Are you obsessed with habits? Well, I’d thought to do a podcast about 8 healthy habits to change your life. If you’ve been wanting to make a change but have been struggling to do it, make sure you keep listening to this episode!
A healthy habit is something for you to decide and at least give it try for a week. When we want to make a change we need to stop our mind and tell it to shake off the old path, instead create a new path. It takes focus, time and effort, but if we stick with this “new” idea or action our mind will know we are serious and create a new path for our new way of living. When this starts to happen you have created a habit. I’m always getting asked - “how do I make changes”? There are hundreds of ways we can start improving our lives but the key here is making a choice and sticking to it. I shared this episode for you to pick out small goals, little improvements you can make in your life and actually stick with it.
I want you to find healthy habits for life, something that seems like a small change, and decide you’re going to focus on that!

If you want to know the answers to these questions, this is the episode for you! The beauty of having a growth mindset is that they generally believe they can improve through hard work and trying new learning methods.
So, how will you achieve this kind of mindset? Changing one’s mindset from a “fixed” perspective to a “growth mindset” may seem sometimes difficult, but by taking gradually, anyone who wants to can build a “growth mindset”.
Always keep this in mind that you must look for the positivity.
It takes time to learn. Don’t expect to master every topic under the sun in one sitting. But once you develop a growth mindset, own it. Acknowledge yourself as someone who possesses a growth mentality and be proud to let it guide you throughout your educational career.

No idea what you should do with life? It sounds funny but it’s a thought-provoking question. If you want to be fulfilled, happy, content, and have a feeling of inner peace, it’s critical that you learn how to find your passion and life purpose. Without a life purpose as the compass to guide you, your goals and action plans may not ultimately fulfil you. The question is, how to discover life’s deep connection?
In this episode, I have my good friend, Bec Cuzzillo, a Life and Business Coach, and the woman behind Song of Oya. She supports ambitious, soul-centred women to transform their lives and create the soulful life and business they desire. We’ve talked about that believing in soul connection and a positive mindset paired with actionable strategies will set you to transform your life and as well in business. Some believed that we all born with a deep and meaningful purpose that we must to discover. Our purpose is not something we need to make up because it’s already there. You have to uncover it in order to create the life you want.

What does self-compassion look like? Well, first let’s define what is self compassion?
Self-compassion means you are gentle, your kind, you’re caring towards yourself, and you understand. You’re not perfect but you’re going to make mistake because you’ll grow and learn as well.
And why is self-compassion important? Because many people are able to extend compassion toward others but find it hard to extend the same compassion toward themselves. They may see self-compassion as an act of self-indulgence, but extending compassion toward oneself isn’t an act of self-indulgence, selfishness, or self-pity. Well, in fact, self-compassion can help you relieve many mental health concerns such as anxiety or insecurity.
In this episode, I’ve got 5 tips for you on to practice self-compassion and apply it for yourself. So definitely, stay tuned to the end.

How do you define value? Can you measure it? It’s so important when you have your own brand or are working with others, that you know how to measure the value that is being provided!
In this episode, we'll explore the thought of adding value to a business, getting brand deals and how to make viral content with my friend, Ryan Jon, Aussie Radio Host and Digital Creator. To measure value in practice, it is important to have a shared understanding of exactly what value is desired by the business and client right from the start. As a digital creator himself, we discussed what is adding valuable content and how you can make it go viral. When creating content, you need to know what value are you giving, and what it can do for the audience.
If you want to get brand deals, especially for your podcast, you need to be creative and innovative if you want to be on top. Ryan breaks down what exactly is involved in getting brand deals for your podcast and when is the right time to go for them. Whatever you are selling, offering or anything else for that matter, the best way to get a brands attention is to make sure you know exactly what you are offering and what value it will provide the brand. Focus on what really matters for the brand.

In this episode, Taylor defines what a quarter crisis looks like. These are often triggered by important life events such as health problems, finishing school, starting a full-time job, or job loss, and feeling like everyone else around you is achieving things when you are stuck.
In this podcast, I’ve shared some useful points on how to overcome a quarter-life crisis. First, you really cannot compare the start of our journey to someone in the middle of others journey because you don’t know how long they’ve been working. So stop comparing life to others. Stay focus on your goals and what is an arrangement with you. As you go along the way, figure out what is our personality likes to do or what you’re good at.
Some people judge us but don’t mind them. Find a support group in your life like family, close friends because these are the people that will push to achieve your goals. Going through a quarter-life crisis can be absolutely horrible but it’s fine to feel this feeling and remember to always reach out for support.
“Whenever we reinvent ourselves it is scary because we’re like leaving “our security, our comfort zones” and venturing out into the unknown.” - Ashley Hann
In this episode, I interview Ashley Hann, an international speaker, digital marketer and coach who is an absolute powerhouse! Ash explains to us that if you’re feeling exhausted, that’s a big indicator that you’re out of alignment somewhere. In order for you to step outside of your comfort zone, you have to do it, even if it’s uncomfortable. Put tools in place that will push you to dive in, and you might discover that what you initially feared isn’t as bad as you thought. After all, putting yourself outside of the comfort zone is where the magic happens.
By stepping outside your comfort zone to boost your confidence, you can also raise your self-esteem in the process. When we confront our fears or try new things – whether it’s through small or big steps – we challenge ourselves on who we are and what we thought we were capable of doing. So, get your pen and paper ready because you HAVE to take notes on this episode with my good friend, Ashley Hann. She’s an epic brand expert and the creator of the Magnetic Confidence Course which is a fast-paced style workshop that supports new entrepreneurs that have either started the brand or you’re about to launch. This Mastermind course is a very powerful system that will help you build confidence and be a radiant person. Check Ash out on Insta for more info @ashley.hann

Defining success on your own terms is key to living a full and meaningful life. When was the last time you asked yourself, “What does success mean to me?” If your answer excites negative emotions, then you haven’t yet found you truly want.
Success is an accomplishment, aim, or purpose. For most people in society, they often think that they will become successful when they hit goals, such as buying tangible things, a happily married life or getting a certain level of their career. But what if we instead defined success as your happiness levels on the inside. So in order to be happy, you need to live a life on your own terms and don’t listen to what other people are telling you. For me, being happy is to have limitless freedom in life.
In this episode, I’ve shared important things that you really need to hear about how to succeed after getting that degree in university.
In this episode, I will share with you an interview with my good friend Chris whom I met in Bali. He is an entrepreneur that was living in a dream but in reality, he was completely unhappy and unfulfilled. He spent his entire life chasing money rather than happiness and mostly chasing someones else dream.
After living in Nepal, Thailand and Bali, he soon found something amazing that he had dreamed of his entire life without even knowing it... listening to his heart rather than to his head. After fighting this internal battle, he realized that everything comes from once choice. And because choice determines your destiny and every time you make a choice, you’re feeding your mind.
So, along his journey in life, he found his passion for coaching thousands of people, travel the world and start living to what he believed was his destiny. Public speaking; where he can inspire people and change the world by unleashing the greatness within them. A lot of people found their success by listening to their heart and allowing themselves to follow their passion. This is what Chris is aiming to teach to 8 billion people!
Do you find yourself living in the future, hoping that one day you’ll find a way to make your dream a reality?
Turning your dreams into a reality doesn’t have to be hard, and it doesn’t have to take a long time. Having what you truly desire can be so much easier than you might think. No matter what you want — more money, better health, more loving relationships, finding your purpose, or a new career in your life — everything starts with the goals that you set.
How can you start taking action? Create a momentum that begins with committing to a goal that is uniquely yours, one that you want and will make you feel good — not a goal that someone else thinks you should have. Focus your energy on achieving just one thing at a time. If need be, start with something small and see yourself achieving it. It will create more faith in you, which will, in turn, create a more positive expectation.
Then, as evidence appears that you are getting the results you want, no matter how small, focus on it and give it attention with gratitude!
Now that you have started creating a pattern of achievement and success, taking the next, bigger step will come more easily. It will allow you to realize that there really is no difference between the faith required to take big actions or small. It’s all in your mind!
So, change how you think about goals. Feel the joy through fun and gratitude, and it will be so much easier to take inspired and focused action persistently. Do this, and you will turn your “daydreams” into a new reality that will truly change your world!
“Be your own customer of your product.” - Caleb Boxx
In this episode, I’m so happy to interview my friend Caleb Boxx, a YouTube entrepreneur who made 6 figures helping people with their own YouTube channel. At a young age, he was already passionate about video making and how he could make it into his career.
Caleb explains that people just need discipline because having motivation is just temporary. The easiest way to find the discipline is by this figuring out the most important thing you really want to do. A lot of people nowadays are realizing that they want to this, or do that but they don’t actually put it in action together. It is important to sit and think of the 80/20 rule, a rule which means focus on the 20% of activity that brings in 80% of your income.
He gives absolutely epic advice on how to grow your youtube channel from scratch so if you have ever wanted to grow your own channel, this is the one for you!
Reaching goals is an important part of strengthening self-confidence. It helps shape and updates how you define yourself while at the same time helping you add to your sense of accomplishment. So, why aren’t you achieving your goals? There are 5 different reasons that I can think as to why you might not achieve your goals. These are lack of clarity, commitment, focus, confidence, and passion.
How to build confidence and overcome your self-doubt?
When you doubt your capabilities, it’s more likely that you will give up prematurely or settle for poorer solutions when faced with obstacles, setbacks, and failures. Self-confidence is more important than you think and the more confident you become, the more you will be able to calm yourself inside you that says, “I can’t do it!”
In this episode, I’ve shared some values where you can able build confidence and set your goals for 2020. So, definitely stay tuned to the end of that.
Highlights for this discussion:
In this episode, Taylor interviews Carlo Cirillo, a serial entrepreneur since he was a young boy! While growing up he’s always ambitious, doing things that involve in lots of work with 30 different jobs in his career. Playing soccer as his main thing for 21 years but one day he realised that he was only playing it out of habit, not out of love for the game. He then had to ask himself some tough questions... What he really loves? How can he be a part of a solution to serve the world? He then starts a podcast show ‘The Conscious Podcast” and “The conscious collective Hub” that having both inspire people to be the best version of themselves, while making friends and learning at the same time.
“Life is way too short to like not who we are or like the life we’re living... and that includes your work”. - Carlo
If you want to find your purpose, start looking for the things you love, the things you are naturally good at and the things the world needs more of. If you stay with the same things, you’re being stagnant. It’s like the law of attraction. If you think, it happens. Many of us are getting our jobs but we don’t realize that we don’t like it. But we stay there.
The first step towards your purpose is knowing who you are and knowing what you want to do. If you can figure those things out then you are on the track to success and loving your life!
It won’t happen overnight. Right? Well, What can you do to boost happiness? There are tons to make yourself happy. So in this episode, I decided to share these 3 simple guides for how to be happy, according to my opinion.
How are you supposed to build the right happiness if you don't know what actually makes you happy in the first place? You need to get a better understanding of what these are all about, and learn how to improve upon your weaknesses and build your "happiness strengths."
To prove to yourself that you can increase your happiness and positivity, the best way to do this is by starting with easier routines — routines like gratitude or prioritizing spending time doing fun things, especially in the morning before starting your day.
Build a growth mindset for positivity. A growth mindset refers to the belief that we can change ourselves. When we build a growth mindset for positivity, we believe we can change our lives. This is super important because if we don't believe we can increase our positivity, we won't even bother to try.
In conclusion, you can be happier. It’s just the right mindset and building the right happiness skills.
‘Trust yourself and take massive actions to the things that you want in your life.” - Luke Burrows
In this episode, I interview Luke Burrows, a young entrepreneur with a big dream! After dropping out of college, at 18 he started a t-shirt brand which was a bit of a flop. He continued to stay in his 9-5 job and also worked in network marketing.
Because of his drive and interested in personal development, he started his own business “Grow Together” - an online personal growth community and education platform that helps people to become a better version of themselves. He worked with different coaches and mentors within these areas to create specific pieces of training and resources that help people focus on their ultimate goal.
So, in conclusion, in this episode, the biggest take away is to love what you’re doing but if you’re unhappy with it, then you need to do something about! Try different things to find out what you’re passionate about and be open-minded to that!
What does having a ‘quarter-life crisis’ actually mean? Well, it is a crisis involving anxiety over the direction and quality of one's life at a certain age, usually around 25.
We need to stop thinking that because we haven’t achieved all these nonsense roles or success indicators that society put upon us by the age that we’re not successful. If we start to measure success by amazing adventures that you went on or the amount of time you spent with your loved ones, would you be successful then? Well, if we start measuring success differently, we wouldn’t be as happy of some people who makes money and haven’t achieved as much.
We need to stop looking at this as external factors as indicators of success and start looking internally as to how we actually feel and that how we measure our success. And this is the mindset that we need. In this episode, I’ve shared some useful tips on how to set some goals, write some things down that you’re passionate about - the one that you want to achieve for the next few years and start working towards those.
What’s your vision? How can you bring your vision to life? Well, you can start by writing down your perfect day from the moment you get out of bed. What would that day look like? Because this will clarify your vision and the chance to move closer towards it every single day.
In this episode, I interview Gavin Dantez, an entrepreneur that I met in Bali, who has started chasing what he truly wants and not what society thinks he should want. Something he takes responsibility to get his own. He seems to have the mindset of mastering something versus trying to overwhelm your brain by trying to do many things at once.
Know your value! Gavin realized that he had to take responsibility for his life and happiness... and it is your responsibility to do the same! You can use our own mind to create a vision that created a greater version of yourself, you just have to believe!
In this episode, I’ve shared the checklist in order for you to reinvent yourself. These are going to set you up to success. So who do you want to become successful? Have you figured out that yet? Or you just want to know the change? It is very important to get clear on who you want to become so you’ll know what direction you need to be taking.
It is good to know on who you want to become but if you don’t actually create a plan on how you’re going to get there, then it’s very doubtful that you’ll become of that person. It is not very easy to make the transition to one person to become a completely new person without having to take the risk and doing bold things.
Surround yourself with people who know you, loved you, support you, and they want to see you grow and become the best version of yourself possible. You need to learn to from your mistakes. Don’t just stop trying. Keep moving. Push yourself without limit. Because if you really do want to become the best version of yourself and reinvent yourself, you have to keep growing all the time.
Highlights of this discussion:
“The strength of your body is the strength of your mind.”
In this episode, my special guest, Aaron Darko is sharing about the juiciness of health. When Aaron became a PT, he realizes that people were getting great results but months later, those people had gone back their usual eating habits. His mission is not about nutrition and workout, its all about changing peoples mindset and relationship with food, and habits that you also have to implement to succeed in business. Because people don’t realize that are certain limiting beliefs or they have negative ideas or beliefs in their subconscious mind that have to do with food.
Your self-image and identity is a huge thing when you’re trying to become a better person in any area of life. It’s important to be able to differentiate the way you currently identify yourself to how you want to identify yourself in the future, as with any other areas of personal development.
In conclusion, if you’re creating a vision for yourself, you need to act that person in a vision to achieve those goals. Start with self-love. Money is nothing if you don’t have that health which means you can’t enjoy it with yourself, and family because you’re out of shape. You cannot enjoy the love and connection, which is what we all crave. If you want to enjoy the fruits of your labour you have to include health in that equation as well.
How to be successful? What is an extraordinary life? What makes an extraordinary life? What does an extraordinary life look like? These are the questions that always pop up from our mind.
If you want to feel good about yourself and your life, you need to regularly do the things that make you feel peaceful, joyful, and alive. You just need to understand yourself. Figure out what motivates you, what makes you go. Invest in lifelong learning and have high expectations. Deal equally well with success and failure and lastly, you should work harder.
All the successful people in the world had a vision written out for a long term goal, so if you want to lead an extraordinary life, you have to write things down, have a plan of action that you can actually execute on. Set a goal that you want to achieve, you need to be open to adapting to the new changes along the way as well. As long as you write a plan and general ideas on how you want to get there and take that action every single day and that going to help you execute, it is going to help you achieve your goals and it will help on how to have an extraordinary life.
