Or should I say.. Weekly-Biweekly?
Yes! 2 weeks have gone by since I started this endeavor and I failed at doing it on a Daily basis.
I can say a lot of excuses, but I failed.
And in a previous podcast I said, that I will share my failures with you.
So this is one of those failures.
Now let’s talk about failure.
Do you embrace failure or do you look for ways to blame the rest of the world for your failure?
I’ve been there, Im sure you have been there and maybe till a couple of minutes ago, your ego didn’t let you embrace failure.
What is embracing failure?
Im going to tell what it is not. It is not being a whiner 24/7. I can’t do this because of that. What are you doing to change your state? Embracing failure is recognizing what you did wrong today to prevent it from happening TOMORROW.
Which is the definition of crazy? Doing the same thing and expecting different results.
OMG! Im just one of the thousands that you have heard saying the same thing.
But you know what? IS TRUE!
I want to buy car. But you are staying in bed all day. I want to go to college. But you don’t even open the web page to look for information. I want to be a better husband or wife. But you just keep doing the same routine everyday.
Talking about crazy, you know what the crazy thing is? That many times we pay for education in different ways: Online, BootCamps, Books, and a lot more….we come out Pumped! We are kings and queens of the world… A day goes by, a week goes by, and we are back to our original state. And then we talk to somebody else: Oh, I read this John Maxwell book and I learned this and that, and when the moment of truth comes you don’t even apply 1% of what you “learned” from John Maxwell.
Everything that I have learned in the last couple of years, is that all successful entrepreneurs have one thing in common is that they keep educating themselves and looking for ways to apply that education into their daily lives, no only business, LIVES. And what does this mean? They are FOCUS and they embrace failure with a positive attitude.
Richard Branson says: DO NOT BE EMBARRASSED BY YOUR FAILURES, LEARN FROM THEM AND START AGAIN.
STOP BEING CRAZY TODAY
Before we leave I want to once again congratulate my team that even in my moments of failure they have been there with me. We are truly blessed.

Let’s talk today about Being Positive and Staying Positive
How easy it is to be on the negative side of things.
Blaming everything & everybody around you, but except yourself. Sounds familiar????
I always like to say: Let’s find the positive out of the negative. Why? Because you should always be talking about the solutions to your problems, not talking about your problem problems. Got that, right?
You should be thinking right now: Do you think you are so perfect?
Im very far from perfect, but I have decided to change my view on any situation.
We can make 2 choices in life. We either spend our time being negative and talking and blaming the world for our issues, or we can decide to take action and work towards making our situation better.
Staying positive requires work and conviction. It actually requires that you believe in something. Maybe it is God. Maybe you don’t believe in God, but you believe in some kind of energy in the universe that makes things happen. Either way, you got to believe. And the most important step is to believe in yourself.
Believe that something better is down the road. Believe that the situation that you are in today is going to take a positive turn. Believe that something happens for reason.
And I know that some of you are saying right now: Not everything happens for reason.
I got to tell you. I'm talking from my experience.
Because I decided to be more positive than I was a couple of months ago is that I decided to start this Podcast for Score.
I know that my experiences and my team experiences are going to help somebody down the road.
I'm not going to talk in the future podcast about what I think should be done or what other people say. I'm going to talk about the things that we have been able to accomplish that have brought positive outcomes in our lives. And sure I'm going to talk about the no so positive too.
I can have hundreds of listeners and only 10% or less will take advantage of what I'm sharing with them.
But believe me, if I can help even 1% of you every single day, then I have been able to make a positive impact not only at a business level but also at a personal one and for me that is something POSITIVE.
Remember to stay POSITIVE and before you let the bad situations take time from your day. Take 1 min, 5 mins, but don’t let them determine the rest of your day.
You can have a bad day, but that doesn’t mean you are going to have a bad week. Don’t let a short period of time determine the rest of your life.

Let’s talk today about Focus
Why is focus so important?
You could have an excellent strategy, great employees, a great product but without focus slowly all that is great will start to fail.
You need to understand something, you are responsible of what happens in your business, even when you are not responsible for all (Pss when you are a business owner or a CEO everything is your responsibility)
Let me put it to you this way, when something fails in the US Government, do you blame the President? Or do you blame the Vice-President or anyone in charge that is not the President?
The same viceversa, when something good happens you celebrate the President but we don’t actually celebrate the true people that put their heart, soul and sweat for that SOMETHING to be accomplished.
Why Im giving you these examples, because they are all part of being FOCUS
When you fail, you weren’t focus enough When you have a victory you were focused.
Or you made your team be focused.
Either way, at the bottomline it is all your responsibility.
And sure there is the ocasional bad apple in your team that will make the focus and accomplishment journey more difficult. To not loose your focus because of the bad apple you need to do 2 things: - You either get rid of the bad apple OR - You embrace with nurturing and maybe that bad apple becomes the best team member you ever had.
FOCUS is so much more than just being concentrated in one thing at a time. When you focus all the pieces out of place start coming together.
Have I been unfocused? Sure! Everyday at some point during the day I get unfocused: emails, text messages, FB messages, Skype messages, calls, my daily tasks, my personal life, etc. etc. etc.
But you know what? The 1st step into accomplishing your FOCUS is to admit that you are unfocused and work towards being a little more focus everyday.
When you apply this exercise, one day you will look back and say. WOW! I have accomplished so many things little by little and you will be glad of thAT 1st day you decide to change your mindset.
Focus is a matter of heart and mindset.
I know that on a daily basis you are saying to yourself. I need to be focus! I need to be focus!
But my question to you is: What are you doing to be kept focus?
Im going to share with you what I did. I just turned off all the noise. In order to be focus you have to learn to say NO and to delegate.
Does this means that because I was more focus today than yesterday, that all my problems will be solved? NO
Success in learning to be focus takes time, courage and determination.
Im leaving you with this question in mind: Do you have the courage and determination to take the necessary steps to be Focus today?
Remember: When you win a war is because you already won and lost some small battles.

Fear
Fear to the unknown Fear to failure Fear to what other people think
You are never not afraid.
Some people will think you are an expert. Some people will think you don’t know anything at all. And that’s okay.
Never stop facing your fears.
