I can't even begin to explain the importance of other people's opinions in my life at a stage. Whether it be my friends thinking I was "cool" (I never was for some reason...) or my dad finally showcasing how proud he is of my achievements. These opinions dictated my every action and it was honestly a miserable way to exist. Once I started doing what made me happy, I experienced a sense of freedom completely unknown.
Letting go of the opinions of others gives you control to live life the way you wish, I learnt this a lot later in life than I'd like to admit.
Oh and sorry for the road rage, couldn't help myself and editing it out felt like hiding who I was...
