The Kilmessan stars will run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours.
The very tough challenge will commence tonight at 8 pm and in the process, help raise much-needed money for the Irish Cancer Society.

Here’ s one we’ve unearthed, from the All-Ireland SFC campaign of 2001...
That year represented Meath’s last appearance in an All-Ireland Final, when they succumbed to Galway in the Final..
It was also the first year of the football Qualifiers, when the old knockout system was replaced, and a back-door introduced for the first time...
Meath had beaten Dublin in the Leinster Final, and were left-waiting on one of the teams to come-through the Qualifiers, in an All-Ireland Quarter-Final...
That team turned out to be neighbours Westmeath, under the stewardship of Luke Dempsey...
The first game at Croke Park on August 5th, ended in a high-scoring draw, 2-12 to 3-9…
Westmeath were 9-points-up after 21 mins, and were-still 4-ahead with less than 10 mins remaining...
But Meath’s powers of recovery and ‘never say die’ attitude, brought them back from the brink, and in the final minute, Ollie Murphy struck for the levelling goal.
That took the tie to a replay 6 days later, again at Croke Park...
And in a bruising encounter, Meath learned their lessons from the first day...
In spite of having Hank Traynor sent-off for a 2nd bookable offence midway through the 1st half, they produced some great passages of football, to eventually outclass their opponents…
Nigel Nestor, Trevor Giles and John Mc Dermott were-all to-the-fore, along with a certain scoring forward from Kilmainhamwood…
