My Name is Isabel, I'm 17 years old with 6 siblings. Right now, I'm the oldest sibling in the house since my older sister left to college a couple months ago. So I have to set a high example for my youngers which is really not so easy since I'm a teenager who just wants to live young and free. I do try my best however. Over the past few years, it has been difficult for me to be that great example because I wasn't the nicest I could've been. I was very careless on how I treated others including my loved ones. I was selfish and to be honest, looking at it now I was a bully. Ever since this incident where my brother needed brain surgery, it changed my perspective on how to treat people because in a blink of an eye that person can no longer be here. Although my family was lucky to still have him in our lives, that fear of it happening again still sticks with me. Which is why I have changed dramatically and I'm more than glad to say I'm not who I was a few years ago.
