On today's episode, we are talking about flow and how it can often be misunderstood. Our next breakthroughs don't come from force. They really don't. They come from flow. If you are looking for your next breakthrough, it can be helpful for you to stay in flow.
Flow is just moving with your natural rhythm. It is moving with ease and grace rather than forcing something to happen.
You can't hustle for alignment. This is so powerful and helpful for us to remember. Alignment is different than hustle, for sure. There is so much peace and grace when you're in alignment and doing the things that you love to do.
I'd love to hear from you. What do you think about this? You can email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
On today's episode, we are talking about taking some time to pause and reflect on our lives and businesses. We often think that we can't take the time to do this, but it is so important to take some time to think about what you really want.
Seasons can look different in our lives and it's important for you to be intentional about your decisions. Wherever you are in your life or business, it is okay to take a pause and reflect and figure out if what you are doing is still in alignment with where you want to go.
I'd love to connect with you on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
On today's episode, I'm sharing more thoughts from a sunrise walk on the beach in Puerta Vallarta. I'm talking about magic that happens that we often miss or discount. We see it on vacation many times, but don't always recognize it in our every day life.
Where have you seen magic show up in your life? And where can you pay more attention?
I'd love to connect with you on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
On today's episode, I'm sharing a meditation I recorded while walking on the beach in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico. I always love my morning walks on the beach while on vacation and often feel inspired to record a meditation.
In this short meditation, we are talking about surrender and what we can let go of that we may be holding onto so tightly. It's a continual reminder for us to let go and allow the universe to guide us.
I'd love to connect with you on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
On today's episode, we are talking about coming out of the winter funk. This winter has been one of the most challenging I have had in a very long time. I feel like the fog is lifting and it is so incredibly helpful!
It has been tough to sit in the uncomfortable feelings and to allow it to just be. I think that is often really challening for all of us.
It's helping me to remember to share my journey and to help others live intentionally and unapologetically. I am also excited to help others feel better physically through the amazing Bravenly products I have found. You can learn more about them here.
Giving yourself this space also allows you to dream again and think about what may be to come and open yourself up to new opportunities.
I'd love to connect with you on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
On today's episode, we are talking about taking personal responsibility in our lives. It's so important to be really honest about how we are showing up and what we are bringing to the world.
"When it comes to your every cup overflowing, it's a self service bar." TUT Notes from the Universe
This is such a powerful quote to pay attention to.
I'd love to connect with you on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
On today's episode, we are talking about the idea of underexplored gifts. As I always say, I believe you have something awesome to bring to the world. But many of us forget what we like and what brings us joy.
I would encourage you to think about underexplored gifts that you may have and give yourself some freedom to think differently about them.
I'd love to hear from you. You can email at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
On today's epsiode, we are talking about things feeling heavy! There is so much heaviness in the world right now in addition to whatever may be going on in your life.
I want to encourage you to leave what's heavy behind. Sometimes we can't drop them, but sometimes we can. We can still be intentional about what we allow into our lives and what we do not allow.
I'd love to connect with you on Facebook or Instagram.
On today's episode, I want to encourage you to keep going! I know it can be so hard, especially as entrepreneurs and busy people. It can be frustrating and we may want to give up, but I want to encourage you to keep going.
Keep taking one step in front of the other. Keep sharing. Keep being yourself in the world. It really does matter.
I'd love to connect with you on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, we're talking about the idea of putting everyone before ourselves. It's been ingrained into us from all different types of systems.
We are told to serve others and put people in front of ourselves. But I think this can be very harmful for many of us. When we do this, we tend to not take care of ourselves, which is so important.
The difference between an abundant energy versus a graspy energy is very noticeable.
I loved this quote, "You can't be in lack and embody the truth of abundance."
Understanding who we are and what we bring to the world allows us to help and share from a much more grounded and abundant place.
I'd love to connect with you on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, we're talking about purpose. It can be something that so many of us caught up in: finding our purpose. It's understandable and totally normal.
I loved something Jon Acuff said years ago. He said, "Forget finding a purpose. Live with purpose instead." That has served me really well over the years. It's honestly what living intentionally is about to me.
But I heard something recently that said "You are your purpose" and that really hit home with me. What if healing and understanding who you are and living authentically as you is truly your purpose? Because when you do that, you bring all of you to the world, including your gifts.
I'd love to hear what you think about this. Send me an email at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com.
On today's episode, we're going to talk about choosing a word of the year. I hosted a workshop and would be happy to share the recording with you if you'd be interested. Simply email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com.
It is such a powerful process to go through and can be really helpful to be intentional about what you want to focus on in the year ahead.
My word of the year is ELEVATE. I'm looking forward to seeing how it plays out in 2025. Have you chosen a word of the year? I'd love to hear from you.
Connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, we are talking about getting to know yourself. I reference Mel Robbins' new book, Let Them. It is a great book full of good nuggets and helpful tips for being more authentic in the world.
This quote: "People can only meet you as deeply as they've met themselves."
This is so powerful to understand, as it really is true. If someone doesn't understand themselves, it's challenging for them to meet you deeply where you are.
Doing this work can be so powerful and help us live a more intentional life.
I'd love to connect with you on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I am talking about my year end review. It's something I've done for many years and can be incredibly so helpful.
Here's my process:
This is not about using this process to beat ourselves up. It is for awareness and to be willing to decide on purpose what needs to stay in 2024 and what you want to do in 2025.
If you'd like the replay for the Word workshop, email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com.
I'd love to hear if you do a year end review. You can connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, we're talking about how you want to feel. It's so important that we ask ourselves this question because it's easy to get wrapped up in what others want instead of focusing on what we really want.
In addition to asking yourself mentally, it's important to ask yourself this physically as well. What is important to you? Do you want to be able to walk and hike and enjoy the activities you do?
These are great questions to ask yourself. I'd love to hear from you. If you're interested in checking out Bravenly products, you can do that here. Or feel free to email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com with questions. You can also check out my books and intuitive sessions at www.tammyhelfrich.com.
You can connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, we're talking about gratitude and the power of coming together to express gratitude. It is such a great reminder to be able to acknowledge what we have and to be grateful for what is right in front of us.
If you'd like to join us in the Intentional Month Facebook Group, you can do that here.
Here's to being grateful and intentional for the rest of this year and into the next.
You can connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I am sharing a quote that has been super helpful for me. Here it is:
"The common sayings 'be in the world but not of it' and 'wear the world loosely' refer to the need to be engaged with life while not being attached to specific outcomes. Do not take this world too personally, for you are one of many co-creators here to play - and we have many ideas about how all this should play out. Just know the outcomes don't matter as much as the presence you bring to each experience and how you let yourself flow through life. There's a real freedom in knowing and accepting this. So will you wear the world loosely or will it straitjacket you? It is your choice. Whatever happens, have the courage to keep trying to live as you are meant to. And when it comes to manifesting, don't worry about the 'how' or even the 'why'. We have that covered. Everything is going to turn out exactly as it should. Spirit has a plan!"
This is so helpful for me to know that we can detach from the outcomes and we can choose how we live in the world. It's why I create this podcast and why I coach and write. It is so helpful to know we are not alone in this world.
I'd love to hear what resonates with you. You can email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Facebook or Instagram.
On today's episode, we're talking about the idea of feeling unsettled. Many of us have gone through personal things and there is also a lot going on in the world.
I woke up with the thought of "I am not the same." It's not a bad thing. It's just an observation and a willingness to see it and allow it to be there.
Grief can be overwhelming and challenging, as well as so many other feelings that you may be feeling.
I want to encourage you to allow these feelings to be there and not be fearful of them. If you need someone to talk to, please reach out to me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Facebook or Instagram.
On today's episode, we are talking about values and what's most important to you. For me, mine were:
These are all a part of me and what I stand for and it's important for me to keep them in front of me in my life and my business.
I would encourage you to think about your values and what it would look like to keep them in front of you in your daily life.
I'd love to hear from you. You can email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
You can also join us in the private Facebook group for the month of November, focusing on gratitude.
On today's episode, we are talking about our choices and how many we have.
Deciding on purpose is such a powerful way to choose how you want to live. We have so much power in this.
Taking back our own personal power and decide to be a part of solutions can really be incredible for all of us.
I'd love to connect with you on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
You can also join us in this private Facebook group to focus on gratitude for the month of November.
On today's episode, I am talking about seeing the northern lights and what it helped me realize.
We often get distracted and don't recognize what is right in front of us or don't take the time to pay attention.
What's right in front of you that you aren't paying attention to?
I'd love to connect with you on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
On today's episode, we are talking about our word of the year. Did you choose one? Do you remember what it is? Have you been intentional about incorporating it into your life?
I also share some thoughts about freedom that I think are so helpful. I'd love to hear from you. Do you remember your word of the year and have you been intentional about it? Email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Facebook or Instagram.
On today's episode, I am talking about Bravenly products, which you can find here.
I'm also talking about what we focus on. It can be really helpful for what we focus on, but it can also be unhelpful as well. It is definitely a conscious decision to decide what we focus on.
Learning to focus on the present is a really important skill that can make such a big difference in your life.
You can connect with me on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
On today's episode, I am reading chapter 2 from Ablaze. I needed the reminder this week and I thought maybe you might need to hear this as well.
I'd love for you to pick up a copy of my book, Ablaze. You can find it on Amazon and also on my website.
And don't forget to check out my fall coaching special here.
You can connect with me on Facebook or Instagram or TikTok.
On today's episode, we are following up to the previous meditation episode. We're talking about paying attention to your body and learning to listen to what it is wanting to tell you.
I'd love for you to leave a review of my book, Ablaze. If you do, send me a message and let me know. I'd love to thank you personally!
You can connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I am guiding you through a meditation to breathe & release what is no longer helpful for you. I hold workshops with this topic to give people a safe space to release emotions that are stuck in our bodies, so I wanted to share the meditation with you.
Take some time and allow yourself to breathe and release.
I hope this is helpful. I'd love to hear from you. You can connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I am talking about what we tell ourselves we CAN'T do. So many times, we tell ourselves that we can't do something simply because we haven't done it or someone has told us that we can't.
What if that isn't true?
What if it is simply a story you are telling yourself?
I want to challenge you to examine this and see if it's possible that the story you are telling yourself is not true.
I've loved to hear from you. You can connect with me on Facebook or Instagram.
On today's episode, I'm talking about what your definitions of things mean to you. Defining what is important to you and also what words mean to you is a key to helping you become more fully yourself.
This can be really challenging, but is so incredibly powerful. As I talk about in my book, Ablaze, you are not a problem to be solved! We keep chasing things that we think will make us feel better and validate us, but it doesn't work. Because we haven't defined for ourselves what that truly means to us.
I challenge you today to figure out your own definitions of words or phrases or ideas that have been bothering you or you have been using to beat yourself up. It can make a huge difference.
Connect with me on Facebook or Instagram to continue the conversation!
On today's episode, we are talking about emotions and how they interact with our brains and our bodies. I always want to focus on the healing aspect of emotions and learning to feel and understand them.
I recently attended a workshop where the teacher explained that when we cannot hold tolerance for an emotion, it's because we were never held in it. I absolutely loved that explanation and image. If we were held in an emotion, it would be acceptable and easier for us to sit with others through their own. But if we haven't been held in it, we often have no tolerance for it. This is so profound and so helpful.
I will be talking more about this in the days ahead, but I would love to hear your thoughts on this! Connect with me on Facebook or Instagram.
On today's episode, I am talking about a quote I heard that really resonated with me.
"Choose love over fear, gratitude over lack, possibility over limitations. Tap into your infinite power of the universe and become a magnet for miracles."
I try really hard to be intentional about the choices of how I show up in the world and also how I choose to respond when things happen. This isn't easy, but it is possible.
I also choose to be really intentional about things I choose to watch or listen to in order to protect my energy and to be mindful of what is helpful and what isn't.
How does this resonate with you? I'd love to hear from you. Connect with me on Facebook or Instagram.
You can listen to my episode on Adam Mock's Resuce Your Dreams podcast here.
On today's episode, we are talking about this quote regarding our potential. I don't recall where I heard it, but I absolutely loved it.
"It's up to us to tap into the song of our own potential."
It is so powerful and such a great reminder that we have so much more control than we think we do over our lives.
I'd love to hear from you and what you think about this. Connect with me on Facebook or Instagram.
On today's episode, we are talking about how it's okay to feel "meh" about certain things that others absolutely love. We often want to diminish it or not admit things that we don't like because other people have different reactions to.
I'd love to hear from you. Is this easy or hard for you?
If you have read Ablaze, I would love for you to leave a review on Amazon or wherever you bought it and let people know what you liked about it! I'd love to connect with you on Facebook or Instagram.
On today's episode, we are talking about pain. I know, I know. Exactly what you want to talk about.
I came across this quote from Geneen Roth that says "Your pain can be touched and it won't destroy you."
Isn't that so powerful? We haven't always believed this, have we?
But it can be so important to understand this and to start to practice this. I have felt this with energy work as well as learning to see our thoughts and feelings more objectively. It can be so incredibly healing.
I'd love to hear your thoughts. You can email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
You can also learn more about the Bravenly products I mentioned here.
On today's episode, I am talking about what you really want. I discovered this quote in one of my old journals and absolutely love it.
"The only way to get what you REALLY want is to know what you want. The only way to know what you really want is to KNOW yourself. The only way to know yourself is to BE yourself. The only way to be yourself is to LISTEN to your heart."
I talk about this on my podcast and also in my coaching. Knowing and understanding ourselves is truly the magic to being more fully YOU. Starting with asking yourself what you want and then being willing to know ourselves and be ourselves is how we learn to listen to our hearts and live a life we fully love.
I'd love to hear your thoughts. Email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Instagram or Facebook. Also, if you are interested in learning more about the Bravenly products I mentioned, you can check it out here.
On today's episode, we are talking about wanting your life. I recently had someone comment that they wanted my life.
And while I understand the reason someone would say this, I want to challenge you today to consider if you really want someone else's life?
Or if you really want a life that you are proud of and wake up to every day that you love?
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. You can email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I am excited to announce the release of my new book, Ablaze. I loved writing this book and am looking forward to sharing it with all of you. You can find it on Amazon in print, Kindle and Audible versions as well as on my website here. It will also be available in local stores in the days ahead.
If you pick up a copy of the book, I would love for you to send me a picture with the book. You can email it to me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or share it with me on social media.
I'm looking forward to hearing how this book resonates with you. And as always, I would love your honest review wherever you purchase the book. Thanks so much for listening and reading!
I'd love to connect with you on Facebook or Instagram.
On today's episode, I am talking about focusing on a habit for 100 days. I'm choosing to do 100 days of meditation, based on the recommendation from Ambition to Success. There are lots of fun trackers that you can use to track your progress. Here is one that I purchased.
I'd love to hear from you. What are you wanting to focus on for 100 days? Email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Instagram and Facebook.
On today's episode, I'm talking about coming out of winter and the feelings and actions we may or may not have taken during the winter. I challenge you to ask yourself if it is okay. What if it is?
What if isn't a big deal that you were not doing as many things during the winter and that you were a little more hibernated during that time? What if this can be helpful for you?
I encourage you to give yourself grace and to consider the possibility that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
I'd love to hear from you. Email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, we are talking about what lights you up. What brings you joy. What brings you life.
So many of us have forgotten what a difference this makes to our every day life, when we choose to intentionally have things in our life that bring us joy.
I'm excited to share more about my new book, releasing soon!
Connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I am talking about the energy behind our motivation. The difference it makes when are vibration is high versus low and how it impacts our motivation. This seems so simple, but can be such a powerful shift.
I'd love to hear from you. Can you tell the difference between these types of energy?
Connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, we are talking about the pace of your life. I've been looking at old journals and realizing how much I have slowed down the pace of my life. It's been 10 years since I left my corporate position and in that time, I have completely changed the pace that I have.
In my journal, I wrote about how there was conflict between focusing on productivity and allowing myself to learn my own rhythms. We do get to decide what our pace of life is. I know it can seem challenging, but it really is an option.
Here's a question to consider: Is the pace of your life helping you or is it causing you additional stress?
I'd love to hear from you about the pace of your life. You can email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, we are talking about the difference between helping and rescuing. It can be hard to know the difference until you can get really honest with yourself.
I love this idea from Radleigh Valentine that we choose people to rescue because we have a lack of self-love. I'd love for you to consider if this is the case for you. I know it can be hard to think about these things, but it can be so helpful.
I'd love to hear from you. Email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I am talking about how most of us as entrepreneurs have had people tell us that our businesses are wrong because they don't fit into a box. We've been told that we're doing something wrong or that we need to do things in a certain way in order for it to be okay. What if that isn't true?
What if you get to choose how you want to live your life and how you want to create and run your business? What if that is really the magic ingredient that you've been looking for?
What would that look like? I'd love to hear. Connect with me via email at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I'm talking about Anderson Cooper's podcast called All There Is. It is an amazing podcast talking about grief and the real experiences that so many of us walk through.
Francis Weller said this quote on one of the episodes. He said, "It is through the dark waters of grief that I came to touch my unlived life. I'd built a strategically controlled life that was appreciated and respected, but when I plunged into this place of emptiness, it was like a wall that had been blocking my view was shattered and I could finally see how I was limiting my life in hopes of avoiding the emptiness. Facing our emptiness is the key to our freedom and until we do, we are driven by lifelong patterns of avoidance."
This is so profound and such a powerful example of how many of us are trying to fill our emptiness with all kinds of things.
I'd love to hear your thoughts. Have you listened? If so, what came up for you?
Email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I walk you through my year end review process (yes, I know it's now 2024) and choosing one word. I typically do this at the end of the year, but still believe it can be so helpful.
Here's my end of the year review process:
I also talk about my process for choosing a word of the year. If you'd like the recording to my one word workshop, simply email tammy@tammyhelfrich.com with the subject line "Workshop Replay". I'd be happy to send it to you.
I"d love to hear if you do a year end review and also if you choose a word of the year. You can connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I'm talking about some thoughts that stood out from the Barbie movie. I recently watched it on a plane and it really resonated with so much of what I talk about on this show and with my coaching.
"Maybe the things you thought made you YOU weren't really you" - Barbie
"We're only fighting because we didn't know who we were" - Ken
Oh! I loved both of these quotes and really do believe them to be true. If we know who we are, and live authentically as ourselves, that is where our magic lies.
I'd love to hear from you and if this resonates with you. Email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I'm talking about personal power and how it changes for us over time. When I wrote my book, Unapologetic, standing in my power felt different than it does now. My power comes from being fully myself. From being present and the state of being and how I show up in the world.
What does your personal power mean to you?
I'd love to hear from you. How does this resonate with you? You can email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com. And I'd love to connect with you on Instagram and Facebook.
On today's episode, we are talking about being empathic. To be empathic is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. It is an absolute gift that many of us have, but it can also be really challenging. We'll talk about ways to learn to navigate this in a healthy way.
I'd love to connect with you on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I am talking about the power of choice. A recent client said these words about a choice she had made.
"I feel SO free to make this choice for me."
Isn't that powerful? When we make choices that are in alignment with who we are and what we want, it does feel very freeing. It incorporates what I talk about on this podcast and in my coaching. Allowing yourself to do something simply because you want to and because it is coming from a place of true choice.
I'd love to hear from you. You can connect with me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or on Instagram or Facebook.
You can purchase my Meditation Bundle here.
On this episode, we are talking about staying stuck in our stories. We need to tell them and get them out, but we often stay completely stuck in a spin cycle of the same story.
How can you look at it objectively just a little bit?
I also share about my new Meditation Bundle.
Let's connect on Facebook or Instagram.
On today's episode, we are talking about peace. It is absolutely possible to feel peace in our mind, body and soul. It is a gift we can continually give to ourselves, but that we often overlook. Here are a few suggestions.
I'd love to hear from you. What works for you? Email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Facebook or Instagram.

On today's episode, we are talking about healing. It can be challenging to talk about this and to understand it, but it is so powerful. I talk about Bethany Webster's The Mother Wound discussions and how we can heal emotionally.
We have the power to heal intentionally and it can look different for many of us. We all have something that needs healing and can help us to move forward in life if we are willing to look at it.
Let me ask you: Where in your life do you need healing?
Having the ability to honestly look at it can be so helpful. I'd be honored to help you. You can schedule a time to book a session with me here.
I'd love to connect with you on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube.
On today's episode, I am talking about redefining some words or ideas so that they can be in alignment with who you are. Asking yourself what words and ideas mean and if they still serve you. This is challenging work, but it can be so freeing.
What do words like success, ambition, drive, etc. mean to you? What do you really want? These are really powerful questions to ask yourself. I'd love to hear from you and see what comes up for you.
Email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube.
On today's episode, we are talking about doubt and how natural it is. We don't often realize this and think that we shouldn't have doubt or that it means something about us.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. You can email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Facebook,Instagram and YouTube.

I'd love to connect with you on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube.
On today's episode, I'm sharing about the idea of showing up. Learning to show up for people in our lives and to do it in a way that is healthy and from a place of service. This can be challenging for many of us, but is so important.
I would love to connect with you on Facebook or Instagram.
NOTE: I recorded this episode weeks ago. Since that time, my mom has continued to decline and is currently in hospice care. I debated about still posting this, but I think it might be helpful for others. We appreciate your prayers and concern as we navigate this time.
On today's episode, we are talking about aging parents and the challenges that it brings. If you are not in this stage of life, I suggest to just love your parents and enjoy every moment with them that you can.
If you are on this journey, I would ask you if you are okay with how you are showing up.
Are you showing up as YOU?
Or are you showing up out of responsibility or resentment or frustration?
This is a powerful question to ask yourself about any relationship. Choosing to show up is a choice as well as HOW you show up is a choice.
If you are dealing with an aging parent and need to talk to someone, please reach out to me. I know it can be a hard and lonely journey.
I'd love to connect with you on Facebook or Instagram.
You can learn more about my coaching and Intuitive sessions on my website here.
On today's episode, I'm talking about learning to question our thought loops that play in our heads. Learning to be objective and to decide on purpose if the thought is helpful or not. It isn't always helpful to try to go to the opposite thought right away, so we talk about learning to question and doubt what you believe to be true as a starting point.
I'd love to hear what you think. You can connect with me on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube.
On today's episode, we are talking about learning to sit in uncertainty. This can be really challenging, but can also be incredibly powerful.
We aren't taught how to do this well. In fact, we're taught that we should learn to be certain about everything. But that often doesn't work, does it?
The definition of uncertainty is not known or definite. Uncertainty is not knowing and not having a definite plan.
And what if that is okay? What if doesn't mean anything has gone wrong?
Switching up this one thought can change the trajectory of your life.
How do you feel about this? Is it easy or hard for you to sit in uncertainty?
I'd love to connect with you on Facebook or Instagram.
Also, be sure to check out my Intuitive Session options. I would love to spend time with you allowing intuitive guidance to come through for you.
On today's episode, we are talking about how our brains think we should be good at everything and if we aren't, we think we are idiots. This is a dangerous place to be, as it simply isn't true.
What if you could embrace what you aren't good at? And let it be?
What if you could lean into what you actually are good at and enjoy it?
I'd love to hear from you. Connect with me on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube.
On today's episode, I am talking about taking personal responsibility and how powerful it can be. This isn't always easy to look at and be willing to own, but it is so helpful.
Taking personal responsibility for our lives and how we show up to situations can be so impactful for you and others. It doesn't mean that you have to take on the responsibility of others.
I'd love to connect with you on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
On today's episode I am talking about getting honest about marriage. It's something that comes up for many of us, especially as we approach midlife.
These can be tough questions to ask ourselves. But I think it is so important to ask honest questions in a safe space. I encourage you to rate your marriage on a scale of 1-10 (1 being not great and 10 being amazing) and also to ask yourself if you are happy with where your marriage is at this stage of life.
Be willing to take a good look at yourself and your marriage so that you can intentionally decide on purpose how you want to show up.
I'd love to hear from you. You can connect with me on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube.
On today's episode, we are talking about sitting in the messy middle of life. Asking ourselves questions like "what are we doing with this one wild and precious life?"
These are challenging questions to ask ourselves, but they are so powerful. Getting honest in a safe space can be so incredibly powerful. It's what I do as a coach and how I help people learn to trust their intuition and decide on purpose what works for them.
I'd love to connect with you on Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.
On today's episode, we are talking about finding your own answers. We tend to think that someone else has our answers and that we should look for them outside of ourselves. I disagree. I truly believe that you have all of your answers, but you have forgotten or been conditioned out of asking yourself what you really want.
I share how I still tend to ask for permission from others in regards to specific directions and answers that I am looking for. If you find yourself doing that, you are not alone.
I would love to connect with you on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube.
On today's episode, we are talking about how focusing on growth can appear to be selfish and takes you away from helping other people. We've been conditioned to think that we should always put everyone ahead of ourselves, and if we don't, then it means we are selfish. I disagree. I talk about how I look at this situation and work to address it in a healthy way.
You can connect with me on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube.
On today's episode, we are talking about emotions. I talk about how my coaching has changed over the years to learn to integrate our mind, body and spirit instead of just spending time in our minds. Yes, mindfulness is important, but it isn't the key to everything.
I love helping people learn how to express and feel their emotions so that they can pass through and leave our bodies. We also talk about learning that we are NOT our emotions. We are simply experiencing those very human emotions.
I would love to help you learn more about this. Connect with me on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube.
On today's episode, we are talking about expectations and how we allow them to drive many of our decisions. We tend to have very rigid expectations and don't often question them. And then we often extend those expectations on to others.
I'd love to connect with you on Instagram, Facebook or YouTube.
On today's episode, we are talking more about my own healing journey and how it is impacting my coaching. I am not a therapist or a trauma coach. However, there are so many ways that we can heal by simply learning to understand ourselves better and to realize that we don't have to hold on to old hurts and stories. This is the work that I am continuing to do and offer with my clients.
Let me ask you: Where in your life do you need more healing?
Get honest and really look at it so you can be willing to do something about it.
You can connect with me on Instagram and Facebook and YouTube.
On today's episode, we are talking about making intentional decisions with your time and energy and where you choose to show up and who you spend time with. This can be really hard for people, but it is so important for you to understand and know about yourself.
I'd love to connect with you on Instagram or Facebook. You can also now subscribe to my YouTube channel!
On today's episode, we are talking about the capacity to have. Are you able to actually accept the abundance and the things that you have? Or are you resisting it or pushing it away?
I'd love to connect with you on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I'm talking about the feeling of shame and how it permeates so much of what we do. We think we can't do anything about it and that we just need to live with it, but we actually get to choose if we want to feel shame or not.
I'd love to hear from you. Is this hard for you? You can connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I am sharing a story of my recent trip to Cabo san Lucas and the surprise encounter we experienced. It was absolutely magical!
You can see more video and pictures from my trip on Instagram.
The message that the whales had for us was to play and be in the joy of the unexpected! What a powerful message for all of us to remember.
I'd love to hear from you. What do you love to do to play and be in the in joy of the unexpected?
On today's episode, I'm talking about reconnecting to ourselves. We are often so disconnected to who we really are and have forgotten what really lights us up.
This meditation has been really helpful for me to reconnect to my little girl. I would love for you to listen and be open to how you can reconnect to yourself.
You can connect with me on Facebook or Instagram. I'd love to hear from you!
On today's episode, we are talking about the idea of what we may have chosen about our lives. What if we actually chose some of the things we have before we came to earth? This concept still is a brain buster for me and I love exploring it.
What do you think? I'd love to hear from you!
You can connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, we're doing something a little different. I'm sharing Affirmation Reminders that I have found to be helpful. I know that phrases that connect with us can really impact how we see the world and help us move toward a more abundant life.
I'd love to connect with you in Instagram or Facebook. Let me know how you liked these!
On today’s episode, we are talking about belonging. Leaning in to the feeling of wanting to belong and longing for connection. We think we need this from other people, but we actually really need it from ourselves.
What if you could actually believe that you belong in any room you choose to be in?
How would that change your perspective and how you show up in the world?
I’d love to connect with you on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, we are talking about disconnection and how it relates to our bodies and our energy. Many of us have spent years disconnected from our bodies. I know I certainly have!
There are so many reasons why this happens, so please know that you are not alone if this is you!
Our bodies have so much wisdom, but we aren't always willing to listen to it. We tend to numb out or simply just ignore it.
Where in your life are you feeling disconnected?
I'd love to hear from you. Connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, we are talking about my journey of learning to understand that I am a healer. I resisted that label for quite a while, which is not shocking, as I resist most labels. But this one has stayed with me and I've learned to develop it in a way that feels in alignment with me.
What is that thing that you have resisted about yourself? Do you want to look at it again? I would encourage you to be very curious about it.

On today's episode, we are talking about simplicity and how it can be really helpful but also challenging. Many of us overcomplicate our life and businesses, when it really can be more simple.

On today's episode, we are talking about being present. Learning to stay in the present instead of finding ourselves stuck in the past or dwelling too much on the future. We spend so much time being distracted and not learning to stay in the present moment or even in the present day.
How can you choose to be more present today? I'd love to hear! Email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, we are talking about intuitive wisdom. I recently held a retreat to talk about this and it was so powerful. You can also take multiple quizzes online to learn more about your intuitive wisdom.
I'd love to hear from you. Do you think your intuitive wisdom is more as a listener, optimist, feeler, seeer, etc. ? Email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.
On today's episode, I am talking about belonging and how fitting in does not equal belonging. We get this wrong so many times. Many of us have a desire to belong and we try to solve this by fitting in, but it rarely works.
I'd love to hear from you. Are you trying to fit in or are you craving belonging? Email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com or connect with me on Instagram or Facebook.

On today's episode, we are talking about learning to CELEBRATE you! We don't do this enough. We are really good at beating ourselves up and telling ourselves what we are doing wrong, but we aren't always great at celebrating ourselves.
Sometimes, it's because we think we are being selfish or bragging, but it all depends on the energy that is present behind what you are sharing.
I would love to CELEBRATE with you. Please tag me in social media posts, or email me at tammy@tammyhelfrich.com. I'd love to encourage and celebrate with you!
