The profound and the practical go hand in hand in turning your visions into reality once you’ve understood how to strike the balance between them. So in today’s episode, I’ll be talking about how to create profound shifts that inspire us visionaries to take the practical actions that are necessary in building a successful business.
What You’ll Learn:
-The profound, the practical and how to strike a balance between them as a visionary
-Two aspects of using the visionary way to build the profound and the practical for your business
-How to connect to your bigger potential on your subconscious level
-The importance of doing your inner work and working with your area of strengths
It’s easy to get stuck on either side of the profound-practical scale and lose your zeal to continue the business you love. This is why you need to do the inner work on yourself, to hold and connect both pieces of the scale, so your business can blossom and align with your vision.

When most organisations seek to hire, they check for an applicant’s past experience and what skills they developed over the years. Visionaries are filled with big ideas on how to move forward and make changes in the world, but it takes time for some visionaries to act on their ideas. Currently Leon is Head of Felix’s Kitchen, a kitchen built to cook 1.5M meals per year for children, families and people in food insecurity in London using surplus food. He mentors people to live a more meaningful life, leading by example.
Join us as we share a fascinating conversation about Leon’s journey from the moment he had a vision to be #1 at something, until he became the successful visionary he is today.

Leon has shown that, to make your vision real in this world, you need to peel off the layers of yourself that keep blocking you from reaching your full potential as a visionary coming into the limelight. To activate your visions, you need to truly be yourself, you've got to erase the thought of pleasing others first, look inwards to find your purpose and start living it.

In this episode, we delve into understanding what it means to make our Visionary Moves, to be in constant action and get our ideas out into the world. Making the Moves doesn't mean creating a to-do list and delivering it at any cost. Making our Visionary Moves is a fundamental step for us to grow and evolve. It’s about taking inspired action, following our instincts, and watching how our ideas land with those whose lives we want to impact.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
What a Visionary Move is and why we must start making those moves
Why we must stay flexible when we begin making our Moves
Why the Visionary Moves are not always logical
Why we need to learn to recalibrate as the universe sends us new challenges
The connection between our intuition and Visionary Moves, and why we must trust our intuition
My message for today is to encourage you to connect with your vision and make a Visionary Move. It doesn't matter if it is the right move or not, just make a move and then learn to recalibrate, and then make another one. We won't create change in the world if we leave our vision to exist just as an idea. We need to activate it, get other people involved and start making a difference.

Today, we will talk about intuition. We will approach this topic from two different perspectives. First, we’ll look at intuition as one of the most powerful creative forces creators can tap into. Secondly, I want to address something my coach pointed out recently about intuition, how all of us who work in personal development and coaching are so used to giving and serving, that we frequently forget to apply the principles we teach our coachees into our own lives.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
How allowing space for intuitive downloads affected my life and my business
The consequences of ignoring our intuition
Why it might be hard sometimes for us, as visionary founders, to trust our intuition
The benefits of living in the space of visionary intuition
One of our jobs as visionary founders is to connect to our ideas, even if they sound crazy when we look at them rationally. When we manage to disconnect ourselves from our logical brain, we step into the intuitive space. Because our rational brain works from what it is, and we, as visionary founders, work from what it could be. We must let go of the should’s and let ourselves fall into what feels amazing to us and what's next for us.

As a visionary, the best way to be different from a dreamer is by activating your desires. In an attempt to keep us safe, our brains may want us to resist the urge to work on our ideas and just sit back and dwell in impossibilities. It is left to us to make a decision to make sense of our vision and harness its creativity. In today’s episode, I will guide you on how to embrace your desires and ideas, and how to activate them to create positive changes in the world.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
The major difference between a dreamer and a visionary
The purpose of activating our desires and its effect on the world
How your brain tries to keep you safe by hindering your visionary desire
The importance of surrounding yourself with brave people in your visionary space
Being a visionary founder doesn’t require you to be very successful or to work in a big organisation. You need to have a vision and activate it by bringing it into reality. When you make a decision to stop putting off your ideas for later and actually start working on them, you will see that these ideas begin to make practical sense.

There has always been that piece of ourselves that makes us special. It’s that one unique thing we are experts at and we can proudly do at any given time to improve our business and life in general. As humans, we also have vulnerabilities we feel inclined to hide from the world and that’s okay.
In today’s episode, I share how to identify the hidden parts of ourselves and how to use them to our visionary advantage. I talk about the importance of claiming your uniqueness, your vulnerability, and how you can connect with it and bring it to play.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
How to turn your vulnerabilities into a visionary advantage
The essence of unity, authenticity, and being true to yourself
How you can use the unique version of yourself to inspire others
Why you need to embrace your sensitivity and intuition, and how to build on it
The success that comes when you identify your unique essence and claim all the pieces of yourself
Think of that hidden part of yourself that you rarely share with others, that you’ve assumed as a weakness, and try to connect with it. You’ll notice that when you channel your energy and intentions as a visionary leader, it brings about the transformation you need in your life.

In today’s episode, I’ll be talking about the essence of discovering your desires and connecting with them as a visionary. Our desires are not just the things we like to do or things we’ve always wanted. They are also the things that seem impossible in our minds but we’d absolutely love to have them. Moving to Bournemouth was a desire I had thought about a lot and connected with before making plans to move with my daughter. It turned out to be one of the best things I ever did. Tuning into my desires really gives me the happiness I’m seeking for.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
The risk of your desires turning into unfulfilled dreams if you don’t connect with them
Why you need to set time and space for your desires before you share them with others
How to tune into your desires and unlock your happiness from them
The importance of freeing your mind and living in the moment
As a visionary, you need to slow down and take your time to write down your desires. This will help you realise what you want for yourself, and the things you wouldn’t know you wanted if you didn’t think deep into it. Connecting your desires to your life helps transform it into what you’ve always wanted it to be.

I'm really excited to bring my first guest to the show, Ellie Frost. Ellie is a mentor and strategies for visionaries wanting to redefine business and lifestyle choices. She works with socially conscious leaders using her personal alignment and transformation methods, teaching, and online events and programs to elevate consciousness around authenticity, personal power, collective transformation and wealth. Her clients include household brand names, influences, healers, coaches, media personalities, and entrepreneurs.
In this episode, we explore Ellie's unique and inspiring journey of discovering her visionary powers. We talk about the different levels of the visionary journey, the visionary founder's essence, and what it means to be a visionary founder in a world that sees gamechangers as the black sheep.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
How Ellie discovered her visionary founder essence
The difference between those who have a vision and those who activate it
The different stages of a visionary founder's journey
Why we can't build a legacy by ourselves
Questioning everything has been one of Ellie's traits since she was a kid. She was smart and artistic and followed the path of law. Despite working in a worldwide top-five law firm, she left her job to start working with a consulting firm, an activity a little bit closer to her heart. Today, she mastered the art of building a brand around who people are, what they love and their personalities.

I've noticed many of my clients struggle with time management, which stops them from activating their vision and creating amazing things. So today, I've decided to do a super practical episode, where I’ll share three powerful and effective ways to reclaim our time and energy, as well as the examples of how I implemented them in my life and business.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Why being in a reactive, busy mode is not a good option for us as visionary founders
The importance of setting up our day properly
How managing our time and diary impacts the activation of our vision for our business and the world
Why we must have our vision and priorities very close to us all the time
When our schedule is so packed that we can't do anything but react, resolve, and go to the next task, we feel disempowered. Living in that rhythm drains our energy and completely blocks our ability to create. As visionary founders, we must create space in our diary to be in our zone of genius, because only then will we be able to realise our vision of the world.

This episode is about change and evolution, and we will talk about how to step into the power of new paradigms emerging in business. We will analyse the fast-paced changes we've witnessed in the last couple of years, and understand how to be best positioned to flow with those transformations. We will also talk about the new way of doing business and the infinite potential of visionary co-creation.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
What the "COVID experience" has demonstrated in business and teachings we can get from it
Why it is crucial, as visionary founders, to stay connected with what is changing around us
What is visionary co-creation, and why it represents the next paradigm shift
Why the "I win, you win, we all win" mantra is going to revolutionise the world of business
The best way to work for me and my business is from a place of alignment, expansion, and activation. Once I align with myself, I can create alignment for others and we can expand together in that energy. Then I only need to activate in order to make extraordinary things for myself and others and their businesses.

This episode touches on one of the crucial requirements to be a creative founder: spaciousness. I'll be sharing some of the concepts I’ve developed around this, and we will learn how spaciousness can release our superpowers. We will talk about the difference between masculine and feminine energy in the creative space, and explore my top tips on generating spaciousness.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Why it is not possible to create with a packed schedule
Why it is easier and more productive to be in a co-creative space
How spaciousness can influence our creative process
My top three tips on generating spaciousness
As entrepreneurs, we can outsource virtually every aspect of our business, except for one thing we can't outsource: ourselves. Our visionary founder approach, vision, and creativity is our superpower and the essence of our business. And the best way of keeping that alive and active is to generate spaciousness and create time in our schedule.

Tomorrow, my daughter goes back to school. I'm excited by the sense of possibility that comes with this new beginning, so I've decided to talk about how to maximise that ‘back to school’ momentum. Today I'll share some tips and thoughts to inspire you to use the following days to readjust your goals and business direction.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
How September always inspires me to make changes and set new goals
Why September is a good time to ask ourselves questions, and what those questions are
The benefits of going bold and aiming for our biggest vision
For me, the first days of September are the perfect moment to stop and look at the life I've created, and to ask myself if I'm happy with it. I use this time to challenge my assumptions, clear the blockages I put in front of me, to get bold, dream big and fear nothing.

In this episode, we will talk about how being connected with our whole life vision can transform our business. Our whole life vision goes beyond the vision we have for our business; it is about the impact we want to create in the world, and that is what we will talk about today. I will share one of my biggest visions in the world, we will look at great leaders and visionary founders, and we will tap into the power of changing the world all of us have.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
What is our whole life vision, and how can we connect with it
What we can learn from great leaders and visionaries like Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey, Tony Robbins, or Richard Branson
How we can change the world simply by claiming our space as visionary founders
Why connecting with our vision for humanity is crucial for our business and why it can change the world
Even when it might not look like it, we are changing the world with every conversation, every action, and every step we make in alignment with our vision for the world. When we connect with our vision, we let our light shine, and we allow others to do the same.
"As we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence actually liberates others." - Marianne Williamson

I've decided to do something different for this week's episode. I want to talk about how to bring joy into our lives and work. We will dive deep into the concept of joy, frequently neglected or buried under our to-do lists. Today, I want us to explore the questions we must ask ourselves to make our lives feel like holidays.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Why we don't speak much about joy, and what are the consequences of this
What would happen if we only work with clients we feel joyful about
What the lack of joy and fulfilment created in my life a few years ago
The price we see the world is paying because of the lack of connection
After I realised how disconnected I was from other people and from their natural energy source, I discovered that my sense of feeling alive was not true. I know now that we only feel truly alive when we are connected to ourselves at a fundamental level, where there is a more significant energy field of potential.

Today, we will talk about the power of co-creation. We will explore how influential it can be to work visionary to visionary, leader to leader, human to human, and soul to soul as co-creators.
We will analyse the true meaning of co-creation, and I will share some of my own experiences of co-creating with other leaders and visionary founders.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
How co-creation can change ours and our clients' perspective on business and opportunities
Why co-creation has an expansive effect on projects
What it means to "ignite genius," and how we can shift things for people with our energy
Why co-creation is the next level of connection
Having inspiring conversations about our businesses with a colleague, I've realised these conversations had an expansive and inspiring effect and produced growth in both of us. I felt the impact of this co-creative process on me and my business, and I believe that is a beautiful gift.

In this episode, we will talk about why being a visionary founder is part of a consciousness and paradigm shift in the world.
We will dive deep into why we, as visionary founders, shouldn't feel alone, and should know that other founders are willing to change the world, and be part of the inevitable paradigm change we are experiencing.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
What we mean when we say that visionary founders are part of the consciousness change on the planet
Why I've decided to leave the corporate world, and how my journey as a visionary founder started
How being in alignment and claiming our space as visionary founders generate more change and a more significant impact in the world
I've experienced that being surrounded by visionary founders' energy, working with them and creating extraordinary lives and businesses has a multiplying effect. The more I've spent time with them, the more I've connected with other visionary founders, other creative minds working passionately to create a positive change in the world.

This week, we discuss the importance of rest and balancing working hours with having time away from our business. We will talk about the reasons why we find it hard to take time off and what the consequences are of that.
We will look at the triggers that set us in overworking mode, the inherited behaviours, and how we can create a schedule that lets us grow our business from a creator rather than a reactor space.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Why our passion sometimes makes it harder to take some time off
How awareness can prevent us falling into the "there is never enough time" mode
What we can do when our coping strategies stop working
How we can build a healthy schedule that allows us to stay in a visionary helicopter position
Being passionate about what we do, and constantly thinking of new ways to expand our business can be tricky. We might end up adding so many elements to our diary that we will end up overworking ourselves to exhaustion. Planning and scheduling time to rest, contemplate, spend time with our family, and be creative is also key to the success of our business.

Today, we will talk about how setting up our day the right way can transform our working life. We will go through the three things we can do to set up our brains to start operating differently, how to set up our energy, and tap into the creator rather than the reactor.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Becoming aware of the kind of energy we produce and portrait
The benefits of setting our energy to be in creator mode
How can we rewire our brainwaves to start thinking in a different way
The benefits of connecting with something we love
How journaling and other simple habits can help us build a healthy mindset and set up our day
Setting up our day is an intuitive, evolving process. Getting too attached to certain activities can turn parts of our morning routines into a to-do list, which is the opposite of what we are trying to achieve. The whole purpose of setting our day is to lean into what we feel our system needs, and change from reactor to creator mode.

In this episode, we will discuss how to be in continuous growth in our business and our lives. We will talk about why people stagnate in their personal and professional development, the links between personal growth and our business growth, and what we can do, as visionary founders, to be in constant growth.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
The main reason why people stagnate in their growth
Why our business can't grow and expand if we don't experience personal growth first
The role of the energy expansion in any expansion process
My objections to how change is presented in our society
What is the leadership zone, and how it can help us grow
There is more success, wealth, and abundance in following our flow and vision, than doing something that has no energy in it. It is the inner stability that gives us the flexibility to adapt to external circumstances. When we step into a space of seeing, trusting, holding our vision firmly, and pushing it into the universe with such forcefulness that it can't be pushed back, then it becomes easier to be in permanent growth.

Today, we will learn how to live and work from our vision every day. We will talk about why we tend to get distracted and taken out of our game, and the consequences of that. I'll also be sharing with you three steps that will help us stay on track and aligned with our vision as visionary founders.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
The challenges of staying aligned with our vision in our work and in our lives
What we can do to activate our vision and bring it into reality
How we can connect with our vision and be in receiving mode
The three steps to follow in order to work and live from our vision today
We can create from two realms, the realm of current reality, and the realm of possibility. When we create from asking ourselves what if, brilliant ideas will come to us that would never come if we were building from what is, from the realm of reality.

In this episode, we will discuss the difference between working ON and IN your business, and we will go through why we need to spend more time ON it rather than IN it. We will describe four types of leaders, and we will also talk about the beliefs we carry from our childhood, and the behaviours associated with them.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Why it is imperative for visionary founders to spend more time on our business rather than in it
What are the four types of leaders, and the differences in how they conduct their businesses
What is the role of our beliefs in how we behave and lead our business
Spending more time on our business rather than in it can be paradoxical at times. We might feel very useful as we 'do the doing', and we definitely are, as no one will add value to our business with the same passion as we do. However, while we do that, we can't create for the future, and work from the space of possibility, which is where visionary founders thrive.

In today's episode, we will unravel why having a whole life approach will be transformative for our business. We will focus on the right questions we must ask ourselves in order to change how we blend our life with our business, and talk about the impact that improving our lives has on our company.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
The effect of having a whole life approach to our business
What are the questions we must start asking ourselves to embrace a whole life approach
The benefits of showing up in our business just as we are
Why it is so hard, especially for women, to embrace a successful personal and professional life
We often feel that the personal aspects of our lives get in the way of our business. As a result, we tend to treat personal affairs and our company as two separate parts of our lives, when in reality, they're intimately connected. Working on our personal life has an immediate impact on our business. The more we improve and grow, our company will do the same.

In this episode, we will discuss how being a visionary founder can trap you and turn you into a bottleneck in your own company. We will understand why most visionary founders feel the need to be involved in every decision within their business, what price they can pay for it, and how they can avoid this trap.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Why it is hard for visionary founders to step aside and delegate
The importance of learning how to translate and share our vision as visionary founders
What should we do when we realise we’ve become the bottleneck in our organization
Why we must understand that our business is not us but an expression of ourselves in the world
As visionary founders, a part of our job is to share the vision of our business with our team, build those bridges, create that synaptic connection between where we are now and where we want to be in the future. The sooner we learn to share that vision more effectively, the bigger the chance of succeeding and impacting the world as we envisioned when we started our business.

In today's episode, we will talk about gut feel and intuition. We will discuss why it is preferable as visionary founders to operate from our intuition, rather than from a logical perspective. We will also talk about creative impulses, and the best way of dealing with them in our business.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
How illogical decisions in my life have served me so far
Why we can't create if we only operate using our logic
Why visionary founders cause chaos with their ideas
The best ways of dealing with creative impulse and ideas
Making decisions based on pros vs cons assessments means we will never decide, because we will not find that perfect time or ideal conditions. In most cases, the best choice is the one our gut suggests, and just like a muscle, intuition can be trained and developed, so the more we use it, the stronger and sharper it gets.

Today, we will discuss why being an outsider is one of the crucial characteristics of becoming a visionary founder. I'll share a bit of my background, and how being an outsider helped me and my business. We will analyse why the norm in our society is to cast out those who see things differently, and the impact of turning ourselves down when we start thinking out of the box.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
What it means to authorise ourselves to be different
Why the fear of rejection is keeping us trapped and limits our possibilities of being visionary founders
How we can take challenges as an opportunity to grow and shift what is required
Why we should celebrate being the round peg in the square hole
As visionary founders, one of our missions is to align our energy, feel into the edges, and constantly evolve and grow ourselves. When we do it, our business will evolve and grow too. That is why we must allow ourselves to be outsiders, to try new things, and to exist from a place of possibility and potential.

In this week’s episode, we will talk about how to create quantum leaps in your business and in your life. We will dive deep into the two different places you can choose to build from, the current reality, and the realm of possibility and potential. We will also discuss the importance of our energy and how it impacts our chances of creating a quantum leap.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
The right way of creating a Quantum Leap, and what we need to shift in ourselves to make it possible
What happens when we create from our current reality
What it means to ignore the circumstances and build from the realm of possibility and potential
The power of getting into the space of "What If"
The energy link between ourselves and our business, and how one influences the other
We often say that the Universe will give us only what we are ready for, and what we are in alignment with. That is why it is vital to connect with our vision, to go to places where we feel expansive, and to know that the quantum leaps are waiting for us, ready to change our business and our lives.

In this episode, we will talk about why feminine energy is your super power. We will analyse the differences between masculine and feminine energy, and I will share my experience of how remaining in a masculine energy mindset for a long time affected me.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Why it is unsustainable for women to be in masculine energy all the time
The difference between masculine and feminine energy
The two aspects of feminine energy
How we can realise we are tapping too much into our masculine energy
As a society, I believe we are walking towards balancing feminine and masculine energy. In the recent past, women started competing with men, and we were pushed too much into our masculine energy. It is time we reclaim our feminine energy back, so our intuition can step up, and our relationship with men can improve because we'll stop being their competitors.

Today, we will talk about how we can use our business to create a legacy. We will discuss how visionaries see the impossible, their relationship with wealth, and what it means to create something bigger than ourselves and our business
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Why money is necessary to create an impact and generate change in the world
The power of asking ourselves “What if?”
Stepping into a space of trust, and letting the universe align the right pieces into place
How we can create a legacy that goes beyond our business, and why connection and working with the right people is so important for that process
What vision of the world we can give to our children, and our responsibility for the changes they will make in the world
For any visionary founder, the ideal situation is working with people that feel inspired by their vision. Creating a legacy and having a significant impact in the world is something visionary founders can't do by themselves. They need help from others, and there is no one better to help than people that feel their fire lit by the visionary founders.

In this episode, we will talk about how to translate your biggest vision into your business, and the difficulties we, as visionary founders, can face when communicating our vision. We will also discuss the importance of open and expansive conversations with our collaborators in our business.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Why visionaries don't always have a clear picture at the beginning of their journey
What are the common traps that visionary founders tend to fall in
The Phoenix syndrome, and why we should get rid of it
Why it is essential to let our collaborators' imagination flow, and allow as many inputs as we can in our business
Although we are the founders and the creators of our business, the business is not us. It is vital to understand that, and let the business have a life of its own. If we fail to do that, we will limit its possibility of growth, and we become the bottleneck.

Today, we will talk about creating co-visionaries in your business, the paradigm change in future organizations, and the role of co-visionaries in it. I’m going to share my vision of how companies and organisations can be, and I’ll also share three tips to consider when we decide to add collaborators to our companies.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
What business should be here for, and what our role as visionary founders is
Some people seem to enjoy their jobs, yet they can't fall in love with them - why is that?
The danger of adding more structure to our companies as they grow
The importance of having a clear vision and doing our inner work
As visionary founders, we hold the keys and we are the ones that set the boundaries. When we have a clear vision, the moment a co-visionary approaches with a new idea, we can evaluate if it would amplify the impact we want to create on the world or not, and decide if we're going to work with that person.

In this episode, we will talk about one of the most powerful and transformational lessons I've learned in my life - that we are the creators of our reality. We will explore the concept of radical self-responsibility, and the differences between living in circumstantial power, and knowing that we determine everything in our lives.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
How we know that we are living under circumstantial power
My most potent transformational moment in life and what it taught me
Why we feel triggered by people or situations, and what that explains about us
How going into child mode can help us create the reality we want
When we think about a radical change that we want to make in our life, waiting for certain circumstances to align sounds like the safest way to do it. However, that strategy never works because nothing will happen until we take action. Only after we shift our energy, the circumstances around us will align, and we will feel that the universe is conspiring in our favour.

In this episode, we will talk about one of the cornerstones of my mission as an intuitive guide: creating an extraordinary life and business. We will go through six of my best tips that will help you create a new way of living and working that generates expansion, freedom, and abundance in every aspect of life.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Why the integration and alignment between personal and professional life is essential
The importance of being connected to a bigger potential and maintaining that connection across every aspect of our life
Why we must have a strong vision and challenge the way we do things in order to evolve
How acquiring true consciousness and working with co-visionaries will help us achieve our goals
For most people, life starts after they leave the office, and having fun and working are two parallel routes that never touch each other. For visionary founders, that sounds like a life sentence. Impacting the world is in their DNA, they want to create a space where they can express themselves through their business, feel joy and live a life of possibilities.

Today we will talk about doing the inner work. We will explore why people are often afraid to disconnect for a minute, to go inside and look at what is holding them back. We will analyse why people who haven't made that inner emotional and energetic connection cannot grow on a personal or business level.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Why our business won't grow if we haven't figured out our sense of alignment
The transformational power of the conversations that generate human connection
What I have learned on my journey of inner work
Four examples of how inner work can help a company and its people thrive and succeed
Our business is an extension of ourselves in a way, more than it is a logical construction. That is why, as long as we don't do our inner work, and we don't address what is underneath our issues, we won't evolve and our company will stay stagnated.

Today, we will talk about why for us as visionary founders, our energy is everything. We will dive deep into the role of energy in the world we live in, and how we can transform our lives through manifestation and consciousness creation. We will also talk about how important it is for visionary founders to be aligned with their energy, and the creative opportunities this opens for them.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
How things can change in our external world when we switch our energy mode
Why trying to adjust our energy through our logical and conscious reality doesn't work
What it means to stay in our energetic flow, and what happens when we get out of it
Why is it essential to create a sense of possibility in our lives
The intuitive connection we can establish with people is massively important for our personal lives and our business. It is also vital to incentivise our creativity; the more time we spend in that high energetic vibe, the more time we spend connected with our greatest vision and the realm of potential, and we have a clearer picture of what's possible in the world.

In this episode, we will talk about how to discover if you are a visionary. We will list and describe a visionary's main characteristics to see if you resonate with them. We will also talk about how it is for a visionary to squash himself into a normal life, what it means to a visionary to be in their power, and how they relate to failure.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
What it really means to be a visionary
Why the crazy ones who think they can change the world are the ones who do
The curiosity of visionaries, and how a normal life looks like to them
What visionaries are like when they are in their power
What it means that visionaries can work in hyperspeed
As visionaries tend to spend more time in the realm of possibilities, it is easier for them to generate change, because they feel like they are already in the new reality. They produce change not from the place where they are, but from where they want to be. For them, life looks different and the reality can be changed for the greater good.

In this episode, we will talk about why the world needs visionaries right now, and we will understand the importance of staying in our visionary power, even when things around us are not all lined up. We will discuss the two versions of reality that seem to be bumping into each other in the world and the effects that they have on us.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Which version of reality we want to play in - the decision is ours to make
What it means being in lockdown for us as humans
What are the essential qualities of a visionary
Why visionaries are key to unlocking humanity at a new level of reality
If we allow ourselves to step back and look at the world from a bigger perspective, we will realise that there is always space for possibility and potential. The world is shifting into a more collaborative, co-creational leadership style, because leaders understand that to impact the world, it is necessary to see reality as the product of global energetic consciousness.
