It's is from here characters like Darkclaw, Amazon, Super Solider, and Iron Lantern among others. They also propose their own amalgamated DC/Marvel characters that were not used.

This week, Jared conducts a sales analysis of the New 52 Superman/Wonder Woman series that canonized the SuperWonder series in an effort to dispel any misconceptions that the series and the New 52 were failures. He compares the sales of this book to equivalent series from Rebirth, the supposed apology tour for the New 52. Jared then concludes and discusses why Rebirth was not the best idea.
SuperWonder was not a critical or commercial bomb by any means, and I hope this analysis helps to dispel the narrative that this coupling was a commercial flop and Lois is the only financially viable partner for Superman.

This week, Jared and Nick from the Phoenix Press rewrite Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and Man of Steel, improving the few plot issues those movies have. They address the inclusion of Doomsday, the death of Jonathan Kent, the omission of Metallo, and other small issues with those movies.
To be clear, THEY LOVE BVS AND MOS. THIS IS JUST A FUN THOUGHT EXPERIMENT. These are some of the best DC movies of all time, but they also have some ways that they could have been slightly improved.

This week, Jared and Teladia discuss the idea that there is no definitive versions of DC characters; there is only the version the fan prefers. They discuss why all versions of a character are valid, why demanding one's favorite iteration be reflected in every future version is unrealistic, and why having one's preferences does not invalidate another's preferences. They conclude by discussing Gotham Knights and comparing it to the Arkham series.
It is totally fine to have a favorite version of Batman, Superman, etc. But one must allow others to have their own preferred versions. Liking Ben Afleck as Batman does not invalidate one's love of Michael Keaton. The only rule is, liking one over the other does not make one any less of a DC fan.

In this sequel video, Jared and Nick From Phoenix Press lays out how they would de-age Jon Kent to make him the 10 year old ball of fun fans grew to love in DC Rebirth. They even go so far as formulate a story to get the young Jon back and still retain the current Jon Kent. In other words, it's a story where we can keep both Jons.
Jon Kent has huge potential as a character, and this story could be an interesting way to both respect the new fans of Jon from the Son OF Kal-El series and the fans of the Super Sons.

Thanks to Raul Ryan for suggesting this topic. Superman is one of the characters that DC has paired with a variety of women but have ultimately brought him back to Lois. This is do to a vocal minority who believe Clark must always be with Lois and not with anyone else (and yet they complain that DC never does anything new with Superman).

This week, Jared reviews the latest entry into the MCU saga, Thor: Love and Thunder. Wow, this was a very meh movie. Jared discusses the plot, characters, contradictions, and blatant issues with this movie. He discusses the movies overuse of comedy, the issue with Jane Foster Thor, and why Taika Waititi should never direct another Thor movie, ever.
So this was easily the worst of the Thor movies. Not that it was irredeemable, but when compared to the others, it does not hold up. Could this indicate that the MCU is fading away?

This week, Jared reviews both the #HaloTheSeries episode 9: Transcendence and the First season of the show as a whole. He discusses the few highs, the MANY lows (cough couch, Kwan and the "love scene"). Jared also goes into where he thinks the series could go in Season 2. This show was one of the many examples of hubris on the part of the writers. They seemed to feel like the quality of the show did not matter; just as long as it has the Halo logo. Let's hope the new showrunners take the criticism to heart and vastly improve on the writing of the show.
