We share one habit we are helping our kids form which is to “release tension, set intention”. I learned this from Brendon Burchard. We have the kids take a few big deep breaths and then declare what kind of day they want to have. Then i remind them when they feel sad or that they aren’t having a good day they can take a breath and remember their two words (which are almost always “I to be happy and silly and play with Eloisa and Charlie S.”)
