Apologies on the delay but better late than never. So this week I delved into my own paranoia with The Invisible Man, I doubled down on that with Shutter Island, and washed it all down with The Gentlemen.
That time of the week again. This week I killed some deplorables with The Hunt, went back in time and whined a lot in Emma, went on a killing spree with Martin Sheen in Badlands, and had my senses assaulted by Koyaanisqatsi.
As promised, I do have an episode today. Not the most content filled, but hopefully it provides a distraction from the current situation the world is facing.
In this episode I take on the apocalypse with It Comes At Night, investigate crimes with The Outsider, and go to marriage counselling with The One I Love.
After a few weeks of silence, I'm back on the podwaves again. Here's a bit of a personal update on my current situation and things to come, and I couldn't leave out some films.
In this episode I go through three films that left a big impression on me in the last few weeks, those being Uncut Gems, Bait, and The Lighthouse.
The last podcast for at least two weeks, but here it is. This week I get my groove on with Dolemite Is My Name, think of times gone by with Blue Jay, and get absolutely battered by Waves.
Another week, more films, and funnily enough they're mostly recent ones. This week, I dive head on into Dark Waters, brave nature with Into The Wild, buckle up for Le Mans 66, blow the lid on Bombshell, and travel into the aether with Colour Out of Space.
Missed a weekly films, so I decided to double down. In this episode I talk about the recently released Oscar nominations, as well as Jojo Rabbit, Monos, Bacurau, Zombieland: Double Tap, Land of Mine, 1917, and Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
A little late, but I needed some time to mull things over. But here it is, the top 10 best films of 2019 in my opinion.
The final chapter in the Saga of Skywalker is here. What did I think of it? Is it satisfying? Listen in, but beware, MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD.
This week I get a double dose of Annette Bening and Adam Driver with The Report, 20th Century Women, and Marriage Story, and I also watched The Empire Strikes Back for good measure.

Blade Runner is probably my favourite movie of all time, and now we're almost done living through the month the film is set in. What better time to do a special?
It's officially one month to The Rise of Skywalker, so I thought I'd talk a little bit about Star Wars and it's endeavours since the house of mouse took over.
Back to the weekly films. In this episode I take on A Room For Romeo Brass, The Ritual, The Farewell, and School of Rock.
Halloween is over, and so is my movie marathon. This year, I decided to watch Village of the Damned (1960), Don't Look Now (1973), Altered States (1980), and Candyman (1992). Listen in for my thoughts.

In today's show I go through the films I saw in the past week, all at Malta's little gem of a festival, Valletta Film Festival. Despite being in only it's 5th year, the festival delivered a very varied selection, and I was lucky to see the films I did. In this episode I talk about Synonyms, Tremors, The Whistlers, Portrait of a Lady on Fire, Diego Maradona, and The Traitor.
No news again this week, forgive me but the only reading I'm doing is of my university notes. This week I go through my experiences of Fires on The Plain, Possession, The Skin I Live In, Sibel, Aurora, District 9, and Oldboy. Films soothe my study stress.
No news this week due to my exams and assignments keeping me out of the look, but I did manage to watch some films. On this episode I go through Pokemon: Detective Pikachu, Yojimbo, The Beach Bum, Relaxer and Logan.
Here it is, the final Star Wars prequel episode. We caught the phantom menace, survived the clone wars, and witnessed the revenge of the sith. Despite some reluctance to actually watch the prequel trilogy again, we made it. We are strong and wise, and we are prouder for it.
Back with the weekly films, and now double digits for episodes. Didn't know I'd get a whole ten weeks into this, and I don't intend stopping. Thanks to those who listen every week. Today is the usual news review, and reviews of the films Cache, Us, The Wailing, Audition, and Jacob's Ladder.

With the Skywalker saga coming to an end this year, I thought it would be a good idea to devote an episode to each film in the saga. I've organised a guest for the three respective trilogies, and I'm joined by my friend Allan for the prequels. May the force be with us.
This week I go through some of the news pouring out of Cannes Film Festival, as well as the casting of Robert Pattinson as Batman. On top of that, I do my usual weekly films where I break down Sympathy for Mr Vengeance, Bottle Rocket, Not Another Teen Movie, John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum, and The Witch.
