So what is it about money that many are often or even always feeling not quite good enough or having enoug of.
We would like to have a look at the dominant feelings of money on your planet by most of the planet and then examine the idea of changing that idea.

Your children are magnificent beings that need your guidance. You need to teach them about thier own personal and respect it as well as create firm boundaries of love for both of you.

A Time Whole is that moment when everything slows down, like before and accident or before something big is about to happen. Actually when time feels like it has slowed down it actually means that you have stepped into a Time Whole and you have sped up from what you might call "real time", or normal time.

Have you ever been in a situation where all of a sudden where everything slows down, it often happens just before an accident. Sugar has a very powerful influence on North America today. It is not that it is some evil force in our society however it is simply overused. It ocurrs naturally in almost everything that we eat and that is all good. Where it becomes a problem is when it is added to almost everything: prepared, processed and packaged foods, and foods that are created for the the purpose of eating sweet things, as well as most of our beverages.
The problem with processed sugars is that they get trapped in our bodies and as we add more it becomes a build up, like goo, and our bodies slow down, our brains get fuzzy, and our joints don't want so move.
Remember that old saying everything in moderation. Well it applies to sugar as well. The problem being some people have these side effects and don't realize it it actually the sugar that they are putting into their bodies, they believe that this is simply about aging. Actually alot of it is about sugar.
It is easier to feel good and go out there and do your thing when you are feeling good. Feeling good is how you get there. Feeling good is how you raise your vibration. So if you can take away the slowing down of the body, the sore joints and the fuzzy brain. You can feel yourself reconnecting to your body they way that you used to, wouldn't that make you feel better and more like playing and working in the world happily.

We have a lot of people this time of year, especially in Canad feeling a little bit sleepy or thinking that they are run down or needing extra rest. Well it is true that you need to give yourself some extra rest however it is very natural for you to be feeling a little bit sleepy right. now.
If you think about it your physical body is actually made up of your natural world. So as the natural world is going through a major change or shift so is your physical body. Here on this part of the planet we are moving from summer into fall/winter, a hibernation time, which by the way doesn't mean that we all curl up in our houses and go to sleep for six months. However our times and schedules do change, a shorter day, meaning less natural light is something our bodies do respond to naturally.
Change of season is a wonderful thing, don't worry about it or try and out maneurver it, instead go with it, take that extra nap, go to bed an hour earlier, wake up an hour earlier if you can. Remove something from your busy schedule and take five while your body with the natural world makes that change. We are all one we are all naturally tuned in to one another.
And not to worry very soon once the shift has occurred and we are into the cooler weather you will be back on. Most people have a body prefernce. Are you more active or alive or energetic feeling in the summer or winter or warmer or cooler climate, that's all good, just go with it. When you are operating from the place of who you truly are your life just gets better and better.

What Toolsl or Good Behaviour do I use to replace Bad Behaviour?

When we want to go to a new place, when we want to have a life that is different from the one we are living, whether it be a job, a relalationship or a bad habit, something that we are continueing to do in our life that no longer suits us how can we find a new place, how can we find something that feels right and good and where we want to be instead of what we are living in the present. Sometimes the leap is not as great as you think, it merely requires a shift in attitude or a new go to place.

How do I find that inside place in me instead of going to old habits?
We spoke last week about how to break the forward motion of a bad habit. A bad Habit that has become Addictive Behaviour. That which we turn to without conscious thought without thinking in a flow of forward motion.
This week is part two of this discussion. Once we have caught that negative thought, once we start becoming conscious of our difficult places and stopping in that moment of feeling bad before we reach for out old behaviour. Putting our hand on our Heart and taking three deep breaths, with our eyes closed, if possible. Whats next? So I am conscious, I am still then going and taking that drink, putting that piece of food in my mouth, or whatever it is that your addictive behaviour or bad habit takes you to.

A Healthy body, mind, spirit, what I often call your OM is when we go inside of ourselves for fullfillment instead of looking to the outside world or substances from the outside to make us feel fool, fool as in complete.
There are many types of addictive behavior. food, drugs, alcholoh, sex, sexting, gamboling, dramatic behaviour are probably the most common problems or addictions that are widely talked about in our world today.
Essentially an addiction is a place where we go to find what we believe will bring us peace or joy but is really a place where we go to numb those harder feelings and physical circumstances that we are afraid to and don't want to face.
We will be talking about how to go within to find that peace and calm and how to step by step ween yourself off of addictive behaviour. Because in actualllity addictive behaior is simply a bad habit that has gotten out of hand.
So you have to find that place inside of yourself that you can go to instead and then you have to let go of your addictive behaviour one day at a time, and sometimes that means one hour at a time, one moment at a time as you form a new habit, and learn how to trust yourself and always turn to yourself, go inside of yourself when you are figuring out life and trying to feel good and calm and peaceful.

Why do You Live the Life You Live Right Now and How Woudl You Change that if You Could?
Many peoples' lives are made from decisions that they made long ago and continue to make each and every day because they are simply in the habit of doing the same thing each and every day. If this is the life you Love and want to continue living then that is good.
If the life you are liveing right now is not the life that you want to live any more than it is not as hard as you think to begin making the changes to completly turn your life around or just adjust it to a life that feels better and right for you.
The life you love, the life you want to live is just a Feeling away.

The Heart Beat of the Earth is felt inside each and every one of us. All living beings have a Heart Beat or that piece of God, Love, Universe, Creator inside. It is how and what we share and who we are and it is Love Peace, Joy, Bliss.
When you are open and listening to the Heart Beat of the Universe you are feeling good. Some can hear the actual rythmn, in actuality You can all heart the rythmn when you learn and take time to listen. But even if you cannot feel it as a rythmn, you feel it within your own Heart Beat, Your own Centre, Your own Core, and it makes you Feel Good, it makes You Feel Very Very Good, and it makes you go out and do good things.

Well one very important part of Your world is who you put in it and how you interact with them. And we know that sometimes their are people that are in our life for life. So focus on the people that make you feel good, put more of them in your life.
Get stronger about who You are, work on making people feel good, as you start working on making yourself a more positive person more positive people are drawn to you, you Heart Energy radiates out. When Mother Theresa used to enter into an area where people were fighting, the fighting would stop while she was there.
That was a woman who held her power, she was on a mission and her belief in herself, her Heart Energy, what she was doing was so powerful that her love simply spread out around her where ever she went.
When you Love yourself others love you back. You can make others feel good by feeling good yourself and when people don't feel good there are a few things that You can do to make it work for you, that is what we will be discussing next week.

Money is one of the largest things that most people need to deal with because at the moment most of us require it to survive, and it seems the more money people have the easeir their life or survival.
Now we will say that that is not always the case, however money is very important in the world at the moment and the best way to live, we think, is doing what you love, what you are here to do and making good money for it so that you get to live the way that you want to live and you are happy and Feel Good most of the time. Heart Energy is our Inner Guidance System. It is who we are and who we came here to be. When we follow our Inner Guidance system we raise our vibration, we Feel Good and Good things come to us. And we can perpetuate Good things coming to us by putting our attention on Good Feeling thoughts. When you have a great day it just seems to get better.
There are simple things that we can do to make ourselves Feel Good each and every day. And imagine if you felt good each and every day or almost every day how many wonderful things you could create.

Science says that everything is made up of atoms. So we are actually made up of moving particles. We are not solid. Things stick together because they are vibrating at the same level. Therefore our bodies stay together, objects stick together because they are vibraing at the same level. Our centre, core, Heart Energy, what some may call soul or spirit vibrate at higher level. And as we raise that vibration we feel better and better and we bring good things to us. We also blast the bad or negative things out of our body. Each and every one of us are magnificent beings, here to live magnificent lives but you have to make that choice and then follow through on creating it feel good and follow your Inner Guidance system.

One of the most important things in life is that we feel good. When we feel good good things happen to us. Think about that morning when you wake up and every thing goes badly, you fall out of bed, you have no toothpaste, you have run out of tea or coffee, you feel bad and your day just seems to progress from that. On the other hand you wake up in the morning and you feel great. You get out of bed, someone's made you your favorite breakfast, the sun is shining and your day just gets better. We all want to have the good feeling day because then good feeling things come to us.
