Dr. Anisha Abraham grew up in the U S as the daughter of South Asian immigrants. She studied at Boston university and completed her pediatric residency at Walter Reed hospital followed, a fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at Children's National Medical center in DC and a master's in Public Health at George Washington University. She also earned the rank of US Army Lieutenant Colonel and has worked in universities around the world.
Anisha knows as well as anyone how to adapt to cultural and career changes. In addition to growing up inter-culturally, she spent the last 10 years living in Asia and Europe with her husband and their two sons and managed to adapt her medical career with each move before recently returning to the US.
She is a board certified pediatrician and adolescent health specialist who provides training in adolescent health and wellness and recently published her book, "Raising Global Teens: a Practical Handbook for Parenting in the 21st Century." Anisha's clinical research combined with her own relocation experience fuels her passion for serving today's global teens and their parents.

Annette Walters is former Expat and founder of the ReloWomen community for women moving for their own career or in support of a partner's. I love her passion for those who relocate!
