I wanted to have this conversation because I too once worked for my family business. I have also worked for a brand in transition from one generation to the next and had the great honor of helping guide them through that process.

It’s really reminiscent of all of the work I do, which is working with brands to identify their core values and points of differentiation, while creating strategies that help them grow and remain relevant in today’s ever changing world.
