This week we go into depth about the events leading up to LeAnnas birth, how Annily almost had to become a nurse and deliver baby Jay in the living room, and of course tears are shed at some point of the episode. We’ll be back in a few weeks after LeAnna recovers a little more, and our schedules line up better.

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY! In this week's episode we put a twist on love day and opted to discuss not our romantic love lives, but the love life we have with ourselves. This self love episode is a blend of inspiration, motivation, and practical advice that will guide you towards a more profound connection with the incredible person you are.
