There are times during my journey where I simply just don’t feel it. Holidays are here, family is in town, dinner parties, food, relaxing; it’s all got my mind elsewhere. You gotta push through, but my activity is not the same as before. That’s okay. Use these times to catch up, recalibrate and then enjoy the things your mind is focused on.

Doing the right thing is always the right thing. Pride and ego live on Broke Street. After a screw up that cost a customer money I had to face the facts and own up to what I did. I lost money, but so gained loyalty. Another potential client got vulgar as we both tried to explain our business strategies. Keeping my cool keeps the door open to future business opportunity. Didn’t win, but I learned a lot.
