Hello, I'm Danny B. I'm located in the fabulous City of Duncan, on Vancouver Island, Call the Cowichan Valley home for 23 years, educated at VIU, 15 years experience of homelessness and travel across Canada. In 1992 my feet touched down on Vancouver Island, traveling from NB to BC, started living in a city called Esquimalt. As they say, "The rest is history" I put my life experiences, adventures and truths out into a thirsty world. In this podcast you will hear 'some swearing at times" touch on sensitive topics dear to the heart. NO SEXUAL EXPLICIT content or RACISM! I want to share and talk about, peace, positivity, healing tips, good vibes, relationship hints, empathy, truth and my brand of silliness Yes, there are thousands of podcasts, albeit they are not me. I discuss just about anything and everything in my very own style. There is lots about self healing and taking a positive look at our selves, being able to laugh at self and love yourself is a huge step for people. I'm strongly in the belief we are more than society has engineered us to be. My podcast has no structure or theme, just turn on the mic or grab the Android, lol. Its a peace movement song from the 60's, about political strife and anti war sentiment. The same song applies today, I only added a few new pieces too suite the chaos unfolding in Eastern Europe. Basically spotlight the man responsible for our modern day Eve Of Destruction in Ukraine and beyond. The war does not stop there, it has now reached our gas pumps in Canada and will affect our every day lives with excess cost in the months if not years to come.

What I enjoy, is just randomly letting my inner self open up for a few minutes, talk, share, laugh, create and use various accents to achieve the spontaneity level required.
I am a multicultural individual who aspires to learn from all ethnicities, with many years living in Toronto, Montreal and New Brunswick. My best friend's in childhood were not all caucasian and I was married 8 years to a first nations women.

Not all in Duncan are too blame or negative folk, there is a ton of good people hiding away, waiting for a better Mayor n council. Business is by passing the ugliness in a city with more growth potential than any other Island demographic . I swear in discust, been awhile I been walking, garbage is everywhere, addicts are banging in the bush, trail and on the rail. Can't preach to people about climate when we live in dirty neighborhoods, hypocrites, self endulgence, entitlement, we need a plan in our community before we go global, omg it's nasty on the trail. Yet another lock down "Restriction based action" approaches, Im spent, people and society are spent, tired, exhausted and anxious. Pandemic is suppose to be a season, not generational, what is truly going on?, people need to see the truth, people are tired of the fog, people are mentally exhausted from failed governments approach of population control and dangerous viral experiments, vaccinated and unvaxed alike are taking notice, were is the visual evidence of the pandemic, show us Omicron and 8 or 9 other variants in the raw, people need more than words!
You push people into a corner and they will push back, truth needs to be told. My guess the powers that be, lost controll of COVID-19 from the get go, I always said this was a Frankenstein virus that will be our nemesis if not contained.

Today I use a mixture of English, Irish, Canadian to send a love song to the world. I'm no pro singer, lol just having fun and sending a message to my love and podcast world.

Saying I love you daily is a self heal tool, expressing you love someone is an appreciation for there existence in your life.
Pay attention to all little things done for you, that's love too. Instead of looking big deeds all the time, like taking money over love, loving for security, pretending being someone else, masking your beauty, molding your self , pleasing a world that doesn't really care about your false image, in the end.
Its only you in the mirror, peeking out from behind the mask, we loose out on a beautiful opportunity in our lives by hiding behind the face society and material demands us to be.

I have been unjustly treated, 2 weeks and 2 days of hell, I do swear in this podcast, albeit nothing ever explicit, all my information is in front of me and cross referenced. I has taken 14 attendants through Equifax, no closer than from when I begun, someone is fraudulently trying to steal 536.00 in Koodos name, Filed an RCMP fraud complaint, got file, proof I payed debt with a settlement to National Credit with release paper in hand, information pumping thieves, now I've increased spam on my email from dirty emails from God only knows were.
Equifax employees all over the world on unsafe IP addresses having access to sensitive Canadian personal information, I had enough and instead of blowing up at the horrendous customer service people who are just programmed sheep anyway, I using my podcast to tell and warn others of what, when and were to ask if you find your self in the same situation being abused and your sensitive info being sold amongst foreign entities. AKA "Chicken farmer, with laptops!
Be safe, healthy and don't be intimidated or bullied into carrying over a false credit rating, it takes time, so be patient, keeep track of all communications and if you feel like you are being scammed, defrauded or other, report to authorities immediately.

I wrote a piece of literature today and wanted too share that piece with you, Its about mental well being. A subject that is felt across the world and effects millions upon millions of people.
People are real, tangible, having a complex set of dynamics that have shaped there lives. "People are more than labels and social experiments"
Mental health and its components have altered copious amounts of lives, not only movie stars, "Day to day folk, family, friends and neighbors. They too have also committed suicide, vanished inside or succumbed to mental health wellness.
We are a fragile species, creatures of our habits, victims of circumstance, genetics, society and consequences we create or put upon us by others.
More inner journey, compassion, tangible dreams, connection with our harmonic presence in the world and universe. Less worldly desire, material fixations, vanity and consumption of everything alive.
Absolutely focus our attention on the betterment of mental well being and fixing the environments that hinder our progress as a sustainable civilization. Hence positively influencing our mental health and not creating more phycological turmoil. We could potentially achieve ascension for all creatures on this Earth and achieve this with not one one drop of blood or loss in nature.

Talk about how eating healthy has started to illuminate my muscle pain, was mostly in my head, healthy food is the way out of health ailments, exercise like yoga and muscle training is the bomb baby.
Also I mentioned tent life, that was a time of homelessness, never got muscle cramps nor ill, why? It's because I lived off oysters, fish, eggs and dairy. Just never put 2 n 2 together until recently. "I'm still learning, lol!
FYI the muscle I was trying to remember is the "Thigh" muscle" duh I'm sometimes.....nanny was right, cod liver oil is good for you!!!!!

Good morning my podcast fans, followers and subscribers. I'm bringing to you today a live on the spot folk song, without an instrumental or practice. Its dear to my heart and reflects the times we face all over this island, an epidemic of social and political failure, to protect the vulnerable and build up our province with every one aboard for the win, not a handful of privy or ethnicity over another.
I see the souls left behind every day in this affluent society, we all do, then we push them away, right down the street basically. I was one of those souls on the street, found myself struggling with inner healing and direction, once upon a time, over periods of my life. I say street, yet I mostly wild camped/aka surviving in the woods no cooking or heat fire!
The rest time I walked holes in my foot wear! kept moving away from the city street homeless culture. Kept my distance from crowds, found myself in different shelters during my youth on separate occasions. I've seen death, pain, theft of life n time, regularly over the years, in shelters on streets in the hearts of loved ones, in the eyes of living and living dead.
When I look at my life it's been this razors edge always, 50/50 Good or bad. All my blessings in life have be equally matched by the fails and falls. The cause and reason for such a dysfunctional life? Not letting go of the ghosts....Tender show too come. It's not till the last few years a balance has been found. An extremely positive balance called love! 90/10 Ninety percent being good! This short song is dedicated to the people who have come an gone in our valley and beyond, who sought only to be.

Open discussion with my self, lol....n you. Go on lightly about the city I live and the potential it has and a SONG!!! If I was rich Id turn this city into the PEARL of Vancouver Island, warehouse distribution giant, tourism galore and a new ferry right outside our city and oh ya and a highway running around the city to accommodate commercial and public traffic.
The ones who wish to come through Duncan can and will anyway. Cut down on extreme traffic headaches and free up a lot of the pollution caught in our valley because there is a whole hella lot of idling vehicle's here during traffic snarl.
Basically 80% of traffic just want to get through Duncan ASAP. The ripple from such a adventurous infrastructure advancement, will have the world at our doorsteps looking to invest in the Cowichan Valley...not to mention the tech you could bring to this city.
The income generated will have this city on the track of WORLD CLASS and the citizens would also benefit greatly we could actually build world class rehab facilities for the multitudes of addicted on our streets here...
Win, Win, jobs, careers investment, decades of ripple financial win falls. "WTF? as the advancement hindering city council votes against a highway....DUMB! Anyhow, I'm not running for mayor...."Yet, maybe???

Hello podcast universe, I hope all is well in your lives and personal life, I've no way to tell of peoples predicaments or situations, were you live or how you live, it's not my thing to inquire. All I have is numbers "Stats" from my hosting website that tells me of the growing curiosity for this here podcast. According to the numbers when I wake up and eagerly look every morning, the trend is upward. Expediential growth and plenty of positive feedback, Its happening, I'm growing in popularity by the day and its you the listeners out there.

Truthfully said, it's not just general public nor personal gain I started my podcast for, it's for the strangers caught in emotional, mental or environmental trauma, young adults and people homeless in general that I reach out to.
Reaching out and sharing my life experiences, stories, laughter, comedy skits and general life talk. People in the world need positive, real love, respect, realism and truth. Society is inundated with negative, why not try on a little silly face, lol.
We all need positive reinforcement, support, laughter, commonality and a pathway to different choices. Entertainment is a good vessel for getting a message out to the people around you and the world. I was sitting here sad, cause my Bearded Dragon of 18 years passed away this morning.. Thinking about my little travel buddies, use too be 3 dragons.
Some 3 years ago before a miracle happened in my life an "Epiphany" Yes, I was homeless and saving for a car. "Was not my first visit with the wilds of the streets! Fortunately all 3 of my dragons lived with me in my car at the end of the journey.
They never had to experience the bitter cold of winter outside. Saved enough to buy a Saturn car, lol.
I've so many more things to share, stories and adventures. I hope you hang on for the rest.

It's raining some fierce, I've been out diverting water from the foundation of our house since 530 am, lol.
Have a system in place, just requires manual operation. Listen to the rain as I explain how I fixed a boggy area on our property , oh yes a small pond and 6 large gold fish too boot, don't think I mention in show.

Yes, I'm medicated, yes I have my tunes on in the background and discussing the horrible practice of modern day "Milling" of pre-rolled cannabis joints. Should be ashamed to even call it a joint, what's worse we consumers thinking you are getting FULL flower power, lol? I have used 4 different weed dispensaries near me and I've brought this to the attendant attention and of coarse cant say much, job at stake, yet agree about the "fill" issue with pre rolls.
That's why they cant give you a proper percentage, aka strength of joint.... because they don't know how much real flower is making into product? I waisted lots of money and further agitated my lungs trying to find the right medicine stick to help with anxiety, pain and yes, comfort my lungs. Turned out non would, every damn pre roll joint I bought, had crap in it as a filler...?
Its not fair, its unethical and a misrepresentation of a beautiful healing herb.
I started breaking open my joints and found the reasons I was uncontrollably coughing, didn't make sense in spite of my lung condition. Back in the day, we got real flower in the joint, not sticks and stones, lol
Let me tell you younger generation, trending your selves into extinction, what your coughing on is not just flower, your smoking stick, stem, leaf, ect, ect, for real! have a look inside the pre roll once n awhile before you allow it too enter your respiratory track.
To be bluntly honest "No pun intended" CBD oil is the best thing I have ever used for pain, anxiety, tummy issues, appetite, increased sexuality, creativity and yes good for positive laughter. Albeit, IT DOES NOT CURE MENTAL HEALTH diagnosis, only subdues and in some cases can make the experience worse.
I have all but said ADIOS to big pharmaceuticals. Bit pricier oils are, yet will last you sooooo much longer, healthier, natural and doesn't destroy your lungs with STEM, STICKS N SHIT! I can breath properly again.
Honest update, I can no longer use any kind of inhalant, just gummies now a days.

I step back and start another journey into my childhood days, when I had the last name of Cormier, 1980's.
More of a beginning point for further shows filled with relevant subject matter. I spent a lot of childhood growing up in Toronto Canada, there is were I met the best childhood friends.
There was Azim , Dave, Sung, Shawn, Daryl and Sidney, Janis, Dave and all the others in the neighborhood. Each friend has a place in time coinciding with a changing home life.
The Danforth, that was the dead zone, we didn't hang there much. Taylor creek was the best adventure zone as kids, as long you didn't stay out late, hike to far on the trail or end up on another group of kids turf! "Yippy, turf! lol.
Interesting times indeed, Id like to visit there a few times in future shows, helps with fading memories in my mind.

I was driving down the road and out of the blue, I wanted to vid my drive home.
"Oh ya, podcast, radio, lol. I was dropping off one of my sons after a Thanksgiving sleepover.
Sleep overs, who says that anyway, lol. Today's brief stop in time. Little descriptions of town as I drive safely through Chemainus and head up onto the highway.
"I'm not polite about people not wanting too work who are more than capable" I've had two back surgeries and I worked right up till a week before spine fusion surgery.
A lower back surgery that has had me look at my career choices moving forward.
Good reason too keep plugging away at my podcast! "Not a quitter!!
I am raspy and cursing, been up since 5ish am today, slept in lol.
My phone is near death, so take care, love and be kind to eachother!

Here is a mushy release today, raw and live at the moment, about the love I have for my Theresa, she is coercing through my veins every millisecond, with every breath I feel er love. Almost 2 years later and still our love beating stronger than ever. Its no secret our love and we flaunt it proudly, we have achieved more in our near two years on relationship challenges and goals than either of us could have ever imagined. We are one together, yet having enough difference and respect for that individuality.
That my friends is what makes our relationship sexy, is knowing we have a life together, its peaceful, meaningful and has roots, spreading in all directions. We have allowed our love to grow and be nurtured, not rushed and based on self motivation. I only wish for everyone to love themselves entirely before you try and love someone else. Its worth a try and less emotional and mental pain, allows you to basically discern the spirits and find qualities in in other that brings out the best tools you have to deal with life's challenges, enables the hero mode in you, lol.

FYI, I'm walking around the house talking on my recorder. I jumped right off the silly wagon and started into serious today. Silly will always return, hang on. I talk about the beginning, when I left home, way back when.
I remember the screams, the breaking glass, the smashing of my dreams. I grabbed my bro and sat him on the edge of the bed, close your ears I said, we shook in the night, fear and fright.
I'm very happy my bro was young and only the good times fill his soul. His teens was mostly living with Mom, so he never got to witness when two parents collided. I love my bro and I should never left without him, back all them years ago.
Different times, different dynamics, so much, too much for young minds to comprehend. I'm honestly still healing a bit of my soul, by sharing and learning about life, myself, what makes the heart tic, what makes us do what we do.
I'm a survivor and this story has just begun.

Like I said before, a little silly, a little serious and a whole lotta reality! I love funny, albeit, the health of this planet for my grandchildren is apex thought in my mind and heart!
Today cannot be like yesterday, tomorrow has to be even better, the future is our decisions this hour. We must prevail over negativity, ascend from destroyer to custodian. The health and state of the human race including our living planet depend on it. Stability, sustainability, co-existence with the natural world and other global citizens, is the future. Anything else is complete chaotic dystopia.
We need to do this as a global family, get into the business of saving our environment and planet, redirecting the old ways out the door, the old industrial military complex has had its time..."Has failed miserably" Planet Earth our inheritance needs to be healthy moving forward, share it with our children, grandchildren and children of the future. "Love this gift not subjugate and destroy!

Totally new sound board, I've never used one in my life, lol. I wanted to share a little segment, because even the out takes are important to me and I love to share. I'm truly looking into a FB page...….don't know, mulling it over and FB is kinda annoying right now.
I'm tinkering with a couple new ideas, actually drawing up old spirits from my cassette days when I was using every accent in the world plus comic voices, on demand!
Totally keeping in mind the political correctness world we live in...….and maintaining a professional platform of ADULT entertainment and stories. I grew up multi cultural for a good lot of time as a kid in Toronto, Ontario.
All those good child friends of different ethnicities rubbed off on me I guess. If I do use any voices while I'm randomly going on, it is with utmost respect and honor that I do. I'm a pacifist and cultured individual....without a bone of racism in me, we are all one family now facing many challenges.
One of the basis of creating my podcast was to reach out to the world and maybe motivate a couple million smiles, laughs or heal with a good cry!

Just a quickie podcast, more of a blooper I guess. A whole 1.5 minutes worth of silly, lol. A little outtake....using a silly vampire voice over, one of many voices I will use throughout my podcast season.
When I do these foreign voices or simulations it by no means is racist nor degrading nor intends to humiliate my greater family members across the world.
I mainly grew up in a multicultural neighborhoods up and down the eastern sea board of Canada and various DNA flows in my blood.
I am able to create these voice overs from the influence of my child hood friends and the accents in my very own person.

Hello, I'm talking openly and honestly about depression, the effects its had in my life, the dynamics that get's us there and how to crawl out of that rabbit hole, either done by mini steps, leap or bounds, everyone's healing journey is important, relevant and essential in life.
I honestly hope with me exposing and sharing my life, you out there find some balance and comfort in knowing you are not alone, maybe even possibly find some healing in my pain and openness.
This life is to short to suffer away the precious days we are afforded.
I use to think my hurt was mine alone to bare, I was nearly dead wrong and exhausted physically and mentally, until I found love with in my self. Do not fret my friend, I will share how to revive your self a little bit in each podcast.

I'm siting in the car at the hospital waiting to hear of news about my extended family Mom, Pat, a dear soul who has broken a bone or two?
Staying positive under a few challenging dynamics, as we all know the older we get the more susceptible we are to prolonged healing. Also the hospital being in pandemic mode makes it impossible for both Theresa and I to be in there to show love and support for Mom.
We all have rainy days for sure, it's just seems some mornings it just pours and doesn't stop.....

I know its not all Drs who are acting negligent and un professional during this pandemic.
Albeit, there is a lot of Drs who have become unprofessional and lazy, resulting in life or death from lack of personalized care. Making life or death complications for so many good folks.
I dare to say, it sure looks like a culling of diseased and sick people??? "Frustration and confusion!
Surely I'm not the only one who has felt or noticed the shift of proper care and patient concern slip to the way side during these turbulent times.
