Our aim is to make meditations accessible for every human being, regardless of whether you have a meditation practice.
Your host, Nina, is a yoga & meditation teacher (RYT 500), a teacher trainer and energy facilitator from Germany who is currently traveling the world and training new yoga and meditation teachers.
