In God's Kingdom, we are all players! For Game day, we practice, study, plan and train to play with victory in mind. On the field, we huddle to determine our next play, or action, with the goal of advancing the ball. Each player gets their assignment and then they break to run the play. For believers, the church can be our huddle where we get new challenges and direction. We need to be attentive in the huddle and then break to run the play God has given us. God's plan has victory as the outcome, will you be a player?
The speed and craziness of modern life is not good for human flourishing. Rest is an act of faith, and God has woven it into the rhythm of creation. How are we supposed to balance work, family, ministry, and rest? God shows us through the rhythms that he set for the world and in observance of Sabbath.

I see a Church overflowing with people that are still broken, far from Christ, still wrestling with their own will, their past, their addictions, their inconsistencies, their fears, their desires – yet, our patient loving God is drawing them to Himself, and they too are about to make the exchange.

The Black Eyed Peas song "Where is the love" talks about the weight of the world and the despair that people live in. This is one of the great things were we as Christians can separate ourselves and tell the world about the hope that we have in Christ Jesus.
We all fear things. There's no way to be without fear but how can we control fear instead of letting it control us? We must overcome fear with faith. We need the courage to act, to love and to be.
