An interesting and tricky theme which explores how this process can support us to become more emotionally resilient and true to ourselves.
The act of forgiveness can sometimes feel hard to do, especially if we have been hurt by someone or feel as though they are undeserving of our forgiveness. And yet, forgiveness can actually support us to become more emotionally wealthy and to grow our capacity for honesty and compassion - both for ourselves and others.
