Often there are volunteer positions advertised for health professionals with many years of experience and qualifications, and there is some pushback starting to form because of it.
Together Justin Richardson and Andrew Zacharia discuss the balance between when volunteering your time may be worth it compared to when it may feel like you're being taken advantage of. There are some realities with working within semi-elite and elite sporting organizations as well as amateur clubs in the local community, so being able to provide the filter for context is key!

Traditionally it has taken many years for research to transition into practice, but with the rise of social media, we are now being flooded with information. Research headlines and infographs are commonly taken as gospel these days rather than delving into the articles ourselves to critically appraise them.
