A podcast about life as I live and see it. Unapologetically honest thoughts and views. Maybe it can help someone maneuver through something.
Welcome to today's podcast. In this episode I begin to share what I call the 2-2-1.
While sharing with someone the experiences and lessons learned from the last 5 years of my life and called it my 2-2-1. During the conversation was when I discovered this particular thing could actually be helpful to someone else if applied properly.
For me the 2-2-1 was 2 years, 2 years, 1 year. As I state this may not work for everyone (especially if you are not willing to truly get better, improve, or change your life). Also depending on what you are trying to accomplish it could be used in a months, days, or hour method. No matter how you apply it, the biggest requirement is the will and need to address self. This is where the progress needs to start and end....with yourself.
Although it's short, I will be sharing more soon. I hope you get something from it.
Thank You for listening.

Many blessings
A "Mother's Day" podcast dedicated to the memory of my mother & my Big Sister who are no longer here. Every year it's the same thing for me. Trying to find a way to subdue the pain that comes from missing them so much. This time I decided to do a small tribute podcast in honor of them. I share a few stories and play music that captures moments of times I shared with them. Hope you enjoy.

Although this topic could be extended because it was just me, I offer just a small perspective from what happened to me, how I dealt with it, and even the effects it had on others. I hope it helps someone is some way.

The thoughts and views shared on this podcast are my own.**
So much has happened in the last month and in the midst of it all...when I step back to evaluate and reevaluate things I ask myself "What is the real reward for working hard" because I know I have busted my ass and clearly something is missing. But, this is just Pt. 1
Or maybe not. All I know is like Kieth Sweat “Something just ain’t right” and the thoughts created from my observation on some stuff is overwhelming. So I recorded a short version airing some stuff out. The views expressed are my own.
First podcast out and I briefly share my thoughts on a question I have been asking myself for a while now. Am I where I want to be? I pose that question
