The church, when functioning properly, should always be at the forefront of reconciling not only people with God, but people with each other. We believe that Eastpointe is especially poised at this critical juncture in history to be a place of reconciliation, healing, and lasting change in our community. We have been called "for such a time as this" to be a light in our community, especially when it comes to radical love, acceptance, and a living-out of Jesus' calling.
With the racial tension so many in the U.S. are experiencing, we wanted to have several of our members speak into the situation we find ourselves in. We hope this helps sow the seeds of unity and trust in these complex and difficult times.
