Since I was a child, life has not been easy. At 14, I discovered poetry as a creative outlet to release my pain and struggles. 10 years ago I started working on compiling my poetry into a book I would publish, but I just can't seem to finish it. Therefore I decided to share my poetry with the world through a podcast! I may still publish the book one day...we'll see. My poetry reflects my story and the experiences I faced in different stages of my life. I will explain as I go, but I am a firm believer that experience is art. Hi everyone! Thank you for joining me! This is a sneak peek into the journey I will take you on. For so long I have wanted to publish the poetry I have been writing for the last 20 years (since I was 14)....looks like I just aged myself. I started working on publishing it 10 years ago, but just never have enough motivation to sit down and complete my book. So, I have come up with a new idea to share my poetry with the world. That is through this podcast. I love podcasting, and it is a fun and creative way to share my story. My poetry reflects my story and the experiences I have had through different stages of my life.
