Radio Lost and Found: Recent Episodes

Hey folks!
It’s been a while since I’ve posted any episodes here. I’ve been relying on KBOO Community Radio – the station that Radio Lost & Found airs – to archive the audio and playlists for my show, however, the last couple of months their site is broken and uploading audio isn’t working. I have no idea when/if that situation will ever be resolved.
To that end, I’m going to post episodes at Archive.org going forward. They’ll be at this link. Please leave a comment there if you listened to and enjoyed the show. Or don’t.

Dang. Being unable to post audio to KBOO’s rickety website means I might have to post episodes here again, at least for the foreseeable future.
Here’s my latest episode from last week: loads of The Damned and The Avengers, both of whom I had the extreme pleasure of seeing here in town on the 24th. They were amazing. I’m always somewhat skeptical about really older bands still playing out (I know – that seems kind of assholish) but 1: The Damned had every crucial member present: Dave and The Captain (of course), but also Rat Scabies and Paul Gray (from the 80s lineup), in addition to keyboardist Monty Oxymoron.
The Avengers had of course Penelope Houston but also guitarist Greg Ingraham and a former member of The Zeros on bass. Their set was equally amazing and powerful. I’m so glad I went.

Dr. Zomb and I – Radio Lost & Found – had a lively chat with Negativland’s Mark Hosler, David ‘The Weatherman’ Wills, and Jon ‘Wobbly’ Leidecker via Zoom, for inclusion in our Xmas Eve broadcast, A Very Negativland Xmas.
Regrettably, the entire interview had to be truncated somewhat to fit the two hour live format and the inclusion of music.

Negativland‘s latest album is The World Will Decide and they say they’re planning on adding live streaming performances to their output in 2021.
