Young farmers now have a vehicle to learn their trade to grow agriculture's economy for Colorado. The Western Slope needs to help those that are trying to "coax a living out of the ground."
These are not only important bills to discuss for the future of Colorado’s economic development but for the future of Colorado agriculture and water health.

HB-1199 was signed by the Governor. These are great for the Western Slope, and Colorado as a whole.
Aquifer storage recovery (HB1199) passed and signed. While Deficit irrigation (HB1151) passed the house but not the senate. This will help the water situation and should better the future of water storage
