Do you hunger and thirst deep within you? Do you long for something good? Come and let His truth wash over you and let Him fill you and satisfy your longing soul.
Do you have relationships where you struggle to be kind? Come! Let His truths wash over you! Let Him fill you with His kindness. Let Him do the hard work of showing kindness; you be the vessel that carries His kindness!
God is a God of mercy! He is slow to anger and rich in love! He wants to display His mercy through you. Come hear of His great mercy and patience and receive it! Receive His mercy!
Do you feel unrest in your life? Do your thoughts or emotions seem loud? Come let the peace of Christ restore rest and wholeness to you; heart, soul, mind, and strength.
Do you feel joyless? God is a good Father and wants to make known to you the path to joy! Come let His Word wash over you and refresh your heart, soul, mind, and body.
What is the evidence of walking in the Spirit? It is the fruit of the Spirit. Let’s talk about love. When you feel empty, He fills you up. Let Him pour His love into you and saturate the dry, hard places. Come be refreshed by His Word.
You belong! The anointed King, the Messiah is yours and you are His! The cravings and longings of the flesh have been crucified! The heartaches in life have no sway on you! You are His and you are free! Breathe, rest, be free!
The battle is real! The flesh and a Spirit are opposed to one another BUT GOD enables and equips you to tread around boldly in the Spirit. This is freedom my friends!
Step away from the struggles and breathe in the presence of the King! God is kind and He will purify your heart. Let Him do the work as you rest and breathe.
Do you feel lost? Do you feel like you are drowning in a sea of emotions? Are you overwhelmed by numerous thoughts? Let your heart consider and know God. Come catch your breath through the Word! Be refreshed in your heart, soul, mind, and body.
Come and rest! Be renewed through the Word! He does the work! He purifies you’re heart! He wants to be seen by you!
You are free from what held you captive! You are free to serve God! You are free from the old way! Released to the new way! Receive the power of the Holy Spirit!
Let His Words wash over you! Put off! Put on! You are renewed! Let Jesus wash over your heart, soul, mind, and strength; renewing you from the inside out!
Do you want a new you? Come and listen to the truth of God’s Word about the new you! He has something for you to put on! Something that you were created for. Let His truth set you free!
Do you feel stuck? Hardened by the trials of life? He has something new for you! A new heart! He will soften the hard places. Come! Let the truth of God’s Word wash over you; heart, soul, mind, and strength!
Let the truth of God’s Word refresh, Renee, rebuild, and repair the dry and lonely places in your heart, soul, mind, and strength.

Do you need a protector? Someone who cares for you? Someone who can make you whole and sound? A hero? A father? Come! Let the water of His Word wash over you and reveal to you that He is all this and so much more!
How do you come to the Thanksgiving table but this first wash over you and remind you that you are His and He is yours! May you eat and before the Lord this Thanksgiving!
Let the truth of God’s word remind you who you are and Whose you are! Let your heart be refreshed and renewed! Let this be a space where you rest and remember who God is and who He says you are!

What or who guides or rules your heart? Do you feel your heart is pushed around by things and people in your life? Come away and let God’s Word wash over you and remind you that He is for you and His peace can rule your heart! Today He invites you to let his peace guide your heart.
If you feel alone and hopeless, come away and hear Who is with you and for you. Come and find rest for your body and hope for your soul. He sees you! He hears you! He is with you!
Do you feel alone? Do you feel overwhelmed by thoughts, emotions, trials, and pain? Come and let the powerful truth of a God’s Word wash over you. Let Him remind you that He is with you.

Do you wonder if God hears you? If He sees you? Will He deliver you? Let the truth of God’s Word remind you who God is and that He delights in you! He dies in fact see you, hear you, and will deliver you!
Step away from what overwhelms you’re heart, soul, mind, and strength. Come sit with the Father and enjoy Him. Be reminded that He sees you and hears you.
Where do you look for peace? Do you call a friend? Do you go to a quiet place? Do you turn to someone or something hoping to find peace only to be left feeling empty or restless? Come and listen to the truth of God’s Word speak about Perfect Peace!
There are many things that we could pursue in life and many messages that we could respond to but let God’s Word remind you Whose you are and Whose message to hear and respond to.
Do you see God as a harsh taskmaster? One who keeps score of all of your wrongdoings? Come and listen to the truth of gods word about what God delights in! He delights in showing mercy! He loves you and delights in showing you mercy!
Who is God? What does He say about love and justice? Where is your hope? Let the Word of God refresh your heart, soul, mind, and strength with what He has to say about these things in Hosea.
Where do you find clear understanding? Where do you find truth? Listen to His Word reveal where these treasures are hidden!
Do you feel overwhelmed with many thoughts, emotions, worries? Come and be reminded that He is kind and offers comfort to delight your soul.
Are you overwhelmed by the troubles of life? Do you feel alone? Do you feel like no one knows and no one sees you? Do you feel that no one understands what you’re going through? Let the truth of God’s Word wash over you and remind you that He knows and He sees and understands! He wants to protect you and give you a hope!
How is your soul? Do you feel calm? Rested? Quieted? If you feel unrest, come and let the truth of God’s Word wash over your soul. Let His Word remind you that He is your hope, your calm, your quiet, your peace.
Do you feel tired, weak, exhausted? Do you feel you depleted of all energy and resources to put forth any more effort? Come and let the truth of His Word remind you Who He is and where your strength and power come from. He sees and hears you beloved!
Do you long to be fully known? Come and listen to the truth of God’s Word and be reminded that your Creator, The King of kings, The Self-Existent One fully knows you! One day you will get to see Him face-to-face and you will fully know Him! Let yourself breathe in this truth and bring your body refreshment; heart, soul, mind, and strength!
Do you have questions? Are you struggling? Are these some of your questions? Does He hear me? Does He see me? Does He know what I’m going through? Does He care? **Will He help me? Come and listen to what He says in His Word! Beloved! He sees you! He hears you! He knows you! He cares! He sends help!
Do you wonder what God thinks about you? Do you wonder if He hears you or sees you? Let the truth of His Word remind you that He sees and hears you and will fight for you.
Do you know Who created you? Do you know you are being shaped and polished? Do you live in fear? Do you feel your sin holds you captive and freedom feels far off? Come and listen to the truth about who you are and the freedom in His redemption! He knows you, He calls you by your name! He is not ashamed of you!
Have you forgotten who and Whose you are? You are a son, are a daughter of the Most high King! He rescues, protects, and blesses you! He is inviting you to come and see who He says you are and to discover or remember Who He is!
Do you long for victory? Do you feel defeated at every turn? Be reminded beloved, Who gives victory and Who is for You! Let your strength be renewed! Come away and catch your breath!
Do you need a new song? Does your heart need a new song to sing? Let God breathe a new song into your heart and renew your strength from the inside out!
Do you feel surrounded or overwhelmed by the lies of others, the world, or in your head? Beloved, let Him remind you that He is greater than any lie or trouble that comes against you! He is for you!
Do you feel surrounded by your enemies? Do you feel overwhelmed by what has come against you? Come and listen to God’s word and remember that he is greater than anything or anyone that comes against you! He is for you!
Are you overwhelmed with struggles in your life? Do hardships seem to be around every corner? Do you feel overwhelmed and long to be heard? The supreme God has His ear inclined toward you! Let your voice be heard by your Creator; He hears you!
Do you feel empty? Unsatisfied? Overwhelmed by circumstances? Come and listen to the truth of God’s Word! He is in the hard things with you and His Word reminds us that all will pass! Be renewed, refreshed, restored in your heart, your soul, your mind, and your strength through the power of God’s Word!
Are you feeling invisible? Do you feel no one sees or hears you? Maybe you think no one values you. Come and listen to the truth of God’s Word! He knows you and you are on His mind! He values you! Come be reminded who you are!
Do you long to be loved, protected, and safe? Come and hear what your Creator says about you! He is inclined toward you! He is your safe place and His love never waivers!
Be prepared! Do you feel unprepared? Let God remind you that He prepares you for battle and He prepares the victory!
Knowing who your God is; this is the key to happiness! Let the truth of His Word wash over you and remind you what a mighty God you serve. Let His Word remind you who you are in Him!
Many of us struggle with food and eating. Is there a food that brings you “joy”? Come and hear what God’s Word says about eating, and food, and joy! Let His Word fill you and remind you who He is and who you are!
Do you feel weak and weary? Let God remind you that He is your strength, your protection, your help. He is in it with you and He is your help!
Are you fearful? Do you feel trapped by your fears? Is fear paralyzing you? Come, seek the Lord and He will deliver! Let this powerful truth wash over your soul and refresh your strength!
Do you feel weak? Let God be your strength. Do you long to sing again, to be free, to feel whole and safe? Come to the Mighty One and let Him remind you who you are and what your song sounds like
God brings a message of hope to and through the unexpected! God sees you and has a message He can only speak through the unique you! Let Him remind you that He sees, hears, and speaks to and through you!
Do you feel alone, like no one sees you or knows you? Jehovah, the I AM, the self-existent One, He sees you, He knows you. Let Him remind you who He is and who you are... you are His.
Do you know Him? He knows you! Let Him show you and tell you He loves you by revealing His truths to you. Step away from the busy to do lists and the many worries and let The Truth fill you up and renew your strength!
Do you feel tossed to and fro? Shaken? Let God’s Word remind you that in Him you are righteous and in Him you are not tossed to and fro; you are not shaken! Let His Word be the current of air that drives you closer to Him.
Do you feel weak? Stagnant? Confused? Let the power of His truths wash over you and remind you who you are and Whose you are! You are rooted, established, and flourishing! You are His and He is yours.
What are you pursuing or what is pursuing you? Is your heart overrunning with emotions? Is your mind racing with thoughts? Is your soul heavy and your body physically weary? Come! Let His Word wash over you and be your delight!
Are you happy? What is robbing you oof your happiness? God’s Word reveals what makes a person truly happy! Happiness is all about where a person walks, stands, and sits! Let His Word refresh your happiness!
Step away from stress! Breathe in the Word and be renewed; heart, soul, mind, and strength. Let His Word wash over you and remind you who God is, who you are, and Whose you are!
What does it mean to be born, to be reborn? Do you struggle with purpose, meaning, belonging? Be a receiver and know you belong and have derp purpose!
Let this be a space where you stop and catch your breath! Breathe deeply and allow God’s word to show you who God is and who you are. Receive. Believe. Become.
Do you feel you are in the dark, fumbling through life alone? Let God remind you why He came as the Light and who He is for! He is for you!
Who is God? Does He really know you? Do you feel you are constantly stumbling in the dark or are stuck in dark situations or thinking? Come, let His Word reveal that you are known and He wants to. E your light!
Do you feel lifeless? Breathless? Do you fell like you’re walking in or surrounded by darkness? Let The Life and Light renew and refresh your heart, soul, mind, and strength. Let His truth about who He is and who you are wash over you and restore you!
Refresh your heart and mind by remembering who He is and who you are! When life is difficult and seems impossible, our heart and mind need a reminder of Who created all things, of Who He is, and who we are to Him!
Step away and step into His Word. Let it wash over you inside and out! Let it Renew you, Refresh you, Reignite you! Know who He is and Who and Whose you are!
Sometimes we need to breathe and hear His Word. This alone restores, renews, and refreshes our heart, soul, mind, and strength! Step away and let His Word wash over you!
Who or what follows you? Trouble? Sorrow? Depression? Hard times? Today step away from your troubles and allow His goodness and mercy to follow you!
Do you feel dry, empty, worn out? Let the King if Kings set the table for you, let Him remind you who He is and who you are! Come, let Him fill you up! Let the empty places be refilled, the dry places be restored, and the worn out be renewed!
When the darkness is thick and walking is hard, who do you turn to and who do you lean on? Where do you find comfort? Step away and catch your breath and allow the Shepherd be your comfort in the valley.
Take a break from the troubles in life and breathe in fresh air that restores you to the depths of your being. Let God breathe life into the hurting places in your heart, soul, mind, and restore your strength.
Are you looking for green pastures? Are you searching for a place Where to lie down? Are you needing a place to rest? Come and hear of The Shepherd and how He provides this for you no matter what the circumstances.
Do you find yourself searching for rest? Are you tired? Where do you look for rest? Let Him give you rest all around!
Do you feel alone? Unseen? Unheard? Like you don’t matter? Do you feel like a failure beyond repair? Listen in to hear about The One who knows your wants and desires to help you.
Do you feel powerless in the battles surrounding you in life? Today we are reminded of the power of praise! When we praise God, God moves! Come away and breathe and praise the God who loves you and wants to fight on your behalf.
Do you feel you are stuck in a “wilderness”? He wants to lead you to a place overlooking your wilderness and look at what He has done and is doing! Pause here, breathe, and walk with the Father where He will have you overlooking the wilderness.
When you feel surrounded what is your response? Fight or flight? The Lord says this battle is His and calls His people to sing and praise! Where is He calling you to sing and praise? Let God fight the battle and destroy the enemy!
Do you struggle with knowing what to do when you’re surrounded by your enemy? Whether your enemy is seen or unseen, when you seek the father, he hears and directs. What was true for Jehoshaphat is true for us today; believe! Believe in the Lord your God! Then praise God and seeing to Him as you go where He calls you to go!
Take time away from the chaos and stressful things in your life and breathe in worship and breathe out praise. Seek the Fathers direction and as He speaks to you, worship and praise Him.
Take a break and breathe! Chat with your soul! Do you talk to yourself? Sometimes our souls needs a reminder who God is and we need to talk to ourselves about Who we are in Him!
We are reminded that we are not alone in the battle! He is with us and ultimately the battle is His! He hears your cries and He answers! Sometimes we are called to be still. Come and breathe and refocus on Who is in the battle with you and to Whom the battle belongs!
Who is qualified to come into the presence of God? Is one greater than another? And what do we do with our fears and our problems?
Who or what is overwhelming you or coming at you? Where do you go for solutions? Jehoshaphat reveals what is overwhelming him and where he finds solutions. Perhaps his story will help you in your circumstances as well.
What to do when calamity hits! Stand and pray! He hears and listens! Remember who God is and what He has done! Cry out to Him
What emotions are flooding your heart? Will you present them to God and lead others to do the same?
Revelation 4 and 2 Corinthians 12:9 who is this God who favors you and Whose favor/grace is sufficient?
A reminder of who you are in Christ and Whose you are. May you inhale the truth of His Word and exhale any lies about your identity.
