life, it keeps you shinning light on the dead, on the past, on what Jesus died and paid for and no longer sees but you obviously keep seeing it by shining light on it, by focusing on it, and entertaining the nonsense thoughts
Cut it out, let it go, cut off any thoughts, ideas, or bad memories of the past, do not entertain them, they are like life sucking zombies, they will drain you of you energy, they will drain you of life
Stay alert, stay awake, keep guard of your mind, your mind is the the battlefield of the supernatural, if you let down your guard, if you allow the deadly, life sucking zombie thoughts to come in and control you, they will always win, don’t allow that to happen, stay awake, you have the power that brought Jesus back to life within you! You have the power to win! In fact it was already won on your behalf you job is to agree with this and utilize that power within you!
Stay in alignment with the truth!
Utilize the power of risen Jesus that is within you
You are a powerful co-creator!
We need you full of life!
We need you energized, inspired, awake and alert, co-creating and bringing heaven to earth!
Using your unique gifts and talents, using your voice, living the kingdom lifestyle
Quantum leaping, creating miracles, showing the people around you what is possible for them

Imagine your soul is the ship and you (your spirit) is the captain
Now imagine the wind & the waves are your limiting beliefs, the lies, the stories that you were taught to believe from society or your parents.
Now think about this, If you’re not at the wheel of your ship directing it where it needs to go, guess what will end up happening?
You guessed right the winds & the waves will take over and take you wherever they please, your life will be directed by them not you
It still boggles my mind & even sometimes scares me as to how much power and control we were given over our lives
When you wake up to the truth that you are the creator of your outcome, your destiny, your life at first it will take a lot of intentional work, to calm the crazy storm, to calm the winds & the waves that are caused by your limiting beliefs
It will take a lot of intention & effort to take back control & to regain your power
But once you get through the big work of regaining control from there you will just need to maintain it
Here's the thing, if you want to create a life that you LOVE, if you want to create a life that make you want to jump out of bed in the morning,
YOU must become SUPER intentional with your life from the moment you wake up to the moment you lay your head down to rest
YES Its requires effort, it requires discipline, it requires consistency, it requires commitment, it requires work
But wouldn’t you rather be uncomfortable, a bit challenged, but working towards a life you LOVE TO LIVE, instead of being uncomfortable, challenged & disliking your current life & having no light, no hope for the future?
Your going to be uncomfortable & challenged regardless so why not be the good kind of uncomfortable and create the life you LOVE to live, a life that makes you want to jump out of bed in the morning?

The enemies greatest weapon is the get you to believe you are “not enough” its very subtle, he doesn’t come with horns and a needle, nope quite the opposite in fact it’s so subtle you don’t even notice it at first (until of course you become conscious of your thoughts)

Here’s the thing if he can get you to believe that you are not enough, that your work is insufficient, that you need to edit, critique, perfect all your days before your work even makes it out into the world, guess what it makes him?…. a winner

It is said that the enemy came to kill, steal and destroy & he does just that….

He kills unborn dreams while they are still in the womb. .
He kills destinies, purposes, he kills art, he destroys what many carry, what many don’t end up birthing and bringing into the world & he does it with the greatest most subtle weapon of all, getting you to believe “you are not enough” .
That your work is insufficient, no one will care, it doesn’t matter, its not important anyway…. Sounds humbling almost like you are being a good little human for not boasting, you are being modest, but let me tell you that is a big fat lie!

You were meant to shine, you were meant to burn so bright that everyone could see you, not only see you but be changed & impacted by what you carry .
So let me ask you this, are you allowing the enemy to kill, steal & destroy what you were born to bring to this earth?

Are you allowing him to destroy the baby you carry?

The unborn dream, the art, the message, the invention? .
Are you allowing him to steal what belongs to you, what belongs to humanity?

Again, we are told to refresh, renew our mind with the truth, not with what everyone is doing and saying around you but what the spirit is saying within you.
Jesus followed and did everything he saw the father doing and saying
this is how we should be operating
This is how we should be living
Tapping into what is within us
What do you carry that you know needs to be released here on earth?
What do you hear the father saying and doing within you?
See our mind/soul is our connecting link to heaven, this is why when we tune in, when slow down, when we relax, we play & look with awe and wonder at life like children we access with our renewed mind that which is being released, & reveled to us
Our soul is our connecting link to god, to miracles, to strategies, to creativity, to solutions, to inspiration, to life, to joy and peace to abundance & overflow in every single area
But it takes a conscious choice, it takes intention, it takes your yes, your agreement with the truth in order to access it ALL

We know this right?
We hear about this all the time “Just Decide”
Decision making is freakin powerful, it moves mountains
Decision making is essentially quantum leaping, you get from A to Z waaaayyyyy FASTER
I personally discovered real decision making sometime ago and it has been HUGE in my life
I discovered it is our SUPERPOWER
It unleashes strategies, ideas you couldn’t think of before
It magnetizes people, books, programs, situations into your life that thrust you to the next level
But here’s the thing with deciding that many people don’t talk about
I mean I've never personally read or heard anyone talk about this anywhere not directly like this
The thing with decision making is you MUST BE EQUIPPED IN ORDER TO DECIDE
You must be EMPOWERED IN ORDER TO DECIDE
Imagine you are planning on traveling to a destination that is 10 hours from you
Imagine your destination is your goal/outcome/the thing you decided upon
Now imagine you step outside to start your journey & in your parking lot is an old beat up piece of junk car that will hardly start, this piece of junk is supposed to take you on your 10 hour journey
Now imagine your car is your MIND
You use your mind to make decisions right?

HOW ON GODS EARTH IS IT THIS BEAT UP CAR THAT WILL HARDLY START (YOUR UNRENEWED MIND) SUPPOSED TO MAKE SOLID DECISIONS AND GET YOU TO DESTINATION/YOUR OUTCOME/GOAL?
It can’t, it has no power, its beat up, neglected and powerless
Now think for yourself... how is your mind this powerful tool that God gave you supposed to get you anywhere in life based on making decisions if your mind is powerless, neglected, filled with lies, doubts, insecurities, fears that DOMINATE YOU?? IT SIMPLY CAN'T

We can trip ourselves up when we put too
much importance on things
When we make them the end all be all..
Because when it doesn’t work in our favor or when we don’t get the feedback the outcome we were looking for it crushes us because that thing basically took over our hearts
This can literally be on any subject, you can allow you purpose work to dominate you, your financial goals, your health goals, you fill in the blank ....
When you put something on a super high pedestal and it doesn’t go your way it gets ugly for you (also by putting it on a high pedestal you make it out of reach and it will stay out of reach because you put it there)
The thing is there is an art of prioritizing what is important to you without making it the end all be all, without making it god over you
There is an art of holding a vision, creating an intention, setting a goal, and holding on to it loosely
So your attitude, your mindset your energy would come from a place of “this or something better” if it’s not this, show me a better way, I’m willing to see it differently, so your holding the vision but if it doesn’t pan out as planned you are open, you are detached and you are willing to see things differently, you are available for new ways, new opportunities, new insights, new ideas
You are detached
Your fists are not clenched tight
Your body and mind are relaxed
Coming from a place of not needing anything and getting to have everything
Coming from a place of trust and certainty
This or something better, God has my back, God is guiding me, each step of the way, I release, I let go and know he has my best interest at heart, I know I’m not doing this life thing alone, I know I don’t have to carry all the responsibility on my shoulders.
So you want to master the art of holding an intention, a vision, a goal from a place of not needing it, but getting to have it, holding on loosely, not allowing that thing to
You have an inner genius an inner giant within you that has more potential than you have fathom
Imagine you go to a dealer to buy a brand new car.... Pick a car of your choosing to purchase for this scenario, currently my favorite car is a Mercedes 250 CLA, I love that beautiful little thing white in particular haha
Anyway imagine after you sign all the paperwork you finish up with your purchase and the sales guy says tells you by the way the car can only go 20 miles per hour, you think to yourself huh that’s odd the speedometer clearly shows that it can go up 160 miles per hour...”excuse me sir you say, but the car says it can go up to 160” “no no the man replies 20 miles is the most, that’s what my manager told me and that’s what his supervisor told him, so trust me on this one dear it can only go 20 miles per hour”..... sounds like a silly scenario right?! Well that is precisely what happened to us guys, imagine you are the car, imagine you have all that power within you, all that genius, and you were sold on the fact that in fact you are not so awesome after all, you are a slow powerless thing, and you were sold on this belief by the dearest most closest people in your life, which happened to be your parents, your teachers, and all the people you looked up to, now it’s not their faults, their parents taught them the same thing, they didn’t mean to harm you, they just didn’t know any better themselves.
But this is precisely what happens to the majority of the babies that are born into this world, from childhood we are told, taught, showed, modeled that we are very limited human beings, that we really don’t have much power, that this is life, it’s hard, it’s sucks and then you die, so please be careful they say, tip toe your way through life, don’t get into any trouble, try not to poke at anything or change anything, follow the rules, be a good little human now, you don’t have much power, you don’t have much to offer, here is what you can do, they say, good luck to ya!

We bought into the limited stories of the people that sold them to us
We bought into the big fat lies guys but the good news is that we have the ability to choose, we have the power to choose, we get to question everything starting with the stories that we were taught about ourselves
Begin now, begin today, grab a piece a paper and begin to question, seriously sit down and question anything and everything that you were taught, told, showed, modeled about yourself
The sooner you can recognize the genius you carry the sooner you can begin tapping into it!

Pushing through resistance and challenges pays off enormously It’s literally what takes us to the next level in any area of our life I’m doing this thing called 80 day obsession where you workout 6 days a week and rest 1, anyway I got a little behind so I thought I’d just make it up by doing a workout in the morning and one later in the evening so today I finished my morning workout and I still felt energized...
when I first started this program the last two rounds of this particular workout would literally kill me, I yelled and screamed and maybe even cursed haha it was hard to say the least! Anyway as I finished the workout today I still felt energized afterwards I was not completely drained which was new to me. I thought what the heck let’s start the second workout now, why wait...
I thought even if I could get through half that would be better than nothing You guys let me tell you, I completed both workouts fully and didn’t die lol I didn’t yell or scream haha I made it through strong! I was blown away to say the least, the last 50 days I made so much progress!! in the past I could hardly complete 1 workout let alone two in a row! Here’s what I got out of it, when it was hard as hell and hurt like a B I kept going and I kept going, doing that for 50 days my body grew strong not only mentally but physically I challenged myself, I pushed myself and now I’m stronger, my endurance grew, my persistence grew and I think some muscle grew somewhere haha jk I know it did
Here’s why I’m telling you this When you come up against resistance, when you come up against a challenge it means it time for an upgrade It’s go to grow It’s time to level up, mentally, physically financially, you name it, resistance means there is room for growth, it means push a little more, let it burn, feel the pain, be uncomfortable, overcome your mountains, right over the mountains is your growth, is your promise land, don’t give up when it gets hard, noooo the opposite, it means your up against your personal giant, your right there, it’s time to get laser focused, it’s time to build up, it’s time to push through, don’t give up now!

It is in our uniqueness and identity that we find our place in this world, it is through our personality that we are able to influence, impact and help people in a deeper more meaningful way
Its is through our personal soul being shared with the world unfiltered, pure lovable soul that you are when shared with the world has the most impact and influence
People relate to people
People relate to real experiences, to real stories and to real breakthroughs
When we strip away the “stuff” the “layers” when we share our personalities, our weird parts, our silly parts our loud parts, all parts, people are able to identify with us, people are able to connect and relate to us
Stop hiding behind your bible quotes and random quotes (not saying those are a bad thing) just saying we want to see YOU
We want to hear what your are going through, what you’ve overcome and what you are overcoming
Now I know this is can scary, its can be scary to show yourself, it can be uncomfortable and you may feel vulnerable
But that is the price you pay if you are looking to impact, influence and help people in a deeper and more meaningful way
God gave you an identity and it isn’t a boring, lame one.
You are a fun, entertaining, individual in your own unique way
Share yourself with the world and add value, share your content
But don’t do one without the other
People forget that their identity plays a HUGE role in connecting with people, their identity plays a huge role in impacting and helping people.
Remember people connect with people
Be as much of a person as possible, show yourself, this is where influence and impact is made, this is where connection and relationships are formed
I personally have been sharing more and more of my personal life, and I want to go even deeper with you guys, i personally am working on stripping away the layers of self protection, I am showing up more and more as myself and honestly I thought it would be a lot scarier than it has been….

It will be worth it I promise, the fulfillment you get from sharing what on your heart is worth the price you pay.

The truth is the truth but the way your soul delivers the truth is unique to you.
There are many messengers, there are many people who speak the truth but whats really cool is that the way the truth is filtered through each individual soul is very different.
Your soul is your personal fingerprint
There is no other soul like your soul
Your character, your personal traits, your personality, whether it be super hyper and silly, whether it be full of energy and passion or it be very calm and quiet
Is very unique to you and the way you speak the truth, the way you share a topic will be different from the next person who is speaking on the same subject.
Not only is your personality very different from the next person but your experiences, your breakthroughs, your personal life story/stories will be very different from the next person
This is why competition does not exist
There is room for every individual to share there personal soul art with the world
They way they share their art will be different from the way I share my art
Our only job as creators, as messengers, as artist is to become more and more like our true self, to strip away the layers, the limitations, the garbage, to get to to the essence of our true selves, to get to our real, raw, unfiltered selves…the more we do that the less competition, the more we become ourselves, the more our uniqueness shines, the stronger our energy for attracting our soul people, our soul clients into our lives will become.

Feel the crappy feeling and do it anyway I can’t tell you how many times I recorded a video or audio speaking my truth, speaking what worked for me, a breakthrough I had, an empowering experience I went through and after recording it feeling like the message sucked, it didn’t sound the way I thought It did in my head, the way I worded things didn’t seem right, the message just seemed off, doubt, feeling like it wasn’t enough, like it didn’t matter, like it was dumb, were feelings and thoughts that would go through my head, but you know what I shared it anyway I felt the crappy feelings and I posted it anyway
After looking back, looking at the feedback people would provide how the message empowered them and inspired them
Or even listening to my own messages again I was surprised to find that even though I felt like the message was dumb in the moment like it sucked like it didn’t sound like it was supposed after going back and listening to it I would be surprised at how good the message was and how empowering it was and how inspiring it was, I would be inspired by my own work haha
So guys moral of the story Share your stuff, share your stuff everyday, do it even if you feel crappy about it, thinking that it could be better, etc Share your stuff People need to hear what you have to say The experiences you had, the breakthroughs you had WILL inspire others There is at least one person who needs what you have to say

Before you even pick up your pinky and begin “doing”

If we wait to feel worthy to feel complete to feel accomplished to feel good enough until our work is done
We will be in a constant cycle of running and doing in order to feel “good enough, accomplished enough”
Having to do before we can feel
Before we can feeel like we’re worthy
Before we can feel like we’re enough
We don’t want that... We want is to start on the foundation of being before doing
First become and the doing will follow
And the doing will be a lot more fulfilling and it will come from a place of ease, grace and flow.
The doing will be built on a strong confident foundation
That’s the place we want to create from that is place we want to build from
That place of certainty that we create within before we start doing is the place we will continue to come back to time and time again.
When plans fall through, when things don’t go as we intended them to go, when the outer experience is “just not working” we will always have a firm strong foundation to come back to a place of certainty to come back to.
So, build yourself up on the inner, allow your soul to know the truth that you are enough because you are, that you are worthy because you exist, that you are whole and complete, you are the beloved just because you are breathing
Allow everything to flow from that inner knowing that inner certainty and that inner confidence

Gods timing will come when you are ready
God is always ready
Gods timing is NOT contingent upon him

In fact everything God needed to do on his end for you to have your breakthrough has already been done

It was already finished
He paid the price
He finished it ALL
HE finished it ALL on our behalf
All the promises are available
All the breakthroughs are already available
Its ALL available now
When we align ourselves with the finished work
When we align ourselves with his promises
When we align ourselves with all the goodness that is waiting for us
When we claim whats rightfully ours
When we claim what is rightfully our birthright
When we shift our minds
When we shift our perspectives
Stepping into what is already ours (before witnessing it in the physical)
When we claim all the goodness with our minds
With our beliefs
With our hearts
Then and only then God timings for the things to happen in our life will begin to unfold

When we choose to claim the promises

Then the physical will begin to shift

He’s not some weirdo who is dangling a carrot in front of you saying wait on my timing

And once you do, then and only then you will get to see the physical manifestations of that thing come into your life in Gods divine timing (and if that thing doesn’t manifest something better is coming, he always over promises and over delivers, but you won’t care if the thing manifests, you will be in such a state of certainty and trust knowing this or something better is coming)

If you knew you couldn't mess it up what would you do?
So many of us have a really big fear around messing up
We are so afraid that we spend a lot of time in our heads and not enough time in action mode
We tweak we perfect we compare and we repeat that process
Months and even years go by and we stay stuck in our own cycle of self sabotage afraid that If we put our work out there if we put ourselves out there we will mess it up
This mindset of messing it up, this mindset of making mistakes is a “bad thing” is ingrained in us by our teachers, leaders and parents
We were taught making mistakes is a bad thing
Think about
What if you couldn’t mess it up?
What if mistakes were actually not a bad thing?
What if up every mistake carried you closer to the end result you were looking for
What if every so called mistake taught you a lesson
What if you couldn’t mess it up?
Drop the belief and idea that making mistakes is a bad thing, use mistakes to learn, use mistakes to take you closer to where you are going, drop the idea and belief that you can mess it up, you can’t mess it up.
Even your mess can serve you, even your mess can be a lesson learned.

Time does not exist in the spiritual realm (crazy I know, its hard to wrap your head around that) also based on quantum physics everything already exists (and this matches the Bible) but it is our observation our attention that collapses the probability wave and brings us the outcome we decided upon (whether good or bad)
You can collapse time in the physical realm by becoming an energetic match for your desired outcome, you can reach goals, you can create and manifest things in your life in much shorter time frames once you become energetic match for your desired outcome.
You have the power to collapse time. Once you get your inner game right and once you decide it is yours you become an energetic match to the desired outcome.
Don’t wait for the outer circumstances to arrange themselves for you, you might have to wait for eternity lol because creation works from the inside out, it happens in the invisible first (within our hearts and minds) and then based on the inner we get to see the fruit in the outer world.
Many people wait for the right timing but the right timing will present itself once you are ready within to handle what is coming outside of you.
Gods best interest is our hearts, he will not give you something you are not internally ready for. Also God gave us free will, he will not override your free will, if we have any opposition to your desired outcome based on screwed up beliefs, your desired outcomes cannot reach you. So get the inside right, and watch how the outside rearranges itself to match your decision.

Get into the energy of who you want your future self to be, NOW...feel the feelings of walking in your own future shoes. What would you feel like if you stepped into your future self?
For example you have a goal to share your message, your art with the world unapologetically, boldly, and freely. You would ask yourself how would it feel if I was already doing that?
Would I feel empowered? Fulfilled? Inspired? Alive? How would I behave? What actions would I take? Would I share my message daily? True heart aligned desire are born from our spirits They are born from the spirit of God that is within us When we align ourself with the spirit of god that is within us, we get the desires of our hearts

When building a vision, get clear on your true hearts desires, your true aligned desires. We sometimes can be our own worst enemies, we beat ourselves up for not being good enough. We beat ourselves for eating too much, not working hard enough, not being thin enough, thick enough, smart enough, being a bad spouse or parent or you fill in the blank
But hating yourself, punishing yourself, feeling remorseful, guilty, shameful, are feelings that will only get you very far, yes you can create success by pushing yourself by being unhappy with yourself by being discontent with yourself but the sad part is when you reach your so called success you will be left alone in your own misery and self hate.
Success, fulfillment, true wealth, starts within, its begins with you knowing you are enough, you are loved, you are worthy, and you get there by loving yourself first, then allowing God to love you. And then and from there you begin to build, you begin to create, you begin your journey Coming from a place of brokenness, coming from a place of lack, not being enough, not being worthy not being deserving enough No matter how much success you reach you will always come back to the broken little girl or boy inside that desperately needs your love, needs your attention and needs your approval
So start now, start by looking at yourself in the mirror and saying your name “I love you _____” I honor you, I appreciate you, I appreciate the work your doing, I am proud of you. Really feel the feeling of acceptance and approval.

Want To Cultivate An Abundance/Wealth Mindset? Do This!
As I was doing a meditation on expanding wealth and prosperity consciousness, the guy leading the meditation from the beginning kept saying abundance is flowing my way, abundance is flowing my way, he kept repeating that, as he did, I kept feeling and thinking it “NO, abundance is flowing from me, abundance is flowing from me…” Then I got this understanding/reminder that abundance comes from within
Abundance, wealth, prosperity is already within no need to go looking for it somewhere out there… It materializes in the lives of people that are vibrating on the abundance vibration.
We put ourselves on the abundance vibration by cultivating the abundance consciousness with our thoughts and feelings…
We begin cultivating abundance consciousness by beginning to feel the feeling of the abundance, wealth and prosperity in the NOW…from within God is within us, the kingdom of god is within us both are rich and prosperous.
When we begin tapping into to the endless supply that is within, when we begin affirming what already is, when we begin feeling the feelings of more than enough, we begin to vibrate the feeling of wealth. Ideas, inspirations, creativity begins to bubble up within us. We take action on these ideas and inspirations and we continue to feel abundant and prosperous
As we take action on the ideas all while feeling the feelings of abundance we release abundance into the world, we release it in a practical way by taking action on the ideas that we get. We also release abundance by being in the state of abundance, therefore attracting more abundance into our lives.

When creating/manifesting or working on any goal or outcome its so so so important to do the work, do your part, then let go and release, trusting that god will do his part, since we are co-creators we are not responsible for the entire project. Once we have done our part we let go, we release, and do not attach ourselves to the outcome. 0% attachment 100% release
The quicker you can get yourself in a place of complete release the quicker your outcome will present itself.
This week we lost our mail key, my son and I looked for that key high and low we flipped the entire house upside down looking for it, we looked in the coach cushions, in our jackets, in every drawer in the house, you name a place we looked there, finally I told my son Daniel, that we have to let go and forget about the key, we did our part looking now we must let go, his exact words to me were “never mom, I will never stop looking” haha that kid was determined, he had ordered some stuff online and was waiting for his package.
After a few days of searching he finally gave up and we went to the post office to have them replace the lock for us and make a new key, after doing that I told Daniel “just watch since we will no longer be looking for the key it will appear out of no where” and lo and behold that is exactly what happened it was quite crazy. My daughter was putting away the dishes and on the corner of the kitchen counter she noticed the key picked it up and brought it over. I was so shocked because I clean that counter daily and didn’t see the key there…
Anyway long story short, here is the lesson in this situation. When you are in a state of desperation, a state of lack, a state of “not having” that thing is your energy screams this, your energy vibrates lack, therefore you will recreate more lack, more of “not having” when we are in a state of lack we are literally blinded to the solutions, the answers, to the key that is right in front of your face (in my example)
This is why it is so so important when creating, when manifesting, when working towards your goals and outcomes its your job as a co-creator to do you part but then step back and let go and let god do his part, he will not intervene unless you let go, because he created you with a will, he created you with a choice, if you choose to cling tightly to the outcome, if you choose not to trust, if you choose to struggle, force and push, he will patiently wait for you. So let go, let go and let go, trust that god wants the good you want for yourself as much as you want the good for yourself, he wants you to win and succeed as much as you want to win and succeed, he is on your side, trust him, he wants to partner with you. Release it to him, your outcome is in good hands, trust that.

If you have a virus in your computer would you just let it hangout there waiting for it to go away on its own?
No you would not
You would do everything in your power to get rid of it, you would download softwares of every sort, you would take the computer to a specialist you would do what ever it would take to eliminate the virus because your computer is important to you and you don’t want it to crash and die right?
What blows my mind is that so many of us run around and do life with these huge viruses that live in our subconscious mind, that literally drain us and suck the living life out of us but we don’t do anything about them, we kinda just let them be…
The beliefs we carry whether they are good or bad are programs we live our lives out of
Beliefs run our lives
The actions we take daily come out of programs/beliefs that are installed into our mental computer
Behaviors/habits all come from the beliefs we carry
You have control to download or delete any program that is within your mental computer
You are not a victim of these beliefs/patters,
If you choose to you get rid of the limiting/life sucking/virus beliefs that are not serving you, you can do that…
Here are the steps
1)Become aware/wake up
2)Observe your thoughts
3)Trace your thoughts to the belief it came from
4)Eliminate the virus belief and replace it with the truth (a life giving belief)
5)Forgive anyone who facilitated in creating the virus belief (including yourself)
6)Repeat the process until you die

Today don’t forget to clear your mind and align it with truth with love with god Journal it out, talk it out, read away the junk Just like you nourish you body in the morning You must nourish you mind This way you face the world with a refreshed perspective A fresh lens You look at things situations and challenges from a different outlook than your average person When you take the time to get yourself aligned with god who is within, to get yourself aligned with the kingdom of god that is within you, that is all around you, that’s literally at your fingertips Fresh revelations will flow, new understandings will come, ideas will spring forth, life will bubble up and flow through you with ease Walking in this frequency in this atmosphere is a complete game changer You have no need to compete, you have no need to worry, trust and surrender come naturally, miracles become a normal thang Yes I said thang lol Life becomes good There is no sign of sadness or depression in this place, there is no place for anxiety or anxiousness, you literally get into the atmosphere of heaven It’s so good so so good So don’t forget refresh and renew your mind your lens your perspective, you will literally feel the shift in the atmosphere, you will feel the shift within, it’s a lovely place to be in Do this often, keep aligning, keep refreshing all throughout the day if you have to Once you begin to experience the ease the grace the flow in this place, in this kingdom atmosphere you will become addicted and you will want to go back if and when you get out of alignment with it Your soul will crave the kingdom and the heavenly atomopshere And that is the place you want your soul to be “If you stay in my word if you stay in my truth whatever you desire you will have” Wow what a promise 😲 In other words if you stay in a place of love a place of peace a place of trust and surrender you can have your desires Holy moly it’s a win win In a simplistic way Be happy and you can have what you want Whaaaat?! Seriously tho God is good haha Get that mind renewed beautiful souls it’s sooooo worth it
Part of our job as co-creators is to let go, let God and surrender. No need to struggle no need to control, manipulate or force. Get to know who father God is, get to know who you are surrendering to. This is the key when surrendering you need to know who your father is once you know the truth it is a lot easier to let go

Aligning with the God within you creates magic in you life. Life was meant to be fun and flowing. Within our being where God lives reside all the answers to you questions. All the solutions to your problems and the ultimate compass is within you. Your inner guide is within. Your job as a co-creator is to come into alignment with the God within you, when your in alignment things just work, things just flow, you get the ideas you need at the perfect time you need them, you arrive where you need to be at the perfect time you need to be there, the intentions you set up, happen in a very fluid light way, they just happen (not always in your exact order but they happen in even a better order. Life just flows and life is good when your in alignment. The question is how do you get yourself in alignment? You align yourself with your mindset. When you are in a state of ultimate trust, that everything will work out, when your in a state of peace, in a state of hope, you are in a state of alignment. You trust. You trust that the God that created this massive universe, has your back. When you are in this state you are speaking the language of God energetically. Gods language is love. When you are in this state you can hear God because that is his language, you can hear the guidance, you can hear the solutions, you can communicate with God because you are speaking his language. If you are in a state of fear, hate, worry, guilt etc God can be screaming at the top of his lungs but you won’t hear him, because you are on a different vibration a different energetic frequency. So if you desire a good flowing life, and you desire to find solutions for your problems or you are seeking guidance, get into alignment with the God within, he has all the answers. He is longing to co create with you, he is longing to be expressed through you but he can’t do that without your “yes” without your commitment. So commit to love and expect to hear from God, because he doesn’t stop talking. He is eagerly awaiting you. You are his beloved, blameless and worthy of it all.
Have you struggled with a bad habit for a long time unable to break it although you've attempted to time and time again? or have you tried to create a new habit and it would last for some time but eventually you would just give up?
Each time you start you feel pumped up, you feel inspired and excited about the new commitment but as time passed the excitement faded you end up quitting.
I think many of us have, I know I have.
Recently I figured out why we quit.
Why we give up on attempting to break bad habits, why we don't follow through on our goals and our hearts desires, why we give up on our passions.
We want it badly, we have a good reason why we want it, we follow all the rules but we just cant seem to succeed with our new commitments/goals/habits.
The answer is simple.
We negotiate with our minds.
That's it.
The only reason we don’t follow through with the commitments/goals we set for ourselves is because when the excitement about the commitment fades we begin to negotiate with our mind on whether we should continue with the commitment or not.
Our mind begins to slowly and very gradually convince us that we don’t really need this, its hard, etc the list of excuses can go on forever and its different for everyone.
Then we quit, we give up.
Time passes and the desire begins to surface to pursue the dream/passion/goal once again.
Again we get excited, pumped, inspired and we commit.
But not long after the excitement fades and the excuses as to "why we should quit" begin to gradually flow in, we begin to listen to them, we begin negotiating with our minds, and time and time again our minds win and we end up in a vicious cycle of self sabotage.
What if you didn’t negotiate with your mind, what if as soon as you got any thought that went against your new commitment you would just cut it off right then and there.
What if it was that simple
The good news is it is and that is exactly how's its done.
As soon as you have a thought come up that does not support your new commitment, a thought that begins to feed you with excuses and begins to tell you why you should quit, YOU CUT IT OFF RIGHT THEN AND THERE, DO NOT NEGOTIATE.
That is the key to creating a new habit, breaking a bad habit, setting a goal, pursuing a dream/passion and sticking to it.
I did this in my life and it worked like a charm.
I applied this technique in my workout routine.
In the past when I made a decision to go workout and for example that day I wasn't really feeling it, I would allow my mind to feed me excuses as to why it was OK not to go that day, almost every time my mind won.
Then I decided I wouldn't negotiate with my mind, I decided that if I made plans to go to the gym that day, then I would go to the gym that day no excuses. .
Eventually it became easier and easier, the excuses got quieter and my mind stopped negotiating with me about going to the gym when I didn't "feel like it"
The other night I was putting on my shoes to go to the gym, it was late, my husband and kids were home and I wasn’t super pumped about going that evening. I expressed my feelings to my husband about not being excited about going that evening.
He said to me “then why are you going, just don’t go” without hesitation I said “ I don’t negotiate with my mind” I am going.
I was surprised because at that moment I realized that I had created a new habit and my mind was no longer in charge, it was no longer negotiating with me. I had won this particular battle with my mind and created a new habit.
This is a very empowering technique can be applied in any area of your life that you are looking to create solid changes in. It leaves you feeling confident in control and empowered.
Make a commitment, don't negotiate with you mind and create positive lasting changes in your life.
