The balancing act of two souls meant to be together takes compromise and humility. If the Avoidant is too far to one side of the spectrum, then the Counter Part is going to be that far to the side of Codependency. And if the Codependent is too much on their codependency, then the avoidant is building taller walls and pushing them away even further. It can be done, although the avoidant has to give into their illusions of why they are the way they are and get humble; while the Codependent has to fully forfeit all codependent habits and behaviors.
